Great selection of pet food, toys, and treats. Excellent customer service that you will never find at the big box pet stores. Very competitively priced and I often find they are the same price or a little cheaper than Amazon/Chewy/Petco.

The gentleman running the shop was very knowledgeable about my dog and what food was needed in my particular situation with my dog. He offered me a few tips in a situation that I have with my dog as well. I definitely recommend you go there for your dog or cats needs. They have an office in Blacksburg as well as Radford so depending on where you are located you should look them up.

The most knowledgeable and helpful staff for your pup! Have a dog with digestive issues and Kibble on Main gave me better advice than our vet. 100% recommend!

I'm always glad when I can support a local company and this is one worth supporting. Their food can be pricey but it's good brands so that's on par with other places. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our big brand dogs food and it was causing serious trouble, we visited kibbles and the staff on duty suggested a brand we've never heard of and it has been great and havent had any troubles since.

This is the greatest little pet store. They have everything you need without being overwhelming. If they don't have it, they can get it. You can take your pets in the store, and they are the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I love having local shops, especially with such great customer service.

Awesome owner and staff, extremely knowledgeable about all your pets needs and will walk you to your item rather than point in a direction. Prices are so reasonable! I was shocked at the quality of their items vs. the amount I pay! Best pet store around imo!

Went in to this cute shop looking for a collar, came out with a collar and some toys. They have a really nice selection and the gal working the counter was incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be going back now that I've picked my puppies name to get one of their awesome tags special ordered just for him.So glad to see a NICE pet supply shop in Radford for once.

Good selection for a local store. Not the cheapest place in town but a great location for a broad assortment of non everyday pet items. They stock a great supply of healthy options for your pet also.Staff is super friendly and always willing to help.

I always go here to get quality food and other pet supplies. The staff is generally knowledgeable about the products and can help you get the best options for your pets.The prices here are a bit high but depending on what you're getting it's sometimes worth a few extra dollars.

Normally we have a decent trip there, but there just happened to be a dog that was growling at mine and he clearly didn’t want to be a part of it so I was just going to get my items and leave, but the man who was working said he has neighbors upstairs and didn’t need my dog barking. First, if you have people above you, don’t put a dog friendly store beneath it if you know dogs bark. I normally get all of my food there when the other cashiers are working, but this is the second time the man was very rude to us. I don’t know if I can support a small business if I’m treated rudely. Also if you don’t want to hear dogs barking- don’t live above a pet store.

Kibbles on Main Street in Radford is super. This is conveniently located with loads of parking. This is a super great place for your furry friends to choose food, treats, and shelter. They have an amazing selection of toys too for cats, dogs, birds, and other small mammals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Completely recommended!

The only place I would get my dog or cats food! I’m so glad they put a place in radford! Wonderful selection of holistic foods for your pet (which are expensive, but VERY fairly priced), pet supplies, toys, beds, treats, etc. And extremely friendly/helpful staff!
