West end has gone down hill fast. I tried to get an appointment but was told to be seen within the week only option to drop my dog off for vet to look at and call me. I did so and my dogs Lyme disease and shoulder displacement overlooked. Called again with a growth under his leg and told again appt would be 3 weeks out. I changed vets only to find out he has a bone tumor. If I had waited 3 weeks he would have been in horrible pain. Their idea of having their own cats have access to their waiting area a frustration if you have dogs that are not cat lovers. I used to love this vet but now would not recommend.

I took my PTSD service dog to be put down and they treated him like family. When my vet and my vet assistant hugs and consoles me after and takes great care and love after I know they are great animal hospital. If I decide to get another animal, I WILL NOT take them anywhere else. Thank you Dr Emily.

Dr. Freeman and her staff are wonderful. She is patient and very kind and all my fur babies love her. She has fair prices and she truly care about you and your pet. I have always and will always take my pets to west end animal clinic.

I had to have my loyal precious dog to sleep yesterday.The Vet doctor and all the vet techs,that tended to my baby girl,for 2 days were the most caring and compassionate people that I have ever seen at a Vet Clinic.I would not have made it through this had they not being so caring.They gave me options to saving my dog and let me spend all the time I wanted with my baby.I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me and my dog

We've been bringing our pets here since 2009, everything from initial kitten vaccines to having to put an old dog down, and have no complaints. They're a full service vet with boarding & surgical capabilities. Everyone has been very professional, kind, and provided top notch treatment. They genuinely care for the animals & often add a unique personal touch when possible (see the pic of the cast they put on near Christmas one year).

West End is the only clinic I trust for my animals. I have quite a few fur babies with different health ailments and they always take the time to discuss my concerns. Ziggy says thank you for his dental this week. His mouth is already feeling better and he came home looking much better than I dropped him off! 😊

I had to have my beloved dog. Jack, put to sleep and I took him here. They are wonderful to work with! They gave us alot of time to say goodbye and showed alot of love for my dog and compassion for my breaking heart. I hope you never need that service, but if so I highly recommend this place!

My grandfather used this clinic for his fur babies. He passed away recently and we were left with 3 pups and 1 cat. They were extremely helpful with getting answers on pets that were needed as well as helping rehome several animals prior to me heading back out of state. Friendly compassionate and caring.

This clinic is very reasonable with their pricing. Vet is wonderful and doesn't push things your furbaby doesn't need. Care is great. I have had everything from well checks to vaccines to surgery done by this clinic. Super nice staff.

Wonderful vet. She doesn't charge outrageous prices like most vets do nowadays. She actually cares and listens to your concerns. Staff has always been really nice and polite. I will continue to take my Phoenix to them.

Got there 10 minutes early and they promptly delivered curbside pick-up for my pup's pedicure. You would have thought he was a kid leaving the candy store and not the vet when they brought him back 5 min. later. Thank you so much!!

My usual groomer couldn't take me so I took my pup to them and they did a fantastic job followed my instructions to the letter and Mr. Scooter butt was very happy when I picked him up map. But I also use them as a veterinary service and they have always been really great taking care of scooter . A while back he had some kind of an ear infection and they put these little tubes of medicine in his ears and before the week was out he was back to his playful self.

Very kind to me and my pet, love that they manage all needs or complaints given. Very quick to get your pet seen without charging some unreal pet wait time. Very involved and very sensitive when it comes to diagnoses of your pet. This is the best veterinary practice I've been too in at least 8 years. Very proud to say I picked this office and Dr. Emily to take care of my pets. They're all great.

Fair pricing compared to many, my experiences have been that they get you in, they get you out, they don't try to up-sale you and they are good with the dogs.I've taken my dogs for immunization shots, nail trims and checks.It's always fun to see the kitties roaming the office, well cared for, friendly and happy.

Place was extremely clean..the staff were well organized and greeted me at the door... and immediately asked aggression questions regarding Lacey being around other animals...to make sure it was safe for Lacey to enter the facility...and the well being of the other animals. Wonderful clinic! When I moved to the area I tried an animal clinic closer to my house. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience so I started to look for a new vet. This one came up and I decided to try them.I love this vet! They remembered my pup and always treat him so well. I also love what they do for the local strays. It may be a little bit of a farther drive but the quality of care is worth it. Prices are fair and they are always available whenever my pup needs something!

I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. The staff is all super nice and obviously all love animals and the work that they do. It's super helpful if I have any questions or need to schedule anything, I can call them, and be speaking with an employee almost always immediately.

Please don’t take your cat here if it is having urinary tract problems. They put him on a special diet (which I believe was the correct response). Two weeks later he was straining to pee. We called and took him into their office. He was there 7 hours total. After 5 hours we called to check in and they said we could pick him up in an hour. Upon arriving and paying for the services, they told us they hadn’t pushed fluids yet and we would have to wait. We waited for an additional hour. After pushing fluids he urinated a small amount. This urine wasn’t collected, they told us they couldn’t do a urinalysis without urine. Without running an X-Ray they declared that his urethra was not blocked. They told us to simply try to get him to eat more of his diet by using chicken broth to entice him and gave us a long term anti-inflammatory. Once home he continued to strain. The next day he was crying, vomiting and straining more. We called a different vet which ran X-rays and declared that he was extremely blocked. Without relief he would have died from toxin build up. The use of chicken broth to entice him into eating his food perpetuated the problem because he could not expel the liquids he consumed. I am so glad that we took him to a different vet that had the time and energy to take the problem seriously. I will not be returning to West End Animal Clinic.

Our cat was really sick and had to be put to sleep. They fit us in at the last minute. They were kind, gracious, and wonderful! It was my daughters cat and they were so delicate with her.. They explained everything and gave my daughter her cats paw print. It meant so much. I will bring my pets to them in the near future!

This clinic has always been good and caring. We just had to put our dog to sleep and to accommodate us during the pandemic, they took care of her in the fenced in backyard. They were sensitive to our needs and made sure she was comfortable as she slipped away.

Can't say enough how great this vet office is. I have been taking my dane/lab mix here for 2 year now. There was a instance where my dog started limping and we called and they said they didn't really have a spot but to bring her up and they would take care of her. They didn't like the fact she was limping and hurting. After dropping her off they called and let us know within 2hrs what was wrong and she would be ok to pick up in a few hours. I can't thank this office enough they really care about your animals. Really good on pricing also.

Love them. The doctor and staff wonderful with our dogs. My dog had a bite and they still saw him that day even though they were booked. Caring and friendly. I have also boarded my dogs there and know i can trust them with our dogs while we were on vacation.

My family loves this vet. They are very friendly and recently during the last stages of beloved family pet they helped us. They were very caring and supportive of us during the final hour of our pers time with us. They are very fair priced and have good hours.
