I am so happy with my experience here. Mary was awesome with my golden doodle. I was really nervous about bringing my dog in since he is not a fan of groomers but Mary was so gentle and kind. He loved her! She kept me updated throughout the entire time by sending me photos of what she was working on. She has earned a lifetime customer! Highly recommend booking with her!

We had our 3 fur babies yorkies in for a groom with Mary Jo this past weekend and I have to say we were very happy with our experience. We also noticed our pups were not as anxious as they have been with previous groomers. They seemed happy. Thank you Mary Jo! We will be back!

This Dog Krazy is my absolute favorite location. Stephanie, Ann Marie and Grace always answer any questions I have, help me pick out products and so loving and welcoming. When I bring my dog Clyde… they give him all the pets and the love. This store always has a great selection of things and if they don’t have what I am looking for they point me in the right direction or call another store for me. Between the customer service and the products at this location, I’d say it’s truly exceptional!! I am and will be a lifelong customer!

Dog Krazy is my go-to pet supply store. They provide quality food and treats with a variety of options including natural chews like beef cheek rolls and freeze-dried animal parts that my dog just loses it over. They also have great toys and enrichment products. All the staff are friendly and very helpful should you need anything.

I love this place. The staff has always been nice and accommodating. The bath station is clean and comes with all of the supplies you need to get your dog cleaned up. My dog tolerated the noise and water temperature well. Did I mention he smells great afterwards? :). The leash and treat selection are great too. I can keep my dog clean and prevent a large mess at home. That's all any dog owner can ask for. :).

Workers are always polite and professional. As for the store, I love everything they bring in. My 16 year old chi mix loves all the dehydrated snacks and blueberry cookies. She gets nervous in stores so an accident is bound to happen but the workers are so understanding about it. I would spend my whole paycheck there if I could! Oh! And the self dog wash always comes in handy when we need to do a quick bath on our girl.

Walked in for the first time today to an unwelcoming staff. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. There were only two girls by the register counter and it was slow. I asked if they were partnered with any adoption centers, and they were very short with their communication as if they didn’t want to be bothered with. It was just dead silence after that as I walked out.Update: Read reply from owner sharing details of the visit that I don’t even recall. There seems to be a drastic contrast from how I remember my last visit. 1. No, I was not greeted. The girls did not approach me. I approached them. 2. Sell animals? At a pet store? No, I simply asked if you guys were partnered with any adoption centers. 3. There was no further communication after what the girls have briefly explained. 4. It was silent when I left with no exit greeting. 5. The lack of welcome/exit greeting is not even the point. It was the general tone in their communication. Love this place! Staff at each location are always friendly and helpful. Large selection of products at comparable prices to Amazon and other pet stores. They often host fundraisers and donate a portion of sales to Old Dominion Humane Society, so just another reason to shop local!

I’ve been going to dog crazy now for about 2 years . Mainly because of their supply of food and the convenience of their dog wash station . I’ve always been pleased with my visit, and the staff (doesn’t matter who is there, including new faces ) is always super helpful and never miss a beat . Today though was a whole different ball game . I usually only go in with my Pitt but with it being a holiday weekend and no grooming appointments available , I had to wash my smaller dog myself . No biggie , I thought …. I was wrong . My dogs were super excited today , more than I can handle . The woman behind the counter noticed and kept my bigger dog company. I was so relieved and felt so appreciative , and not to mention her approach to him was perfect . Him being a bigger dog , I understand most people’s hesitation but she did not . She assisted me to the wash station and he was washed and it was time to move on the the smaller dog. While bathing my smaller dog , my pit got out , and again I was kindly assisted . This is not our first rodeo , but I think he was overly anxious and with the second dog needing to be groomed , I kept him there longer than he wanted … resulting in the loudest fart, followed by what is known as anxious poop . A watery stinky disaster , other dog soaking wet , tears ready to form and here comes one of the staff ready to assist AGAIN and help clean . She assured me it was nothing to be worked up or embarrassed about and that it actually happens more frequently than I would think . A blessing honestly . The ladies had no clue the type of stress I was under this specific day and I don’t think they know how big of a help they were and how they turned my day and I just wanted to write a review to show my appreciation . Not to mention , they also helped us pick out matching outfits .Thank you to all the Stafford staff that never misses a beat.

Nice spot and very friendly staff. They do have a dog bath which is self serve. However there was about a two hour wait. I should have stayed but decided to leave which I went to tractor supply which I ended up waiting for3 hours because there was no staff helping out. Dog Krazy was much friendlier and seemed to have a lot of guests which makes sense based on their customer service and they even had a parking lot mobile vaccination truck. Will be back for sure

Dog Krazy has always welcomed my reactive pup with open arms - whether it be a quick stop for some sniffies & to grab some toys/treats or a grooming appointment. I am so grateful to have an understanding, safe environment to bring our little body, big feels guy to.The selection of toys, treats & frozen goodies have been nothing short of amazing. It’s the only local place I’m aware of that stocks Green Juju too!

My 2 year old pandemic doodle hasn't had the grooming experience to make it easy. Dog Grace worked with my puppy and was able to do a full groom in one session!! So happy. LOVE IT!! they were really kind and friendly. Looking foreward to her next groom and treats in-between from Dog Kraze.

I bought my dog a birthday cake from here mainly for photos thinking he wouldn’t eat it. He’s had cakes in the past, I’ve even made him some from scratch but he didn’t care for them. This cake however, HE DEVOURED!! My other dog loved it too!

Just shy of rude. Have you ever been helped by people who would rather not be bothered. They helped but weren’t welcoming or even nice. That is what makes customers come to a small business vs a big box store or online. Note: If you get a coupon for starting an account you have to use it or never get another coupon again. Customer loyalty? Why would they do anything to get that? I’ll stick to Petsmart at least they are nice and act like they want your business.

The store is wonderful, and the personnel that help you are very helpful! Tried to use the grooming side of the business. We will not bring our dogs there again for grooming!!
