We’re PCSing overseas and we had no idea what to do for the FAVN test and planning. We have 4 pets. Let me just tell you, this clinic was not only helpful with answers, they went out of their way to ensure we get all of the requirements met in proper time!!I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile and educating us while taking great care of our fur babies!PS- one of our cats is no fun in the vet office if you know what I mean. But they handled him with love and minimized his stress!! So grateful!

It would be better to just find an off post clinic to establish care with. The on post clinic is short staffed and will not be able to care for your pets. Found this out the hard way after being giving the ring around for 2 weeks of if they could do repeat X-rays on my pup. Was left scrambling to find another vet on short notice and a holiday week. Very frustrating.

This is a great resource for routine checkups and vaccinations, but if your dog is sick, take it to a real vet, because this is just a "wellness center". That's what they told me 3 days after I took her there, when Icalled to say she'd got much worse. She died today. I'd taken her to a real vet, but it was too late. She was only 5.

The care of the dog we took in was outstanding. He was treated very well and came out very happy. No one is allowed in the clinic due to the fauxdemic. Waiting for the paperwork and medication was excruciating. The dog, already hyper, had an anxiety attack every time he saw another dog. Panting and salivating extremely hard. The wait was very hard on him. The excuse given was there is only one clerk doing the paperwork. The paperwork should have arrived with the dog, just like at the vet clinics in the civilian world.

I have been calling for days to get an appointment for a routine yearly shots. no one answers. What is going on. I use to Gwent an email as a reminder that she is due for shots. well now she is over a year behind, Use to be a great place.

He is way cheaper than any other vet and my dog loves it there. The only reason for 4 stars is they don't always answer the phone and it can take days to get ahold of them. Not an emergency kind of place.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and trying to get an appointment is next to impossible, getting a phone call through is impossible. Just today I have called 52 times and have no had one person answer. Of you care about your pets find a vet who can reliably care for them.

I've been calling for over a month. No one answers the phone and if they pick up the phone, they disconnected the line and a busy sounds came on. I had a specialist veterinary try to call the Fort Eustis vet to speak to him reference my dog whom he referred to and they even told me no one answers the phone. They try for four days straight and no answer.

Honestly…don’t even bother with this clinic. Just go to Langley. Scheduling is SO much easier there.
