Dairy Queens usually don’t live up to what they used to be but this location was the best experience we have had at one in a long time! Food was good, blizzards were good, the place was clean! They have nice sofa like benches you can sit at as well as tables! Hence the “chill” in the name! The service was good, they were friendly and polite and there was even a guy cleaning up the store while there so they care! Refreshing to see a fast food tradition live up to what Dairy Queen originally was known for!

This is sub par. Way beyond acceptable quality. Should of driven the few extra miles to go to the courtland DQ. Paid $10 for a chicken sandwich combo, only to get served two old, cold, chicken strips on a bun with two nasty pieces of lettuce. They forgot to give us our drink and the fries so we had to request those over again. Just a rip off. Good wasn’t good or even quality. Probably the worst DQ experience I’ve had.

I came to the drive through and I ordered a Heath Barr blizzard. the girl said it was like $6.09 or something like that when I pulled up to the window, she told me it was $17 and she had a blizzard in her hand and I said a blizzard is $17 and she said yeah, and I said one blizzard is $17 and she said. Yeah, but then she turned and looked and said oh, it was a different order. So I thought there was only like 2 cars in front of me. I didn't see how she got Orders mixed up. but also when she handed me the blizzard, she didn't do the upside down thing and it was a little bit runny. So I guess you couldn't have done the upside down thing Cause it would have run out. So I had to take it home immediately. Put it in the freezer and I lived twenty minutes away.

If it were possible I would leave no stars. Worked all morning on a lift outside. Was looking forward to nice hot burger and fries. Instead was served bad attitude ,cold burger, and cold fries. No one else in line behind me but was made to wait for seven cars to go thru the drive thru . Then they put the burger in the microwave and acted like they heated it. When I opened the bag both were cold. I heard the girl tell the tall white guy that took my order he was being mean. Now Iknow why. Shame on you young man. Dont waste your time and money, go to Courtland and youll have a much better experience

I ordered through Doordash to the Franklin, VA location on armory drive. It took almost an hour to receive cold and damaged food. Throw in that all the drinks had been "damaged" and never even made it with the food. I'm completely disappointed in the support agent that contacted me and said only one item was damaged when that was a complete lie, instead the whole order was damaged. The bag was opened and the food was cold by the time it got to me because it'd taken so long. I'm disappointed that either the restaurant or the dasher had a total disregard for the care of my food and allowed it to arrive in the state that it did. This DQ location and doordash really failed on this one.

Walked in and 6 employees standing around and no one at registers. Took 3 min for someone to take my order and fries were not hot. FYI: I was the only customer at that time..smh

I am definitely bias as I grew up next to one in my hometown... Making it a place of good memories. However, it's atmosphere is very home like with TV playing in background (usually an older channel of comedy or wrestling) and quiet fellow customers. In addition to that, is a polite staff and convenient service inside the store. The drive thru is usually at least 4 cars deep during lunch due to their great lunch specials (Want feeling meal under $8 I recommend it)

I just went there yesterday, i ordered a combo but the ringer rang up the item and i then had to pay more afterwards to level out the order. Instead of doing the right thing they just didnt care i dontveven think the manager cared. Will never be dining at that location again, and i am a regular there 😂

Stopped in while traveling. The bathroom was super clean. The cashier was a little off but she did get our order right. There was a little wait for take out but the food was hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich had a great balance of lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The sandwich was tasty. The onion rings and French fries were very good.

Got the two single burger $6 special and a medium strawberry shake. Very pleased with the burgers. You know how they food delivered never looks like the photograph? A massive 4-in tall burger in the picture ends up as a 1 inch tall unrecognizable Burger in your bag. But the single burgers here looked identical to the photograph. Surprise surprise! And they tasted very good too lots of fresh toppings. A little bit on the dry side though, so ask for extra ketchup or Mayo, or at least I will the next time I go. Deducted one star because I had to wait a very long time for my strawberry shake. The shake was very good and I noticed that they used real strawberries when they made it, but the woman working the department was very busy, and I think she got the order of orders mixed up because people who were in line behind me, got served there ice cream desserts first. I should say I went inside to order at the counter, thinking it would be faster than the very long line at the drive-thru.

Not a good experience last night, got up at night and order triple double get back home double get dressed again and decided to switch it up to fish hoping not to just get an bun , well I get only a very small portion of lettuce just enough to fit in my bottom lip smh I rather eat at the hospital I was very disappointed and the female manger didn't care if I had to ride across town again I mean the oldest restaurant in Franklin it's sickening

I eat here often with my husband, our blizzards have been coming out wrong the past two times. Last night we got a Reese’s and a Heath blizzard, the Reese’s blizzard had no toppings it was just vanilla ice cream. And the Heath blizzard just had a bunch of different toppings in it, like waffle cone, peanut butter and caramel. On top of that when I check my card this morning they charged me twice for my order. This has happened before and it was dealt with, but we shouldn’t have to deal with this in the first place. Whenever I go in there and the girl with the one long braid is in there, my order is always perfect. It seems like whenever she isn’t there something happens to my order. Everyone else in the store acts like they are too bothered to deal with customers as if WE are a inconvenience. Also, stop putting so many fries in the fryer at the same time! Stuffing fries in the basket causes a lot of fries to not get cooked.

Great food and restaurant! Using their mobile ordering is not quicker. 2 people who came in behind me when I pulled into the space to pick up my mobile order were through the drive through and line before I got my order. This happened to me twice before when there either was noone in line or only 1 in line to order through the drive through. Lesson learned. 🙃

My husband ordered honey BBQ strips and received plain. Ordered 2 chocolate sundaes for my kiddos and received 2 vanilla. Ordered a cheeseburger and it came to me obviously reheated from a microwave. The frozen hot chocolate was delicious though!

Their flamethrower sauce is to die for. If you like spicy, you're gonna love it, if they give it to you. I ordered 3 extra cups of it, and received none, despite explaining at the menu that I wanted it, which would've given them plenty of time to charge me and deliver it.Also, DQ is kinda expensive for not really a good reason. Competitive with BK, imo.

This location is always busy but the service is quick. The employees are polite and courteous. The food is better than the other places on the same street and I highly recommend one of their ice cream cakes.

Great Dairy Queen. The girl at the window even saw my puppies and offered to give them pup cups. When I told her that was ok, they didn't need them, she then offered dig treats. She was so sweet! And the ice cream, as always, was delicious. ☺
