Always have the items I love that I can't find anywhere else. Great low prices as well! My husband bought a tractor here a few years ago and anytime he has questions or needs something for it, the staff is extremely helpful.

They tend to have very good prices on most items. Their hardware selection is excellent and buying by the pound is easy and convenient. I purchased several storage totes at this visit and miscounted and picked up 1 less tops than totes. They said just come in and they would give me a top.

Love this place! Be careful if you go without supervision….I am the proud owner of 2 baby ducks! 🤣Edit: September 1, 2021The babies are getting so big!! 😭Edit: November 15, 2021And now I have a pond in my backyard!!🤣See photos…almost done! Filtration System is being installed and waterfall is in the making. Stay tuned for the final outcome.

We do not have a Rural King or anything like it in Coastal NC. This is one of our MUST STOPS when visiting in VA! They have a huge variety of products along with super great pricing. Then if you can catch a sale going on...Winna Winna Chicken Dinna! Could not imagine going to VA without stopping at Rural King!

I came in today for the first time in a month or two and the animals just looked absolutely pitiful today. I know theres one girl that usually keeps them going good but when I went in today it looked like their pens hadnt been cleaned out in days. At least theres still popcorn

Would have been nice to have worker in battery area. Prices on batteries much better than other surrounding areas. Man in very front office area checkout very nice. Clothing very expensive

My kids & I love this place. This is one of the only big box stores left around here that has a full spiorting goods department with guns & ammo of all calibers. There are some unique finds here like old-timey candies, sarsaparilla, bourbon barrel aged maple syrup, & pickled everything from eggs to okra. The girls like to look at all of the baby chicks, ducklings, etc. and I like the cheap prices. Bird feed (all varieties) and HVAC air filters are typically cheaper here than other places.

The best store with the most amazing employees. Our large family hosts a yearly “cousin camp”. Part of it is a scavenger hunt at the store. The employees were so understanding and so helpful to assist with our fun. The employees who manage the animals are very attentive. When making our purchases, the employees assisted and were so knowledgeable about the products when we had questions. I cannot say enough good things. And the popcorn is an added bonus.

In my opinion they have the best variety of weapons and ammunition. It is my go to place now. If you download the app, it constantly gives you great deals and extra Money off here and there. I have gotten at least $200 off. If guns go on sale and they have a $100 site wide sale at the same timeb they will give you another $100 off for ordering from the app. I just order and go to Radford to pick it up when it comes in..

I came from the land of Farm and Fleet, Fleet Farm, and Tractor Supply. Rural King is far bigger and has a larger selection than stores I mention from back where I used to live. I've been to RK about twice/month for everything from parts, clothing, ammunition, to animal feed.

It is the 17th of December. 5:10 p.m. they have one register going. A line on that register stretching back way further than I have time to wait. I left my cart in a pile of other carts that were abandoned due to poor management.

Wonderful store. Kids love the popcorn, chicks and ducks....it's almost like a field trip. The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And the store is so clean and very well organized.

I am thankful for Rural King's selection and products, and I like Rural King's prices, mostly, but the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you can find an employee to help, but not often. Sometimes, the employees seem to be having a GREAT day. Sometimes, they seem to hate their job. One amazing employee helped me with something I needed and knew nothing about, and another told me to find my own bag from another register if I wanted my purchase in a bag. Hit or miss.

Decent store! They have lots of tools, small engine parts. They also sell clothes, boots, jackets. They also carry carhartt. Staff is usually decent, fairly busy sometimes. They also sell stihl power equipment. Store has quite a variety of stuff. They also carry home improvement stuff. Prices are average on most things I've seen. Would recommend!

Never seem to have enough help any more, but what place isn't experiencing that right now.Warning***WarningDo not order a gun from Rk Guns. They say 7 - 10 days, but it can take months and once placed, you cannot cancel or return.This is NOT the fault of RADFORD rural king. This is the online ordering.

This store is absolutely my favorite to shop at. We don't have one nearby where I live so if we get nearby to one, we will stop every time. Spent a fortune at Christmas and got some really great deals. Love it!! Worth the stop. They have everything a country gal can need or want.

FIRST TIME IN THE STORE SINCE RELOCATING TO VIRGINIA! They were in full supply of Alot if item you can't buy in a regular store and with reasonable pricing! I will visit again to pick up a couple of things I window shopped next time ! Great place I recommend to anyone and I will return for sure👍🏼

I love Rural King, but I don't recommend buying any human foods there right now and check your animal feeds also. They have a severe rodent issue right now and most isles you can smell decaying rodents.. if you look between shelves or under pallets of animal isles you're gauranteed to find glue traps with rodents stuck on them, dead and alive.. and be prepared to have mice or rats run past you. Some rodents are unavoidable but this is infestation, droppings are seen in many places and this is a health hazard to employees and customers alike..

I went in to purchase a personal fire. While the background check was being Don, I got some free popcorn and shopped. The store had black Friday sales. I found lots of deals and purchased Christmas gifts and items for myself. All the staff is very courteous. The was very well stocked‼

Free popcorn and coffee, the free popcorn is actually worth it, just remember to add salt from the shaker, friendly staff, and some of the best candy in the state. The kind of stuff that's typically hard to find outside of a dollar store in low amounts.
