My wife brings out kitten to get groomed here and they take very good care of her. Call ahead to make sure the kitty groomer has open availability we usually call two weeks ahead at least. Great shop with Dog and cat toys, bowls, ect. Would highly recommend

Love this place!! Recently moved to the area, and Steph's was recommended to us. We brought our two small dogs here, and I'm so happy we did. I had been watching this Groomer's Facebook page for sometime and reading all reviews. I finally decided to give Steph's a try with my adoptive moms Poms while my mom is undergoing chemo we needed her babies to be easy to keep hygienic due to mom's immune system being impaired with the Chemo. I was very happy that I chose Steph's her Daughter Brianna did an awesome job with the Boys they were not stressed they looked and smell great and were happy, you could tell that the care they received while at Steph's was compassionate. When I brought the boys back home it made their mom's day she was so happy with them and how they looked.. A great experience I highly recommend this Groomer.

They are miracle workers!! Bless these people and their hearts for animals! By a different local groom shop, my standard poodle was completely ruined two days before an important event that she needed to look good for. I was heartbroken and my dads coworker recommended this place. I called and explained the situation and they were SO nice as to take me in the same day and help as much as they could. They took a terrible groom to one that I actually liked! They really know what they’re doing and clearly have great poodle experience! They were so considerate of my situation where my girl needed to look presentable in less than 24 hours, and you can tell they are in the business of animals AND people. I will be bringing our two standards here only from here on out!

Our first time at Steph’s Bubbles and Bows!!! The staff were friendly and the enthusiasm they had with my doodle was great! Shannon was his groomer and made it so comfortable leaving him with her. She did an awesome job grooming him and he smelled really good! It was a blessing to find a groomer who show so much passion in her job. Really like this place & staff 🙃. They were very understanding, patient & sweet to my 2 older furbabies, Kota & Bentbent 🖤. Tobi has been a client of Steph's Bubbles & Bows since 2018 when he was a puppy. Brianna, who is Tobi's groomer, is the absolute best. Brianna is so patient and loving with Tobi. I would highly recommend Brianna and Steph's Bubbles and Bows for all your grooming needs. Also, they have the best dog boutique!

The first appointment I booked, my bf took our doggy in and they told us they were not sure when the dog would be ready but they would call. I thought that was weird because I work a busy 9-5 job and need to know exact time so I could pick the boy up. So they call me when the dog is done. I could not leave work at that time so my bf goes to pick him up. He goes an hour later. Keep in mind we live downtown and it’s at least 20 mins to get there because you have to go through Timberlake to get there. When my bf picks him up they said that they charge 20$ for baby sitting fee. So I called the next day and said let me know the next time when he will be done and I will put it on my schedule that that’s the time he needs to be picked up. They gave me the 20$ back for the next time he comes in to get groomed. The next time something came up and I called at 6pm the day before to let them know ‘I’m sorry something came up tomorrow. Please call me back in the am and I’ll reschedule with you.’ They never called me back to reschedule. The next week I called them to reschedule and nothing was ever brought up on the phone about the fee. My bf brings the dog in and nothing was mentioned. Again he asked what time to pick the dog up and they did not give a time. I went with him this time to pick the dog up to make sure we’d get the 20$ off and talk to them about letting us know when to pick up the dog so we don’t get charged and that’s when they bring up the late cancellation fee. I spoke to hailee regarding all of this. She said that it’s even on the website and I checked every page on the website. There was nothing regarding baby sitting fee or late cancellation fee. She continued to tell me that the groomer tried calling us for 3 hours the first time yet nothing was said when my bf picked the dog up the first time. Then she said we called at 10pm at night the day before to cancel. I said that was not true at all and that I wanted to speak to the owner. They told me the owner was not there and I told them to have her call me. It has been 2 weeks and she has still not reached out to me so now I’m leaving this review. It’s weird how a business is fine with screwing you over 20$ and willing to lose a customer over it.*** just in case they do happen to add the fees to the website, I did take a video of every page on their website to show there was no fee shown.

Review from July 10,2023 better late than never, sorry. :)Before going to the groomer I communicated with Steph and told her I have a German shepherd that has stranger danger after following a vet visit. Never has bit anyone nor tired just nervous around people she doesn’t know. I asked Steph what muzzle I needed to buy so I can bring her in. She quickly let me know that she had some and I was good to go just to call before I got there. When getting there I called in and spoke to Hailee. Stormy and I were met at the door by Hailee. I then put the muzzle on stormy as a precaution. Hailee got down into the floor with Stormy letting her know she was safe. Stormy wagged her tail and was fine.She was then met by Anita the groomer. Anita was very careful to make Stormy feel comfortable and respected . 10/10 recommend this business to anyone! Steph, Hailee, and Anita are lovely to deal with. Not to mention Steph does things around the holidays for children and pets we love attending.

Stephanie has been our one and only groomer for ten years now and I feel so fortunate to be able to hand Jackson over to her caring and capable hands! I'm always excited to pick up my perfectly groomed dog and see what stylish bandanna he will be sporting after each grooming appointment! It's apparent that all the groomers love working and interacting with the pets. I have no worries when I leave Jackson in their care. The shop is well stocked and reasonably priced and Stephanie has been so accommodating. I was in need of new harnesses and she found exactly what I wanted. What great customer service! I highly recommend Steph's Bubbles and Bows.

I have a 2yo Golden that is shy and afraid of EVERYTHING! My first time getting her groomed and I was very apprehensive on how she would do. Micaela met her and my dog took immediately to her. She followed Micaela in the back like they were old friends. When I picked up my dog, I couldn't believe what a great job Micaela did. She left the beautiful waves and feathers, but just trimmed them up. My dog came from the back wagging her tail. I would definately recommend Steph's and Micaela is the best!!

Absolutely loved everything they did for my little Toby. He looked amazing after his grooming. He was super nervous when we first got there but once we came to pick him back up, he was relaxed and super excited. They are super nice and I highly recommend getting your animals done there! Can't wait to bring my little man in soon for another cut.

I brought my pup to be groomed here for over a year. The place has wonderful reviews however they are very unorganized. I thought maybe it was COVID related and changing employees but every-time I brought my dog here they did not have his card to know what was done before and how he was cut. Each time he had a different groomer, mostly because they couldn’t find who did it before because they lost his card each time. My most recent experience they refused to groom my dog unless I was going to stand beside him the whole time secondary to not having his updated rabies vaccination record which I would have happily provided if I would of been informed to bring it at the visit. I explained that I lived an hour away and made the trip up to Lynchburg just to have him groomed. I also explained that he attends a daycare twice a week that requires updated vaccinations. I even provided proof of his attendance there. The groomer was not friendly and did not care that I was not told to bring this paperwork ahead of time. Another groomer overheard the issue and did take him to be groomed regardless of not having the paperwork, I appreciated her. However, she did not know how to groom my dog well and I paid $90 for poor grooming and bad customer service. We will not be returning and I hope in the future this place learns to be more organized and provide better customer service.
