the best place to shop filled with the best people. everyone is always so helpful from the minute you walk in to when you checkout. lots of cute little hidden treasures here too! the last review seems to be bitter and personal whilst being unrelated to an actual shopping experience here. dont listen to them 😊

Person greeting was nice and asked if anyone coming in needed help finding something. Cashiers were friendly and doing their best. Now the floor manager on the other hand… wow.. he did not know how to talk to customers or to his employees in front of customers. He was very smart mouthed and quite rude. Items were not marked very clearly and he clearly wanted to show his control and rank. Unless I have to, I won’t find myself in there due to his rudeness

My go-to local hardware store. The staff are eager to help. Unique local products. It’s worth paying a dollar more on products to avoid the crowds and the lack of help at the big box stores.

Outstanding service! The kind we're no longer used to.Staff took the time to explain many styles and features of the stihl chainsaws, until I was ready to choose.They registered it for me, advised me how I could extend the warrantee!And after all was said and done, filled the tank and showed me how to start it right in the parking lot.110%. I will support you with all my business from here on out. Thanks for making your customers your priority.

Quick service and friendly staff. Usually have a good selection of Hallmark cards, but all Christmas cards were pretty slim choices.Overall a great general hardware store that has many items big stores don't.Easy to shop in with helpful people who know where things are located in the store.

It's your typical Ace store. However, this one sells Stihl products. They had the hedge trimmer, battery and charger I wanted. So, I made the purchase. I'll say the help in the store was good and all were very friendly. Although contrary to my past visits to Ace stores, I had to look for someone to direct/help me. Usually they help you as soon as you walk in the door.

My first time ever in an Ace hardware store. It was clean ,organized, and we'll stocked. I purchase three things to help with my project. There was a very sweet gentleman that help me load up my stuff in the vehicle. Don't forget to stop on by, they may have what you need for your next project.

Love both of your stores. My wife and I came in on 9/29. We got what we needed at a good price, and "Bobbi" helped us at checkout. Wow, what a great employee and person. She says she LOVES her job, and it is a good place to work. That says it all.UPDATE: 2/21/2022My wife and I came in today looking for something and "DAN" really helped us out, he was honest and told us what would work the best for our shower. He really knew his stuff...Chuck you should be proud of him, later I saw him getting shelfs ready and some new items.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly however I’m only giving 1 star because of damage to my vehicle... when they were putting the grill in my trunk, they scratched up the whole trim. I even asked them to check my trunk space before putting the grill to see if it’ll fit. These scratches are so deep I have to pay someone else to fix them.Matt was very quick to respond and kindly offer services to repair the damages, I appreciate stores that are true to their values and represent outstanding customer service. Thank you!

If they don't have it, you don't need it. Everything from fancy niknaks to preserved blueberries( they are wonderful on icecream) and camping needs, plumbing needs, bug spray for all kinds of bugs, paint, household needs, the list is unending. The folks are knowledgeable and helpful. They are the old-fashioned hardware store, just bigger with everything you could possibly need. Veterans are cordially welcome.

The staff here were very kind and conveniently, an employee finished talked to someone walking out the store, and asked me if I needed help. He directed me to the right aisle with no problem and was very polite. The store had a great layout too.

Honestly this is what a hardware store should be like! The people are soooo friendly and helpful. (which seems to be more rare now than ever). They had more selection than any of the other big stores and was nicely organized and in stock.I will definitely be back to this store! Thx

I really like this store. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had a bad experience with the parent store that's beside the new Honda dealership. I will never go into that store again, even though it's probably the same ownership.
