Very sweet and gentle with my new puppy. She's the third dog I've had at their office and have been very happy with the service. My first dog is no longer with me and I will always appreciate the care, understanding and support of the staff during that time. Everyone was always so professional and yet very comforting. My other 2 dogs don't mind going in for checkups or vaccinations. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a pet they love.

This evening I had an emergency with my bunny. My exotic vet was out today and they were able to see me on short notice. They were all very, very kind and supportive as I lost my bunny. They didn’t know me from Adam, but it didn’t matter. My bunny was dying and they were there. Thank you so much for all you did to help me. And a huge thank you to the sweet tech, with green scrubs, and awesome tattoos.. that was a great hug that I needed more than I realized. ❤️

Riverside has consistently exceeded my expectations. Our cat needed immediate attention this week and they worked him in. Everyone was happy and caring even as we were adding to their workload. We were seen quickly and efficiently. They truly care about our pets.

I took my chihuahua here after being seen by another vet and not receiving proper treatment from them. I'm SO glad that I did- Riverside is a great vet clinic! They really cared about my chihuahua and got her the treatment she needed after one well known vet clinic failed to do so. Riverside is also extremely affordable. I expected to spend around $500 for the level of care, knowledge and medications we received, but the bill was only $145. I would give this clinic 10 stars if I could!

Just love the people here! They are definitely animal lovers and take time to listen to you. They go above and beyond when 8r comes to helping with my Puddles, and she really likes them. Definitely refer them for your pets health needs!

So glad I started going to riverside vet thsy have a super super nice staff doctors every thing about them is good they saved my babies life I have had him for 18 years and i was so sure i was going to have to put him down thanks to the doctor and nurses they saved him and also the bill was not bad at all there pricing is great every were else i have been was outrageousThank you so so muchI will highly recommend them to everyone

My cat of 17 started going down hill this week. I took her to Riverside and they got us back promptly and were fast to get her to oxygen and evaluate her. Sadly even with their attempts it was her time. They made me a beautiful paw print plate and comforted me. The bill was only $15 for the evaluation, medicine, oxygen, her wrap she was in, and the paw plate. They are a wonderful, understanding, and all around good hearted people. I'm very grateful they got her straight in and made it easier on her to pass peacefully. I will definitely take any other people I have there. Katie will never be forgotten and was so very loved.

Worst veterinary clinic I've ever been to in my life as a pet owner! I'm appalled by what we experienced! Our poor dog was dying literally and they were so UN professional it should be a crime! And after she passed we were told we could go outside and wait in our vehicle and they would bring her out. While out in the car waiting the wife received a voicemail from them asking where we went and we needed to pay, and to remember they still had our dogs body. Are you actually serious right now? Absolutely Disgusting! I wouldn't go there again if there wasn't another vet available on earth! I would never put a dog through any of that in their final moments again for any reason! Wish I would've know we couldn't comforted her at home in peace. I wish there was a lower rating because they don't deserve a single star!

They killed my dog by treating him for lime desise. Then a week later told me he did not have it by then my dog did not eat for 3 days or drank I got so weak he couldn't stand and I had to put him down . I do not recommend this place

First time here. The staff here treated me and Naudia my fur baby of 15 years very good. I had to take her there to go to sleep and they made it very easy on her. It never is easy considering she was a family member. They treated me and her with respect. Thanks to all that helped us through such a difficult time.

They nickel and dime you like crazy. After leaving an appointment and paying $400, they send a text asking for donations. They also charge for followup appointments just to see if the medicine they gave is working or not. I think a quick 10 min followup should be free considering you pay hundreds for the initial appointment and medication.

My family and iI have taken our dogs here for over a decade. Riverside gave me several extra years with my dog biscuit who had heart disease and was treated by them. He was my best friend and I really appreciated their hard work to extend his life as long as humanley possible. Now my new pup sees them too. Great vet and very knowledgeable medically!

My family, friends, and I take our pets (dogs) here because the veterinarians are professional and do a good job of keeping the animals as comfortable as possible. The staff is nice and responsive to call requests. I think the price for services are reasonable. My pup always leaves happy!

I have owned many animals! Honestly feels like a zoo at all times in my home & I had lost hope for vets. I felt like most were way to expensive and didn’t care about the animals at all BUT ALL THAT CHANGED WITH RIVERSIDE! They have the kindest doctors and even the receptionists are absolutely amazing! Prices are great, you won’t find much else cheaper especially not a vet that actually cares! DEFINITELY take your fur baby here. You will not regret it. ❤️

If I had posted a review over a year ago it would have been 5 stars. I had an amazing experience when Dr. Brown was still at the clinic. I have a 11 y/o dog who is anxious around new people but loves people when he realized they are not a threat. I was unaware the vet seeing my dog was one he AND I had never met before. I explained to the vet techs he would react anxiously without me but I was refused to be allowed inside with my senior pup. I recently moved and asked for his records to send to his new vet clinic only to find out he was MUZZLED his last visit with this new vet and I was never told. This is traumatizing because he has NEVER had a muzzle before and a new stranger was putting stuff on his face. He was just scared. I am extremely upset and offended this was never brought up to me during or after his appointment. I was never told or asked if it was okay. I read it in his records myself, nobody told me. It makes me sick to my stomach, I would have never allowed that to happen and I would have immediately removed him from the clinic. My dog was acting skittish when we returned home and wouldn’t leave his kennel for hours. He was scared and I was not allowed in to help him. The clinic did NOT listen to my advice on how to sooth him and earn his trust. (Just bribe him with treats I gave them to get him to work with them.) After his appointment the vet was rude and dismissive of me when I tried to ask questions about my dogs check up. That also disgusted me, you should not be working with animals if you refuse to try to understand them. I did not deserve that attitude from the vet and my dog did not deserve that harsh treatment. It should have been brought up to me and not hidden in records until I asked for them. I gave the vet techs his favorite treats and they were returned to me, untouched, at the end of his appointment. My dog has become incredibly terrified of the vet and strangers after his last two visits to Riverside, I guess it makes sense now.

Very awesome staff. Very helpful. We brought our very high anxiety dog in for his shots, and they were very calming for him, and he did great. Very happy with their help and we will be bringing our other dog in when she needs her shots updated.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Potter was calming and carefully explained the health issues toe that my dog was experiencing. Also provided me the cost for medical care for my dog. I was relieved after speaking with him and plan to continue having them care for my dog. They are available several days each week with evening hours. I appreciate the call I received several days after our visit to check on my dog. Very reasonable pricing for pet care.

A little pricey but you get very good service and they send out reminders for your fur baby's yearly shots and checkup. They also offer boarding for pets which helped me out in a pinch when I couldn't find a pet sitter.

Riverside has provided excellent veterinary care to my dogs, and is my go-to for kenneling when I leave town. They treat my dog like she's their own and are always extremely friendly. The prices are never higher than I'd expect. When my first dog was in emergency condition, Riverside vets gave her the best possible care and were honest with me when they thought a different facility had the means to give her more intensive treatment. Even after I transferred her to the other facility, they kept up with me regarding her status.I'd recommend Riverside to anyone with pets in the area!

I have trusted Riverside with my pups for almost ten years. I have senior dogs who require almost constant check ups and I always feel the vets really care about me and my pets. You're not just a price tag at Riverside like other places I've tried. Animal care industries are exhausting and I am so grateful for how hard they work to help us here.Everyone knows these are my family members and together we come up with the best plans of action to make sure my boys get everything they need to be healthy through their twilight years.

This is a great clinic. The entire staff here is friendly and always smiling. My dog, Luna and I have been coming here for about 2 years for annual vaccinations, and incidentals. Dr. Brown is by far the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. She really takes the time to get to know your dog and is very thorough in her checkups. Best place in town, no question.

Awesome experience here at Riverside! We were first timers today and were iffy about trying it out because of the reviews! But I say the reviews are wrong! Staff was very informative, and made my pup feel comfortable. Dr. Brown is who my pup saw today, and you can tell she loves what she does! Reasonably priced! Will be our regular veterinary!

If you decide to use this vet, you may as well arrive an hour after your scheduled appointment time. If you do that then you may only have to wait 30 minutes to talk to a "doctor".Follow Up Edit: You're right, I left after 40 minutes because I wasn't waiting for an hour once again. My previous visit was scheduled at 4:30 and I didn't see a doctor until 5:45. The time before that, I had an appointment at 4:30 and didn't see a doctor till 5:35 (both instances per your records). Considering you also tell clients to arrive early for the appointment, how much time was wasted? I understand how doctors offices work, which is why I gave you 3 chances before posting a negative review about your clinic. This isn't a problem until you do it consistently and you have.
