They have a great selection of meats as always. The store is clean and presentable but the parking lot needs to cleaned up some. Our cashier was very smiley and sweet to talk to. If I could give it more stars I would!

The employees are pretty much always friendly and helpful, the managers also actually carry their weight and are always out on the floor helping, not hiding in the back like at so many places. The deli and perishables are very consistently great quality for cheaper than Kroger. Only thing is, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for drugstore type items; They're usually kinda scarce and overpriced at Food Lions. Otherwise, my favorite grocery store

I wish you would inform all your employees that you do free cash back(without having to purchase something). Then show them how to do it at the registers. This is the only food lion in the area, where I have a slight issue with doing cash back. Because I'll go to regular checkout line and one girl had an attitude and said it has to be done at customer service(which, again, is the only food lion that has said that), and another employee not knowing how and having to get a manager and then yet another employee not knowing how and being informed that I have never had to make a purchase before when doing cash back and he continued to talk about how much easier it would be for him if I just purchased something for it, when he could have easily asked for help from a other employee like the one girl did before. Just please make sure your employees know how to do it and that it can be done at any register other than self checkout.

It's a friendly place to shop for groceries. The staff are so welcoming friendly and helpful. Great selection also. If they don't have what your looking for they will order it for you. I highly recommend Foodlion.

Great place to go shopping with little ones. They have tiny carts my daughter loves going with me because of them. When the kids are happy, Mama Bear is happy. Shopping is actually fun and cute.

I highly do not recommend this store especially the deli..Deli manager is extremely rude. I ask for an egg salad sandwich other day she told me they don't make them til after 5. Here it is noon and only 4 sandwich's out in case no egg salad. It is already pre-made you just put on bread. I spoke up and said your last employee's made them for me. She said yea well that is why they are no longer here because they didn't follow the rules. No you are the reason they are gone. You are supposed to serve good customer service to your customers and she definitely does not and they have lost my business. I will gladly go to Christiansburg Food Lion from now on.

Very clean and well stocked. They also carry a lot of different specialty items: organic, gluten free, vegetarian etcI bought some gluten free bread that I really like. The fruits and vegetables looked fresh. I will definitely be back.

My grocery store of choice, always clean, very friendly employees and management. The managers there really care about the customers on a more personal level. One of the night shift managers actually took the time to load my groceries in my car for me. I had surgery 2 weeks prior and was still pretty tender and sore so she decided to walk me out and get me loaded up. I can't tell you how appreciated that was. Not sure what the issue is, but many of the items i buy are not available about 8 times out of 10. I do not know if other stores are having the same issues. At times it will take weeks to get the items in that i like. Having to go other places to get what i want/need because they don't have it has caused me to shop there less and less. I've been going out of my way to go to Kroger or even Wal-Mart.

went to food lion earlier today to get some chicken for dinner and later on that evening i was getting ready to cut it up and noticed it looked extremely weird. it was bad chicken that i bought from there.. i didn’t even have to cut it to make sure it was bad, because you could definitely tell. so that was money i had to throw away and won’t get back 😡 thanks food lion

I like shopping there and the food to choose from is always good .But yesterday a woman for no reason tapped me on the shoulder to tell me to ,"walk with my head held high and that her family had slaves and that her family fed them everyday."This was hurtful she didn't know me and just ruined my day out of hatred. The cashier said sorry to me and I appreciated that but the woman had no reason to speak to me for any reason.I will continue to shop at Foodlion because they are always friendly and kind to their customers and the store is always neat and clean and good prices I would recommend this store to everyone.

Newly renovated and looking great. Self checkout lines but still good old fashioned check out clerks that are happy to see you. The prices aren't the cheapest but you will get a good product in a clean environment and you'll leave the store with a smile.

This place is an absolute flea circus and management could not care about you. Don't even try calling about w2s because it's obvious they don't know how that stuff works and keeps giving me false information. This is a joke of a place and if you think its just this one you're wrong. Most corrupt company ever.

This Food Lion is a definite plus -- friendly, courteous staff; clean and easily maneuverable aisles, and the products are well-organized. Their Deli chicken wings are great! They also carry Stan's pimento cheese-a hard to beat combination for a stress-free picnic!

Jared was a very nice cashier, and inventory staff helped me when I was looking for a certain type of bread. We love our Food Lion!!Masks are required, please comply for the safety and security of workers and other shoppers!! Someone walked in without a mask as if they couldn't read the signs posted!! Pay attention, you are NOT exempt from the Food Lion guidelines!!

Met a wonderful Produce Manager while he was working. Helped me pick out the freshest vegetables I've ever seen in any store. Helpful and courteous. David and Spencer made my shopping trip enjoyable.

I ordered pickup groceries. I wanted Lunchables Pizza for a school lunch, and the replacement is cookies? So when the app sends me a message, I say no thanks, they replace it anyway. So I call to tell them to take it off the order, nooooo. I have to pull up, get my items brought out to me, then dig through the bags get the unwanted items and walk inside to return them....they could have very easily removed the items from my order when I called...never ever again Food Lion!🤬 If you aren't going to at least choose a replacement of similar nature, and respond to my choices, I have three other grocery stores to choose from.

The Food Lion in Radford is great! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the shelves are stocked. The prices are the best especially when using your MVP and your Shop and Earns on the Food Lion app.

The lay out is very nicely done. It looks pretty good but it is not worth their expensive prices. I rather shop at a store that may not look as good but I get more food for my money.
