Friendly staff, clean office. Great toys/fun for kids in lobby. They were able to cut my antsy dogs nails by gently babying him, so nice.

Staff is great and efficient. They're currently short-staffed, so be patient.I recommend calling a month in advance when trying to schedule an appointment. They fill up fast.

Wonderful service yesterday. The tech that took care of my dog and getting his history and service needed was friendly and knowledgeable. I am really impressed with the receptionist Tosha. She has a terrific phone presence and I was glad to meet her in person for our appt. as she was just as nice and well spoken. I did not get to meet the Vet due to Covid so my dog had to go in with the tech. I waited in the car and it wasn't a long wait.

They were very patient with my family whole we figured out things after we moved. They were flexible and were even able to treat my very difficult dog quickly and efficiently. I could tell that the vet tech cared for my dogs and that means the world to me.

A great office that helps take care of your pet. The staff is friendly and breaks down everything that you will need for your pet. The hours aren't normal for a vet office but I did not take away a star because you are a military installation. The hours are probably governed by a higher power. Clean building despite the many animals that walk through the doors.

Very affordable compared to your normal vet. I reccommend booking in advance not last min there always so booked so it may take awhile to get in(fur baby owner of 4), it's worth every dollar. Veterinarian reccommends a lot of vaccines I've never heard of, but I only get what they have to have and what my fur babies have always had. We did end up getting the parvo shot for all, they said that was mandatory, so glad vet brought that up, wouldn't want my babies getting that. Thank You guys

The girls that work there are real nice and helpful. The Vet Dr. Ng is fantastic best vet around. She is very caring and treat the animals like there hers. Very sweet lady. My chichuahuas love her.

Always very friendly. During this time you just call in to the front desk and they will come out to get your animal and escort them inside. Very convenient and professional.

For this place to be available to the pets of our servicemen and retired it costs way to much. The staff is wonderful. The prices are crazy.

If you want your animal well taken care of then this is the place to go. They are willing to work as many hours as possible even after closing to save an animals life in emergency situations
