It's a great cheap place to shop, I just wish the isles were more accessible. There's constantly boxes of random stuff that's not put up. Also, there's always a line because they only ever have one register open.

Someone needs to care about how the store looks on the outside. The trash cans on the outside are so full. The trash is spreading to the parking lot.

I ran in to pick up a few items. I was to get mostly what I needed to get. The cashier was friendly. She greeted me. She apologized for my longer than usual wait time in line. She was the only cashier working at the time. We laughed about that. I was appreciative of her pleasantries.

I went to Dollar Tree to get balloons, and the cashier told me that they had been out of helium! They have ordered some and still cannot get any shipped.

Customer service is very important, I haven't been to this Dollar Tree once that they haven't been helpful, courteous and friendly. To add to that, they keep their store stocked! Thanks Franklin Dollar Tree personnel 😇

They have a good selection for a smaller Dollar Tree. A sweet lady helped me find the correct envelope for the card I wanted to purchase. I was really impressed with the friendly customer service!

Place was packed,lines were open to check people out and cashiers were happy and friendly! Beats Wal Mart any day!! They want you to check yourself out and no W2 at the end of the year!

Way better than the old one ! I visit here at least once a week, they have great decorations and kitchen wear , I love getting all my organizational things from here and this is where I buy my supplies for my paintings!

There are a lot of items to choose from for only one dollar each from cosmetics to food to greeting cards. You can always find something that's useful at Dollar Tree.
