A great little spot to pick up a slice or sandwich or ice cream! Although the pizza is okay, the sandwiches are always amazing. And for what you get vs. what you pay, you can't go wrong! Try a bone crusher! Delicious! The ice cream is top notch, and the people working behind the counter are top notch as well!

I had Chirios cater my wedding in October. While there was a mix-up with times (I am not giving anyone fault in this), they did drop my pizzas, bring the wrong pizzas, and fully forgot to bring the salads I paid for.... so I am a bit disappointed in the service considering I paid ahead, told them my order ahead, and made sure to leave a good tip ahead of time as well... The food that we did have was delicious, but I would NOOOTTT recommend them as caters for events. I am sure it is different if you go to the restaurant though (:

We tried this local pizza place because it was close and we needed to get something quick. We decided to eat in. That was a mistake and a blessing. Had we ordered delivery we wouldn’t have seen the state of the kitchen cleanliness. This place is a mess. We looked for but couldn’t see a health inspection certificate. I’m sure this wasn’t an accident.

After a long day of travel and hiking, there's nothing better than a good pizza. This small business is eager to please. Serving up NY style, thin crust pies, and ice cream if you desire. We phoned in while on the road and it was ready in 20 minutes for pick up just as promised. 2 sizes are offered and a huge list of toppings. We ordered ours w kalamata olives, red onions & Italian sausage and was surprisingly inexpensive. We would definitely revisit Chirios next time we're around.

Do not judge this place by looks alone. While the restaurant itself may not come across as much to look at, the food will bring you back time and again. The #1 is my go-to sandwich. The combination of the roast beef, turkey, and the grilled veggies has brought me back for years and years, asking them to put it on a crossaint puts it over the top. Always a good value no matter what you order. The staff is always friendly, and the lending library in the back adds to the charm of this place. I love a good hole in the wall type place, and this one checks a lot of boxes! Skip the soda machine and opt for a canned drink or water.

One of the best pizza spots if you're passing through or live nearby. Genuinely, the pizza is the best to get. Not that expensive for a whole pizza that will leave you wanting more! They also have subs, sandwiches, and milkshakes. All of which are tasty and amazing for lunch or dinner. The staff there is always nice and friendly, making you feel welcomed when coming in. Definitely a good spot if you're in the Wintergreen area or passing through!

Ordered a deluxe pizza for first time. After getting home I opened the box and saw the worst pizza of my life. The toppings were so burnt that I could not tell what they were, except the pepperoni which was crisp. Can't believe the girl that was working actually put it in a box. Moral here is to always open box and look before leaving.

Really should be leaving no stars. I never leave bad reviews as reviews make or break a business but the fact that we counted 7 roaches(one crawled on to my foot) while we waited for food is pretty bad. Once brought to attention of an employee, they shrugged and acted like it was nothing. 2 people out of our group decided to eat anyways and both ended up sick within 15 minutes. If the employees or owner acted like they were shocked or even halfway cared, I would have went about my business. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets seriously ill.

My husband and I got to our honeymoon a little later than expected and decided to call in a Pizza. Half way through ordering our call dropped and we were worried they wouldn't have gotten the order or would decide not to make it since the call dropped. We decided to go anywhere and hope for the best. We were pleasantly surprised that the pizza was just coming out of the oven when he went inside! We are definitely grateful and surprised by the great service! Thanks for starting our honeymoon off on a great foot!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! I am not the girl who ever try’s a hole in the wall restaurant, but my husband ordered this and picked it up while we were at Wintergreen a year ago and it is DELICIOUS. This past weekend we went back to wintergreen again and had it again. It is so so good! Hear me out and give it a try!

Traveled 25 min off the Mtn to get there because they weren’t delivering anymore. Got there 10 min before they closed…it was a slow night, because of the weather, and the ovens were already off. The two staff members were super cool and Jesses went above and beyond by turning the ovens back on and making up two pies for me and my family in 20 min. The pizza was good. I really liked the crust. Good people! Good pizza. Def recommend.

We stopped by for dinner while on vacation. The pizzas we ordered were delicious and priced just right. We enjoyed the games and books in the side room while waiting on our food. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice dinner.

What a nightmare. We are visiting family in the area and the place we are staying at has no cell service. So we looked up the number before we lost service to call them on the landline. Called to order a couple large pizzas and bread sticks around 6pm. We are 20 min away from the restaurant. When we called the woman I was speaking with was kind but in the background there was a grown man yelling aggressively to the woman telling her what to say to us. He was crying like a child about how far away it was and how inconvenient it was. I asked if they could deliver and the woman said because they were busy they could deliver by 8pm. I said ok and gave her our card info. At around 8:05 we called and the woman said the delivery driver was on the way( the same guy who was crying like a child). A few minutes later we get a call back saying that his car “broke down.” And that another driver had to come get him. They did not offer to deliver the pizzas and did not offer a refund until we explicitly asked for it. Overall they lied about breaking down and the driver decided he didn’t want to do the drive. They could have said no, we would have gotten something else, but instead they made us wait 2 hours for pizza they were never going to deliver. Very unprofessional and from looking at the reviews of the quality of the food and state of the restaurant, we had dodged a bullet.

We stayed in the Wintergreen Resort. We found this pizza place and called to see if they delivered. They do and no delivery fee... Just 15% gratuity! Pizza was good, a ton of Toppings for the price. Just wish they had more choice. But glad we didn't have to go down the mountain for dinner!!

Only one employee there able to make the pizzas, and she was very up front about the wait time because of it. The entire staff was very friendly, and they still managed to crank out some very tasty pizzas for me in half the time they originally estimated. Hope they sort out the staffing shortage but I was very happy with the pizza and the staff handled the situation gracefully

Awesome service and tasty pies. Can't beat it, especially being pretty much the only delivery option on the mountain. Veggie deluxe is delicious, and so are the cheese sticks. Crust is nice and thin. Definitely will be back!

We ordered an 8" meatball parmigiana to split. It was delivered quickly, piping hot and divided between 2 plates with added chips. How nice! Everything about it was tasty.

Amazing pizza. We had the New York style pepperoni pizza. When I’m wanting a pepperoni pizza, away I got with this place is exactly what I think of. We also had the ice cream. I had a scoop of the cappuccino crunch which was delicious with the perfect fudge. My husband had the mint chocolate chip shake regular. It was too thick to drink with a straw but it was delicious.

If you are headed to the Wintergreen area, I highly recommend stopping at Chirios. The service is always friendly, sandwiches are great, and the NY style pizza is good too. Unlike a lot of the places around there that upcharge for "craft/gourmet/organic" whatever, Chirios gives you the real deal at an affordable price. We just spent the last 5 days in Crabtree falls and made the 30 minutes trek to Chirios 4 out of the 5 days we were there.

Great pizza. Tastes like NY, but it doesn’t look like a NY pie. No fear, it’s great. Has the Italian Sandwich and it was great as well. I could do without the chips side and maybe some other option. Cute library to share and take a book. Eat inside or outside!

Ordered here while Visiting wintergreen area with a group of friends, we got the veggie, cheese and pepperonis. The pizza was delicious. Even better was the experience. We called before delivery opened and asked them to pick up ear plugs and tums. After a good laugh, he actually agreed to it and brought them! We couldn’t believe how cool they were about it, and it allowed us to stay knee deep in the rose all day! I will go out of myWay to order here again.

The pizza was okay if you lack taste buds. The crush was a saltine cracker, sauce was basic and cheese was cheap. The toppings were skimpy and we'll I have had better 3am pizza after being out all night.
