The difference in this store and the one in Roanoke is nothing short of remarkable! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Unlike the Roanoke location, every worker here was helpful, cheerful and concerned with customer service. The checkout line was very long and only one cashier who, to his credit, maintained a jovial attitude. He called for help twice before someone was available to assist. I found another extremely helpful associate who informed me and another patron that they were out of both items we were needing. He did, however, find me a reasonable alternate. Much better experience in this store than others.It has a more home town vibe!

I was purchasing a few items and noticed the girl at the register had called for backup as there was a long line. No one came so she opened a second register and ran BOTH by herself like a champ! Cierra, you deserve a raise!

I was looking for a specific garden solution, called ahead to see if they had it - talked with a very friendly young man who turned out to be the clerk who waited on me when I went in to purchase - I am sorry i did not get his name - but he asked if I was the one who called and was even more pleasant in person. Neat, organized store. Nice experience!

Was here last night not long before closing, getting a few things for some chickens I ordered. I'm new to all this, and the cashier (blonde gal whose name I didn't catch) was super helpful. Recommended products I hadn't gotten and ended up needing. Not many places are so helpful when its getting close to closing time and they want to head home, I was impressed :)

It's funny everytime I visit the Bedford VA store I spend a ton of time just looking at all the cool stuff they have. Great place to pick up old fashioned candy too. I never walk out empty handed.

waited 20 minutes outside on a employee to open the gate, with a diesel truck running after spending $450 in the store....let the manager know I called to remind them I was outside after 10 minutes, and he could care less. Poor management of the store.

Got a great deal on a pellet stove here! They had one that was half price at the end of the season. I wasn't sure if it would fit into my SUV, so they gave me a measuring tape and let me to check it out and then helped me load it into the back! Can't say enough about how great the service here was for me!

I love this store, the staff here are some of the best to work with. The Forest location isn't that bad, but the staff is what makes this one great.

Great place with wonderful staff. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but normally have a great selection. During "chick days" the animals were kept very well. My go-to for livestock needs.

Very nice Tractor Supply. Manager (Roger) is accessible and helpful, staff is always quite pleasant and helpful. Short lines and they are VERY responsive to opening up a new register if the line is more than 3 deep.They are not rated like Lowes but they carry a lot of hardware, sometimes stuff the bigger chains don't have. Really extensive and wholesome pet and farm animal food selection... I know a lot of folks who say this is their go-to store for pet food, collars, beds, crates, tie outs, name it. Better than a lot of dedicated pet stores plus they carry basic harness and tack, all the way up to small farm machinery and cattle grates! Husqvarna chainsaw dealer and repair shop.And that's not all. Men's and women's work clothes and classy western wear, work boots and cowboy boots, goooood prices on basic work jeans (think $12 and made in the USA), coveralls and overalls and wellies. If you work (as opposed to sitting at a desk) you should check this store and the chain out. Some pretty nice leather goods and not a bad jewelry section if you're dating the right gal.Parking is free and plentiful and staff will help you load, handicap access and automatic doors. Open 7 days a week (limited hours on Sundays). This is a chain store with a very home town small hardware vibe. And you have to love the smell of leather, horse feed and denim as you walk in the doors.

Has good selection of hardware items to include automotive bulbs and fuses and lots of different styles of connectors, bolts, nuts and screws. Also has alot of lawn and garden type things for yard care, watering purposes, weeding purposes and more. They carry a full line of gas powered mowers and trimmers as well as some weed eaters. They also have food for animals and even chickens or ducks for sale

8/4/2020 -Courtney.. brought my items out to me raising her voice saying “ma’am next time you need to wait till you get your email conformation ‘ she was extremely rude I tried to show her I did receive the confirmation... she got even louder. She was right I was wrong according to her. I asked for a manager bc of the tone she was speaking to me... she said well there is no one else but me. She was very inappropriate and rude. She yelled at me the whole time of me receiving my order at pickup.

Local hardware feel to this store. Has some unique things that are harder to find locally. Country/farm clothing and boots. Not many workers but you can usually find one at the register.

This is a nice place to go when looking for anything from dog food and toys to tools and boots. The dog stuff is the only reason we come and my dog only eats the Taste of the Wild Food from here.

Applied for a job here but was gonna be given 1 shift a week? Yeah cant survive on that plus most employees are rude and aparently ignorant to their job couldnt wvwn tell me where certain dog food was located
