This place does nothing but run people off and lose everyone good that ever happens to them they need a bigger store they need a storage space but keep replacing Manager after Manager and you’re never going to get a good enough store. How about the corporate office meaning HR regionals and district managers take some Responsibility for their own actions and quit expecting one person to be 3000 different people disappointed in this place. A young girl who is a sales associate asked me this question “Do you know how many people realized the assistant manager was gone? Honestly not one but I bet you’ll get a whole bunch of questions about where the store manager went. Even on her days off that she used to have people would ask where she was and if she was OK .”You honestly wanna know whyshe makes relationships with her customers she creates friendships she memorizes cigarettes and drinks she was teaching her sales associates and her leads how to do that so you guys have fun with the new one didn’t earn her way got pushed into her positions. Glad I don’t work there no more she was yelled at for hiring me because I was pregnant.

I love Dollar General...... Good for things forgotten on the shopping list at a larger store... But I do buy about all of my cleaning... Things from there and the cards and candy or.. Many other things... I like the store good cordial.. And attentive employees..Who are quickly ready to assist our needs..

Sometimes it's a great experience and sometimes you cannot walk through the store bc of stock on the floor that is being ignored by employees. Always see same 2 employees putting stock away and if they are off it just sits blocking the isle! People that currently work there are pleasant.

One of my favorite stores. They are my go to when I do not want to deal with the grocery store crowds (which is very frequently.....LOL). I think I spend more time and money here than any other store. Very convenient and there is always one close to wherever I am. ❤👍

The young woman working the register was so sweet. She helped an elderly gentleman take his things to his truck and put them in for him. This is service i can truly get behind!

I went in the Dollar General in Floyd there were items in the plastic containers and racks of items that had not been put on the empty shelves. The employees were just walking around talking on the phone and to the other employees. The store was very cluttered and there was barely enough room to walk through the aisles. I will not be going bad there unless for some reason of an emergency.

Convenience is about all this store has going for it. Dirty interior and inventory always stacked in the isles, not on the shelves. Almost every employee has a look of despair.

We go here all the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have more items than other Dollar General stores.

Great variety of items to choose from. It's a little cramped for space but love the new self checkout register set up for faster checkout !

Store always messy. Hard to get to what u need. I prefer the copperhill location. They are usually tidy and they have automatic doors !!

We find the Dollar general store in Floyd, Virginia very convenient for shop locally and they generally have what I am looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The cashier wasn't as friendly to as she was toward others maybe because my skin color,plus the store wasn't stocked, it was no water

The store is a little cluttered with merchandise, but they have a little of everything. The sales clerk was also very nice.

I would shop at General dollar anytime before Walmart. it's fast to get in fast to get out General Dollar good store the representatives are very friendly and will help
