I'm always in and out because there is always someone who can point you directly to what you're looking for, even when you have no idea what you're looking for. Same great customer service my dad received when I was a kid back when this store was located at 115 2nd Ave (back in the day). Great hometown customer service! If you want a one stop hardware store shopping experience with all the bells and whistles and a place that literally has All The Things. Ace Hardware in Franklin has it. Plumbing section hands down best around.

Great service provided when rented a U-Haul truck to move some items.You don't find many Ace hardware store locations in this day and time.I had a nice experience and would go back to use again if needed.

We are always able to get heaters at our local Ace Hardware in Franklin Virginia .This is a family owned Ace and I get work clothes boots and any equipment needed to keep me comfortable in weather where staying warm is a must.

Took weed eater there two different times to get fix. After a much to do about it I was finally reimburse the monies I had spent . No apology from the Manager that I talk with about the times back and forth to get weed eater fix properly. Was a loyal customer for a long time.

I rented a uhaul from Ace in City if Franklin today Oct 5 2019.I was over charged by 80.00.Call and was told I had to call Uhaul.How do you represent a company and rent their products and I have to call and get it straightened out is beyond me.This is the 3rd time you guys have messed up.The time before I was over charged mileage and once again was told I had to call and straighten it out.The time before that I was charged twice.This is the very last time I will rent a uhaul from your establishmet.Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service ever in my local town.

I don't know what it is about hardware stores that I love but Ace Hardware has everything and I mean everything. The benefit of visiting Ace instead of Lowe's is that it's a smaller space. Seems as though everything's in arms reach. Lol!!

Great local hardware type store to find the things you don't know you needed. Complete line of Yeti coolers and Red Wing boots, as well as Carhartt outdoor gear. Great selection of hard to find tools, and plenty of plumbing and electrical supplies.

Have my Stihl weed eater repaired here. Was told not to busy, Stihl takes priority. It has been 18 days, still no weed eater.. just to replace a gasket. No calls, no updates. JUST WAIT...

Ace is definitely the place...if nobody else has is go to Ace. They have everything & knowledgeable staff too. Also they have military discount.
