Excellent groomers. Erica is hands down the best groomer my Steph has ever had. He was very fear reactive at first, but now he's totally comfortable with grooming, and that's 100% because of her patience and expertise. I highly recommend Pawfection by Rustic❣️

My dog got dropped off around 11 for a grooming appointment, 4:30 came around and I hadn’t heard anything. I called and was told they were running behind which is understandable, but i was never notified. The lady who answered the phone laughed when I asked what was going on. My dog was finally ready to be picked up 30 minutes before closing. Once my dog got home, I noticed she had a nasty razor burn from where they shaved around her private area (Photo included) She was extremely distressed which is odd because she’s never come home like that from any other local grooming businesses. Needless to say my dog will not be returning there in the future.

We have 2 very nervous Chihuahuas we took in for grooming. First time ever we have picked them up from groomers and they were calm and not anxiety ridden. They smelled good and paws were perfectly trimmed. Very reasonable prices.

Tabitha did an amazing job. Our dog is a 110lb Grand Royal Poodle. We had her do a mohawk with boots. He looks fabulous, and he loved the experience. He was all smiles!

They get 5 stars for effort and working with my girl. They really work hard to do a good job. They really are so well developed and you really have to find the Right fit sometimes for your pet. I wish I could give a 4.75 or something. For my pup she isn't quite there. Something isn't clicking for her and she isn't responding the way she was for her last groomer but that isn't necessarily the fault of the groomer or their Effort to do a good job. She looks great and they are exceeding kind. I would encourage anyone to give them a try. I also encourage people to trust their instincts and listen to your dog. Sometimes it just isn't what works for your pup and it's ok to find the right person for you. Like a marriage you have to get the right situation and chemistry

I took my Shih-poo, Gizmo, in this weekend for a bath and grooming. It was my first visit. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. He is almost 10 years old and looks better than he ever has. I can’t stop looking at him! They were friendly and I felt completely comfortable leaving my little boy with them. They were very reasonably priced. The whole experience was great. So glad I found them!

Amazing place with amazing people! This is the only place I take my doggo to get his nails clipped. He is very anxious about getting it done but this is the only place where they don't have to put muzzle on him. They just have one person to hold him and soothe him and the other work on his nails. They are truly amazing. Best place in this area.

Not sure if Brenda was having a rough day but she was very mean to my dogs. We will be taking our service elsewhere, I have never seen my dogs so scared of someone. She mistreated them in front of me multiple times which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
