Absolute best Main Exchange on Fort Eustis. Easily located and difficult to get to, the consistently crowded parking is a testament to its monopoly. If they don't have it in stock, they are always ready to let you know you can't have it. Their prices can't be beat by any other main exchange on Fort Eustis! If you are looking at a Main Exchange shopping experience, and are on Fort Eustis, this is the place to be.P.S. It also boasts the best Main Exchange food court to be found on Fort Eustis!

This store has customer service oriented staff. Friendly and very helpful, you can tell they love what they are doing. I recommend this store for their many brands of clothing and products. We did our Christmas shopping here and weren’t disappointed . I highly recommend this store. Good job Fort Eustis.

Me and my family ate lunch at food court and the food was reasonably but the ft.eustis exchange itself is high and not competitive prices like the other retailers in the area. I tell you you would turn away just like l did not long ago when Me and my wife was shopping l saw a nice shirt for 80.00 and a pair of shorts for 60.00 dollars, I about fell over. The exchange is trying to compete with Macy's but running it Walmart. Your better off going somewhere else for bargains.

I don’t know who said I was there , because I wasn’t! I’ve my been to this place!!! How does this happen?? Those hands too dark, fingers to long, and my wife’s nails are not that long! And those hands are not my wife’s hands. My wife may have been there. But those hands are too dark to even be my wife’s!!! Ask my wife.

Wow! Very nice. It is so much larger. Found some great clearance items. Good customer service. All registers were unoccupied. Only 2-3 self check out available. Checked out at Customer service counter.

I love Fort Eustis. To me, it is a good military base. My first love for this base begins with the Commissary, then the Exchange. Unfortunately, the Exchange has declined with the varieties of products and pricing trying to keep up with the inflation. My second love for this base comes to the McDonald's Army Medical Center, where I have conducted most of my medical appointments. I am just glad to have 2 military bases near me. They should bring more activities for military families.

Went to food court for some reason you can't use the side exit anymore which is really a nuisance if you're having problems walking.

Why is the heat on full blast all the time in the px??? Makes u want to get out of there as fast as possible. It's miserable in there, I feel bad for the workers. Also, whoever does the buying for the women's clothing department could use a some guidance on what is on trend, is selling well, or what consumers are interested in. There are tons of clearance racks trying to get rid of things that nobody wants to buy.

I've shopped military exchanges all my life. They are good for the military community they serve. It's a shame they are following Walmarts lead. One human cashier, lots of self check outs. I stopped shopping at Walmart long ago. If I'm forced to do the cashiers job, I'll stay home and order online.

I find that all exchanges are the same. It's been about 10 years since visiting one but it felt familiar, clean and homey just like the old days. It seems like the savings have diminished, so shop around before purchasing but the quality of items remains high. Went back recently and the benefit of the PX being tax free is still a good way to save a few bucks.

They have the best Popeye's restaurant in all of Newport News Virginia. The ghost pepper wings are off the chain. I love this chicken from this Popeye's.

I went to the Fort Eustis Main Exchange with my brother in law. The store was very clean and bright for a great shopping experience. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. I don’t go here much but when I do it’s a positive way to spend time with my family. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews. This is not our first choice to go shopping to, but for the reason that everyone is enforced to wear a mask due to being a military facility, we feel much safer going here than any other public place. The prices are not the most competitive, but they have done much better from recent years. The customer service in the electronics area are not the most helpful, the customer service upfront are not too friendly, but the cashiers are awesome. Always serving you with a smile and a greeting.

Not my first stop shop for anything and I always manage to get in the line when the check out want to have a detail conversation with the customer checking out. Nice open space and clean store. I have not yet found something to be out of stock, other ammo. Children cloths could use a bump in inventory, selections are very poor. A there is a big road bike community here and yet this exchange miss every opportunity to bump this areas as well. Car/Pet care is limited as well. Not sure why alcohol need to be sold in an exchange, the Army forces need to support sobriety and not the other way around. Only three stars because I know and seen the potential of an Exchange, not sure who are what this one is catering too. Thanks for reading

It has not changed in 15 years, you can move around much better with your cart. There seems to be better sales. Great shoes to select from. Great toy department, out door department is good and stocked.
