This company is the best. I had my fireplace fixed but I thought I might need a new one, it was pretty bad. I thought! This company was able to restore it and make it look brand new. The prices are very reasonable. Matt in the office is very informative and friendly. Jamie was very efficient with his work and explained his work with detailed information. Jamie was very pleasant and even though he was here to work which he did effectively it was joy to have met such a nice respectable person to work in my home. Please give this company a call if you need any kind of work from this company.

I used Gas Fireplace Service of Stafford after using one of their (non professionally certified) competitors who botched fixing my fireplace and really left me irritated and frustrated.Jamie and Matt did a great job! They diagnosed what the other company did wrong with their parts installation, what they SHOULD have also checked on the unit and fixed the problem(s) promptly - with no surprise additional costs or attempted upselling. Additionally they were EXTREMELY courteous and did a first rate cleaning of the unit after they fixed it. All-in-all, for their competence, promptness, and extra service, it was well worth what I paid.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM if you need gas fireplace service.

My fireplace pilot would not light. I called and Jamie came out the following day. He was pleasant and professional. He answered any questions I had. Checked everything out, showed me the problem, repaired my fireplace and cleaned everything up when he was finished.I am very happy with the service provided and would Highly recommend Gas Fireplace Service of Stafford to anyone. I will definitely use them again!

Extremely happy with the service performed by Jamie of GFS of Stafford! My fireplace stopped working and luckily I was able to get an appointment the same day. Jamie arrived promptly and was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! He not only fixed the problem, but left me with fireplace that is more efficient as well as aesthetically pleasing. GFS of Stafford is now my go to company for all of my gas fireplace needs. They definitely deserve all of their 5 star ratings!

I am thrilled! Matt ordered me a new insert. The white log set caught my eye. Although it was supposed to take up to 8 weeks, it didnt.Jamie returned and installed my new set which actually has some type if amber lighting below the logs. I am truly elated at the service and friendly but professionalism of both Matt and Jamie!Excellent job.Now to put my picture on Facebook!

They were excellent! I had been wanting to get my fireplace serviced for a while… over 10 years. (Don’t judge me too bad) The team at Gas Fireplace of Stafford came out and did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and were very neat about cleaning it. They put down a drop cloth over my carpet- to make sure they didn’t drop anything on the floor. Their team WAS ON TIME!!! That alone gives them 5 stars. They left it as clean as new!

Well worth the hype! My wife called and was impressed from the phone call appointment to the completion of the service.Matt was able to come by the very next day after the call and provided candid expert recommendations on what our fireplace needed. We needed a few parts based on his assessment, which he already had on hand.Once completed, he was able to explain why the part was needed and how it impacted the overall performance of the fireplace. I would like to say that I was very impressed with the technician Jamie that came out. Highly professional and very informative of everything he was doing while working. He answered every question I had and explained how everything worked. We bought our house over a year ago and never tested the logs and did not know how to work the system. Jamie showed me how to properly operate it and did a phenomenal job on cleaning the unit. I would highly recommend Gas Fireplace Service of Stafford if you are looking for someone good!

Gas Fireplace Service of Stafford did an excellent job replacing the logs and gas unit to our fireplace. They came out the afternoon of our initial call and gave us an estimate. They came prepared with brochures, pictures and plenty of information about each of the choices. Matt answered all our questions and was friendly and professional. Our install by Matt & Jamie was less than two weeks later and we’re beyond thrilled with how the installation turned out and the new fireplace is perfect. Highly recommended!

Requesting service with GFS of Stafford was great from the beginning. Friendly and informed staff during the initial phone call to set up service. Lots of communication prior to service the day before and day of service . Jamie was on time and pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, my fireplace looks brand new and the problem I was having was resolved. I had the most AMAZING experience with GFS. It started with the young lady who answered the phone and how quick they responded to my request for service. Then they sent Jamie to do the service and repair. We needed to have our yearly service completed and we were having some issues we wanted addressed. Jamie and Matt did an excellent job, we were quite impressed. They were right on time, explained everything they were doing, and diagnosed the issue. They ordered parts and had it repaired fully within a week. All for a very reasonable price.

We had two gas fireplaces serviced for annual maintenance this morning. We have been in our house 4 years and have never had this done, so it was definitely time to make sure they were operating safely and to address a couple issues we had last season. Jaime was outstanding. We chatted about basketball as he worked. He was so easy going and very professional. My questions were answered and the problems we were having were fixed. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when the invoice was EXACTLY what I was quoted for annual cleaning/maintenance and the minor repairs needed were included in the fee. It was so refreshing to not be nickel and dimed. I rarely write reviews, but this experience and service was exceptional from start to finish (scheduling, communication, on time, professional, friendly, quality work, etc).

Matt is awesome. He cleaned the fireplace, checked for gas and carbon monoxide, checked the wires, replaced wires, checked the connections, installed a remote, checked the ventilation. He was nice and courteous. Didn't waste any time and he explained everything. He recommended a company for a repair, I called them and Matt actually talked to them to explain the issue. 💯 Thanks for your service GFS and Thank you for your military service Matt.
