Another pleasant experience.Today I took home some Dominican!I enjoyed this coffee immensely with its strawberry, wine, vanilla, sweet cherry tasting notes.Whether I am in and out picking up something for “home”. Or enjoying some work or relaxation time in the coffee shop, I have been repeatedly pleased with the pleasant clean atmosphere and the diverse selection of food and coffee drinks as well as some other local craft and occasional music offerings.And they did have non dairy milk options.In addition to standard and vegetarian options there were gluten friendly options.The bakery case was fully of amazing treats!!! I enjoy their peanut butter truffles. Staff told me they take turns baking these delicious treats for us to enjoy!The bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere dynamic and comfortable with places for conversation, dining and and study.Generally a breakfast and lunch place, I have noticed that they are now open Thursday evenings as well!Vegetarian options: We have found staff to be very accommodating and informed about dietary preferences and needsDietary restrictions: Gluten sensitive options including bread for sandwiches are available. There is an up charge for the gluten free bread option.

Good local coffee (I got the dark roast) and nice vibe. The lemon pound cake was good but unremarkable. My only complaint is that it was just expensive. A 16 oz black coffee and slice of pound cake was almost $9 before tip. Same goes for coffee beans - prices range from $14-$20+ for 12 oz of beans, and none were fair trade certified.Wheelchair accessibility: Seating could accommodate wheelchairs but front door is heavy glass and wood pull door that could be challenging without assistance.

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. We're visiting from northern Maryland, and this is the best coffee we have had, out of the several places that we've been to, while here.We actually came back for a second visit, before we left town, and I was still not disappointed. Their chicken pesto panini was really tasty.I also really like that they feature and sell art and crafts from local artists. Highly recommend. If we are ever back in the Radford area, we will definitely be paying another visit.10/10Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and they had options for her that she really enjoyed.

Server thought they knew more about my order than I did. I specifically said what I did not want, as confirmed by customer standing next to me, and then they gave me what I did not want; which was more expensive with a refund. When it was pointed out my order was wrong, they argued with me. Again what I wanted was confirmed by other customers. Just be careful when you order. I will not go back again just on the poor service alone. I make the extra trip downtown.

I've been here a few times now.This is a cute little coffee shop. The coffee here changes every day so it is nice to have a new experience every time. All of my coffee has been fresh and tasty. The pumpkin spice latte doesn't taste that much like pumpkin because they put a lot of cinnamon in it. But it was still pretty good.The baconagel here is AMAZING. I really enjoy the spicy gazpacho mayo. The cinnamon bun cake is also really good.The vibe here is pretty cool. They play a lot of bands like Bob Dylan and Mumford and Sons that make mellow white people happy. I was expecting it to be 100% college students but there was a pretty good mix of folks.Overall I would recommend this place and come back.

Gonna miss coming here. My traveling job had a contract in this area for several years and brought me to town from WV to work one day a week in Pulaski. As long as I was aware of this place I came about every Wednesday after work before going home. I touch base with every little coffee shop I can during my travels and this place is rated in my top 3 of all. The sandwiches and paninis never disappoint. Never went wrong on my coffee drinks. Protein shakes and blueberry pie(occasional) was the best for dessert. I bought the tshirt and the cap.The relaxed atmosphere, low key music and the killer peppermint gum wall mural from days gone by, that’s being preserved.December 7, ‘22 will be my last opportunity to visit here unless my personal travel lend me back in the future.

Very fast service, and a good range of menu items, with smoothies, breakfast food, and light lunch/dinner sandwiches. I had an omelet, but it was way too dry, and it looked like they'd cooked it on a panini press, and was very dry. But the entertainment was excellent with a banjo and fiddle jam affiliated with Virginia's Broken Road Heritage Trail.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Staff took my food to another guest then when they said it wasn’t what the order. Yelled my name, they then threw the food down in front of me and walked off huffing and puffing.Also this was 10.50 for Walmart chips, and a paper plate!!!!!Will never be back and will tell everyone about the horrible service.

Ordered food off of the paper menu off of the counter and then got the total and paid. A few minutes later I looked at my receipt and noticed I was over charged. When I checked the menu the prices were $3-$4 cheaper then what I paid. When I went to the counter to ask about this they told me they couldn’t update the menu everytime the prices changed and if they refunded me the extra money that they’d have to do it for everyone. They eventually did refund me the difference, but they were very rude about it. The amount I paid for the food wasn’t worth what I got. I will not be returning.

A warm, eclectic, and sunny space. The food and coffees/teas are good. Concerned about the pricing for two small egg, bacon, and cheese bagels, a hot tea, and a large coffee of the day - $28 including tax and tip! Probably worth more like $14. (Is inflation that bad?) The ambience, however, is pleasant - good for meeting and talking with friends.

It's always a treat to enjoy this place! The atmosphere is very relaxed. The coffee is incredible. Had my obligatory fall pumpkin spice latte last weekend, and it was the best I've ever had. Starbucks ought to shut down 😂Another cool thing about this place is their mission and ministry with partners in South America. Also, it is part of the Crooked Road and hosts a bluegrass jam every Monday from 6-9, which I've been attending off and on for a few years. Awesome and welcoming group! Definitely give this place a try
