This used to be a standalone store back in the day. When I was a student at RU living across the street in Norwood Hall in the 90s, I would walk over there and steal stuff constantly. Never got caught but once got the stinkeye from the a-hole clerk. Good times!

How are you a 7-Eleven and your slurpee machine never works? Its been weeks and everytime I go in there the slurpee machine running. I go at all different times. This isn't even to mention how dirty everything is. Someone should call corporate about that.

absolutely disgusting.... stopped to use the bathroom... toilet paper all over the floors and probably hasn't been cleaned in about a week... and there was urine marinading in the toilets ...urinals didn't flush either...

Every time I go to this location, I am greeted by friendly smiling faces! Always makes my day a little brighter and honestly makes me wanna pick up a part time shift! Keep up the good work guys!!

This place is awesome it has a great selection of items and whenever I stop in at like 3am the employees are still really nice and never have a problem or give any attitude if I ask them to cook me a pizza or some other food!

The lady at the front literally told us to hold on so she could send a text message. So we were just sitting in line looking dumb while she takes well over a minute to send a text, instead of putting down her phone and scanning our items. Then after the chip malfunctioned on our credit card, it took another minute for her to restart it because she had yet again picked up her phone to text someone and didn’t even realize that our transaction had cancelled. Isn’t this like the number 1 rule of customer service??? If I ever did this at my job, I would no doubt have a pay decrease or be fired on the spot haha.not sure what her name was but it was the lady w the blue hair hahaha

Always wonderful staff. Tonight the baby woke up and wanted eggs and sausage. I did not think to get my mask, and the clerk he was still so sweet he even went to go look to see if there was some. I got the eggs and the baby was happy. Thank you for being open.

I was just there today with my girlfriend and the customer service was terrible and one of the staff members was very rude towards us and was also kept following us in every area we go. The price for the stuff is absolutely ridiculous and they need to get new people to replace the new ones.

Food is not really good. Rubbery hotdogs if availble and burnt or half raw pizza. Also the employees are rude and talk back to you instead of answering a question. Day manager talks back sarcastically to food questions.

No coffee, no hot chocolate, and nothing on the grill during lunch hours. Employees didn't say one word to greet customers or say anything when I was checking out.

Went in at 11pm asked to use restroom was told if I had to go so bad to go out make and use the dumpster by an employee... Never again will I go in this establishment.
