I'm tired of the manager with the hoodie and dry dreads accusing me of stealing! She definitely is obsessed with harassing me.In my opinion she has mental health issues and she tried to start a argument with me for talking on my own phone with headphones on! She thought I was talking about her and from the moment I moved here and stepped foot in that store she's been picking! I overheard her telling someone that I be stealing! I am going on 50 years old I work and I am also retired due to disability!

My issue with this location is that the younger black male cashier never says anything except the total, no hello or did you find everything you were looking for.nothing. He is also the worst bagger I've ever seen, he always over packs the bags, and put cleaning chemicals in 5he same bag as food items. I've have to check my bags everytime he's working to make sure nothing broke while he was bagging stuff up, it's happens a few times and they refused to replace the damaged items unless I do it right in the moment.to be fair the GM is almost never there when i have these issues , everything is wonderful when she's working. The workers mind there ps and qs when she's around.

Of course this store has been having a hard time recently- but every person I see working in here is working very hard to keep everything together and I hope they know that we see and appreciate their hard work!! <3

I took my granddaughter to Dollar General on Taylor Ave in Radford to get balloons for her birthday today. What a wonderful experience we had. Ashley was working by herself, but was so kind and attentive. What a special person she is! Thank you Ashley!

I found all I needed and then some. It looked they were in the middle of doing plannograms or a reset of merchandise but it was basically easy to find what I needed. Christmas clearance was going on and some things seemed jumbled but all in all still not a bad shopping experience. It didn't bother my anxiety too bad other than I was in for awhile just looking getting sidetracked. Employees are good knowledgeable quick friendly and helpful great place to buy household items and cleaning products

I don't know why I shop here. The aisles are always crowded with boxes. It is dingy and unorganized making it difficult to find things. If i were in a wheelchair I couldn't even get in the store because the outside "ramp" is broken concrete and there are no automatic doors. I waited in line for 10 minutes with everyone else because there was only one cashier. The 1 star is because the cashier was nice when I finally got to him.

This store needs workers or a bell or something so they know people are at the check out ! I understand they have other responsibilities but gonna lose business for not having anyone paying attention a lot could happen also so get a bell a air horn something lol

Management is horrible there and no worker should speak to a customer the way that I was spoken to tonight. If you are closing there is a nice way of making your customers aware that you are closing, not by being rude and telling them to figure out what they want and get out. The lack of customer service skills at this place is disappointing. If I could give no stars I would. I’ll just have to go to another Dollar General where the employees there actually know how to treat their customers.

Great prices! These guys work hard to try & keep the store stocked but seems understaffed, because everytime I go in there's only two people working. I'd think the Company would want there employees to be SAFE & have the help needed to keep store in tip top shape. C'mon DG you're making the $$$ do the right thing!

This is my go-to place. Their prices are always reasonable. The store is neat and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. I would much rather pop in and out for what I need than spend half my day in the local "box" store.

received a heater for Christmas and it did not work and wanted to return but would not take it back unless I had receipt no working with you or anyting it was a gift I have no receipt so that means I'm out of a heater and I'm also out of the money to me that is poor business and I will never enter that store again.

Awful if there was something lower than one star it would be that. I have shopped here a while and this evening we went in and got accused of shoplifting!! After my wife showed the old hag inside her purse she left us alone. We left all of our things there , never will I go back and I will be telling ANY AND EVERYONE of this expierence. Ridiculous. I should sue . Honestly I'll be calling a lawyer, I was more than embarrassed.

Dollar General in Radford on Tyler Avenue is conveniently located to the east end of Radford and Radford University. This Dollar General is very similar to every other Dollar General Store. this is great for super simple and quick shopping trips. They have everything from snacks to crayons to cleaning supplies.

This store had signs saying %50 off previously marked items and when I questioned the manager she was rude and very disrespectful in front of other customers I will be filing a formal complaint I and my family have shoppwd dollar General most of our lives and work hard for our money this was uncalled for.....the manager was Nikki SM
