Horrible! The cashier or manager seemed upset that she had to fix the register for self check out, I was there with my three kids and my mother and she was on the phone cussing with a horrible attitude! This lady clearly had no respect for my small children! F bomb left and right.

I honestly don’t want to touch this door!! When was the last time this door was wiped with a cloth or something?! How can you leave a door that many people touch that dirty? I am shocked!!

My experience with the manager Wendy and Chris was terrible. Be careful with the manager because if you try to complain, Wendy will not give you the information, give you attitude, and try to make you leave the store. I am so glad that when Chris the cashier tried to change the story in defense of the manager by saying we offended her, that the District Manager showed up. And the district manager heard me and listened to why I needed to speak to someone about my experience. Wendy and Chris tried to play a game and tried to get us to leave the store without giving the information I needed to make a complaint. And Wendy did not act like a manager should have when handling a complaint. And I spoke out this time because this is NOT the first time I have had a negative experience with Wendy. Wendy is nice with select customers, but as a Hispanic, be careful because the treatment is not the same. and this is not a one time negative experience with Wendy. She will say she’s nice, but’s she’s nice to her select few customers and she recognizes me and knows how to make me feel bad with few words and actions within the store. Wendy and Chris tried to scare us to make us go away, but as customers, there shouldn’t be a difference in how people should be treated. I am thankful for the district manager showed up when she did and I was able to tell my side of the story.

Very dirty and they have items miss priced and won’t honor what there signs say.I asked well why are they back with the Christmas clearance her answer was “because we don’t have space for it”. How is that a customers fault? Instead of helping the lady refused and went straight out side for a cigarette . Needs new management who’s focus is on cleanliness and customer service! Wish I could give a 0 star but one is the Lowest I can go !

This store are awesome. The manager and cashiers are very friendly and polite. I live in Fredericksburg but I always stop here to shop because I am more comfortable using my coupon without any problem. Never had bad experienced here as well.

Employees are very informative and personable and they've updated and cleaned the store up dramatically plus they now have central air after 30 plus years. Digital coupons are an added bonus to the already lower prices of most items.

I love coming here! The staff is so friendly and always greets you when you come in. The self check out feature seems to allow them to have time to stock shelves which is an added bonus.

This was the worst shopping experience ever. I went to purchase soda which was a dollar but it rang up as 1.25. At first she was willing to give me if I brought one but since I wanted about 30 she would not give it to me for 1.00. She rather lose the sale. That's Dollar Generals loss.

This is kinda like a mini Walmart, with most everything you need, whether coffee brands, cigs or some wool socks. Few problems here are that the aisles arent really marked, and theres a TON of stuff balanced on top of the shelves haphazardly, and every time I've checked out here it's been at least 3-7 minutes waiting in line even though the folks in front of me had just a couple items each. However the workers are very helpful and friendly so overall a good experience.

I give this store 5 stars because the young employees they’re so nice and friendly and the store manager very helpful when I need help. I’m very new in this area and I starting to shopping at dollar store because not too far from my house. Great location. And all product not too expensive and some items cheaper then Walmart. Thank you so much for great service. You guys so nice with smile. Please keep doing this. I do believe all customers love to see your smile, nice and friendly.

This is a place where you can find a lot of good deals. I always go here to stock up on Rawhide dog bones and dog treats at great prices. They have a lot of selection and pretty good customer service.

Cashiers need to stay upfront. Hire more people!! Why do I have to wait 3-5 minutes for a cashier to make it to the register? It seems like there's only one person in the store at all times.

I've been to many of Dollar General stores. This one is by far the most filthy dirty one I have ever been to. This store is poorly stocked and disorganized. IT NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.

I was .7 miles away not even that and attempting to call them to see if they had a specific merchandise. I called 7 times. It rung one time and went silent or went voicemail 2 of the times. I called the Fredericksburg store and they answered in a timely fashion and they had the item that I wanted but this store didnt. I spoke to the cashier on duty asked if I had the correct store number and what was the issue with the phone and his response was "this phone barely rings" and that it doesnt work sometimes...What reputable business doesnt have a working phone to communicate with their customers with?! ONE THAT DOESNT CARE THATS WHO! If you already are not shopping here, which I know you arent because this isnt my first visit here and this place is a ghost town, I would take my business else where!

Rude managers forced me to wait well over 5 minutes and I wasn't buying much. Aldi sells what I was buying for 15 cents cheaper anyway. I don't recommend this location. Just awful.

The manager here a hindu lady is very rude specially if u have kids. Yes kids like to touch things but weren't making a mess or being bad just looking and being kids lady was very rude and not customer friendly at all will not shop here again.
