This is the best smelling store in town. All that leather is the reason for this. The store is well stocked with just about any kind of leather goods that anyone could need. The staff members are very friendly also. The restroom is very clean, but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. Overall, I highly recommend Western Ways to anyone looking for leather goods at a fair price.

Great selection of hard to find items. Be warned that almost all prices are either list or full retail. Rarely are they discounted. But with the difficulty of finding much of what they sell, it makes sense to a large degree. Get it when you can!

Great men's work boots! Competitive with online pricing and you get the added bonus of customer service. They let me walk around the store for over half an hour with the boots on to make sure I liked them. I'm glad I was able to because I ended up needing a different size than what I was going to initially purchase.

They had a pair of boots in my size and that was extremely rare. At 14 EEEE, you take a deal when you find it! The staff deserve 6 stars. They really made you feel comfortable and we're extremely helpful. Wonderful experience 😊

Really awesome place. Huge assortment of shoes and cowboy boots as well as belts, hats and clothes. Has a little bit of everything. Garden flags are beautiful, and a pretty good size pet area. Staff was incredibly friendly.

We went to buy my husband a pair of work boots and the gentleman that was working in the back men's boot department was amazing! I think this place has the best and most western wear items in the area. Also big selection of horse riding equipment. I don't know about women's wear but they have a large selection of men's cowboy boots, work boots and clothing.

Nice shop off the beaten path. Lots of boots and items for horses and other animals. Good selection of shoes. They have many items made by smaller companies which I love, items like soaps, lip balms, little signs, etc. Very nice shop. And the workers were very friendly and helpful :-)

Nice store, expensive! Friendly people. Nice selection of things and you need hours to look around. Wish they had more sale opportunities as some of the boots have dust and bugs laying around them which means they been there a while and probably need to go on sale. I spent a ton of money there though so I’m sure I will be back! Nothing else around like it!

It's a great place to shop in the Lynchburg area. We bought out Arabians their first blankets. Brenda was wonderful in helping us decide and educating us on the different types of blankets and outer coverings. We highly recommend them...All the staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time with you, even when they are busy.

This is my happy place now. I went often during covid shutdowns because they were still open with plenty of merchandise. Every time I go I see new things. I have bought more than one pair of shoes here; I have a lot of foot discomfort and they sell ergonomic type shoes. Also horse and pet supplies, gift items, and work boots and clothes for men and women. Great western boot collection! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a pretty cool place. There are different sections for men, women, children, novelties, and tack for horses. There's some pet dog items as well. This store is awesome in its variety of items. I'm sure I missed several top ticket items. There's a large variety of boots, clothing, home decor, and the list goes on. Every time I've visited there is a steady flow of customers but not overcrowded. Covid rules are in effect and followed. At this moment (Christmas season) they will even gift wrap for free your purchased items! Awesome! Great place and accommodating!

So happy to discover this gift shoppe even for people who don’t have a farm or horses. So many boots and shoes, clothing, gifts, purses and bags, unique toiletries and wallets. What a fun discovery off the main road to stop by. Especially at Christmas season this is a go to for gifts and ornaments.
