Arrived for my appointment and was in an out within an hour. Front desk was super polite and friendly. Even gave me directions to all local barbershops an called for me while I was having my vehicle worked on. Highly reccomend. Great price an fast service.

Angry doesn't begin to describe my experience. I went in to get 4 tires and an alignment they told me it would take 2 hours it took 7 and a 1/2 hours to get to work done They screwed up my alignment and had to redo it 3 times and tried to send me out the door with unbalanced wheels telling me my shocks were bad Lost money because I was supposed to go to work I have upset customers because I didn't show up when I said I was gonna be there. They didn't install the tires correctly the red dots were not on the valve stems like they're supposed to be not impressed with this place at all

The front customer service is good, greeting customers/ speaking, interacting, remembering returning customers by first name or last in a hospitality friendly environment but the quality of service on repairs is lacking along with giving customers updates on service. I think if they stop listening to the people on the outside instead on the inside, they can correct their errors and make it a better business. If a customer wants to price matching, ask the customer to bring the quotes in and if the business gives a customer a quote stand by it. All parts, repairs and service should be guaranteed under warranty to the customer to bring back. It's a cost to the customer. It's a cost to your business. I must add neither location except extended warranty but have a company credit card service & unsure of points program. Also, you have to buy four tires in order to receive a free alignment.

Brought my truck in to get 2 ball joints replaced. After waiting 4 days the Lead Mechanic came back and said it needed work on the opposite side of the suspension as well. He refused to do any work unless everything was done in one package. So he basically tried to blackmail me into working on my truck. Don't waste your time here, use a different shop in the area. However the guy at the counter was polite and apologetic. Worst Lead Mechanic I have ever seen. Avoid this location!!!

Every single employee went out of their way to assist me, make me feel comfortable and taken care of...I've never had such a positive customer service experience EVER. I needed to have a tire replaced on a vehicle my husband and I had rented, and of course I needed it done ASAP. Not only did they source the exact model, but they had it mounted and on the vehicle in time for me to return it the following day. They even gave me a 25% discount on the tire, just because! I can't praise these folks enough - it's evident that they operate with character and integrity. I wish they had a branch in NH so I could patronize them regularly!

I was in the market for new wheels and tires for my truck. I was in the area and decided to stop in and see what Bobby's had to offer. Will, the salesman was able to sell me the wheels and tires that I wanted at a price I couldn't turn down and I was more than happy to give my money to a local company instead of taking my chances with ordering them online. The customer service that Will provided was superb and needs to be recognized.

I don’t often go onto Google and post reviews but after experiencing Bobby’s Tire yesterday we had to give a shout out for their service. We were on the start of a 7 state camper trip and had a flat tire on the first day. We had gotten all new tires about 4-5 months ago for our camper so were quite surprised this happened. Thankfully we had a spare tire but my husband wanted to have another one since we have 14 more days to go. I had no idea how to find a reputable place with camper tires on the way to our next campground and state. Thank goodness for Google. I called this company and they said to stop in. They hooked us right up within 15 minutes and were sooo nice! Unfortunately it was around lunchtime also but they still took care of us. Excellent experience! Thank you so much! You guys were a godsend!

First time in this business. Walked in the door and my presence wasn't even acknowledged. Waited about ten minutes and left. One guy behind the counter was doing nothing. Looked right at me. I knew then I wasn't spending my money here.

I can’t recommend this place enough. We were on our way to NC for vacation when our car broke down. We went to Bobby’s and they immediately prioritized us so we could get back on the road again. They explained everything that was going on so well and gave constant updates while we waited. Less than 2 hours later we were back on the road to our vacation destination. The workers were also incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. If I lived in Franklin, I’d never go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

My 2016 F-150 needed new tires. It came new with Michelin tires and I got 86,000 miles so I knew I wanted another set. Did my due diligence and went with Tire Discounters (Bobby's)...a wonderful experience!I got the tires I wanted at the best price, free repairs for life, free alignment and got to deal with competent and professional people that actually acted like they cared about me and wanted my business! Thank-you Pete for checking for rebates before I left and guiding me through the process to get a $70.00 visa gift card! I will never shop for tires anymore you earned a customer for life!

My sister took me by to see if Pete had a portable compressor to pump my tire up that was flat at her house. Although they were closing in 15 minutes, Pete willingly lent us his compressor. No charge. Pete is AWESOME!! I highly recommend his business

My husband and I always drive the over hour drive from Newport News for this shop because we have never found an equal in care, quality and price. Pete is our go to man for everything and he has helped us with so much with our cars over the past few years! He always explains what the charges are for, and on more then one occasion has gone out of his way to make sure my schedule to pick up the car is honored. I highly recommend this shop to everyone I meet because I have never had a bad experience with them! All of the men and women here are professional and courteous. We are going to miss you when we move to Arizona next month!

I was recommended to Bobby's for exhaust work. I took my Tundra 5.7 liter in and talked with Greg " the muffler man". Ask what I was looking for and made a few suggestions. Now my truck has a very nice growl while driving and stomping on the accelerator. And purrs like a lion at idol. So in short fantastic work, great price. And my truck sounds like a truck and not a Tesla

Came here for an emergency tire kit after running over a bolt down the road. They had me pretty quick and in out even during there lunch break. Super nice people, reccomend for anyone. The prices seem reasonable and also do military discounts.

These guys were awesome from the first phone call...especially after calling a few other muffler shops for information and getting unfriendly or i dont really care answers, or no call back at all...then i got to Bobbys and found a really friendly staff and the guy that did my exhaust took the time to take me back to the car and show me what he was doing. The prices were great, the work done correctly and the service fast, efficient and friendly. these guys are awesome, everyone needs to have their work done here...

I called for an oil change in the morning, they were booked up. Long story short, 2 hours later I was on my way home,oil changed!! The staff was very accommodating! Will is a very nice guy! Always excellent service!!
