I called, needed a stay, she kept me informed , returned my call with her sweet southern charm that she had a room to meet my needs! Hire more like her! Commendations for Ashley!!!Safety: This is important for me to have a restful stay!

I gave 4's because no one, as far as I can tell, is going the extra mile here. I believe there's lots of room for little extras in the hospitality industry that go undone. Little things that can make an ok stay a great and memorable stay. I love places that spend a few bucks on a manager's reception. A little food, some beverages and voila, you have an experience. The place was fine. No complaints save one. The juice machine was out of order, and no bottled juices were available. I need my juice in the morning, man!Rooms: Decent size, need additional power options at the desk/living room area. Bathroom was fine, but I really wish these places offered the handheld shower faucet option. Plenty of counter space. Couch was comfortable enough. Beds were good, but that is such a personal thing. Pillows too.

Super thin walls. We could hear coughing, talking in the room next door all night. Kind of a dry moldy smell. The tub floor was stained. Generally everything is old and the cleanliness meets the bare minimum of what I’d be ok with before just finding a new hotel. If you just need somewhere to stay this is fine but I expected better .Rooms: Old, dingy

I checked in on the app and selected rooms. When I got there I found out they gave my rooms away to other people without a description why. We selected the hotel because they had a pool and my kids love a pool. The pool was out of service and we were not notified before arrival. I would have found another hotel if I knew the pool was out of order. Rooms are very dated as well.

We have stayed at numerous Hilton hotels and this hotel definitely doesn’t deliver what we have come to expect from our stays. No friendly greeting when we checked in, and it was 8 pm so they weren’t rushed at all. We had to ask for our Diamond member perks, even though she thanked us for being Diamond members.The room smelled musty upon entering. There was hair in the sink and the countertops and toilet were definitely not cleaned very well. We were too tired to ask to switch rooms. This morning the carpet was wet by the air conditioner, which explained the musty smell, and drenched my socks. We would have expressed our concerns at checkout, but were never given the opportunity as the lady seemed bored to even check us out. The breakfast was good. This hotel is older and definitely needs some attention. At $150+ per night we definitely expected it to be nicer.

This site is right off the highway, which is great. Other than that, definitely a shame on Hilton to have a property like this under their name this is more like a MOTEL. Everything is super old and durnig the check in the hotel has only one room available and it's smoking room. The room stinks even the bed and the sheets like never changed. Also, a coworker had the same room issue about a month ago. Breakfast is like 4 items only, and it's not worth looking at it.Finally, the price is extremely high for a place like this to pay over $188 per night.Rooms: Very old property, and the room stinksFood & drinks: Very limited and cold eggs.

This hotel is awesome!! Checkin was smooth and very welcoming. The room was clean and supplies plentiful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and nice variety of food and fruit. Coffee bar well stocked and clean. Even had trays available to carry items to the room if needed. Easy on/off highways.

Nice clean place easy to find and get into. The staff was not super friendly but seamed nice. Thinking it was about shift change when we arrived. The room heat/ax unit sounds like it’s about to fall out of the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is super loud. To be honest this was one of the worst H Inns I have ever stayed at. I wish they would have it noted ahead if they had the pillow top mattress.

Lovely hotel. Could do with expanding the dining areaWe had a lovely stay here before driving down skyline drive. The rooms was very clean, spacious and nicely designed. The lobby had a nice range of free coffee.The breakfast was very good quality, however, there were about twice the number of people to seating space.The staff were polite and helpful.

The room was not cleaned properly in that the desk chair had food crumbs on it from the previous guest. I only noticed it shortly before leaving. Makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned.The breakfast was nothing exciting but free so not a surprise. For the price I'd say stay elsewhere.

Older property, but seems to be very clean and well maintained. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable, however some of the furniture is worn. They lose a star because the customer service is truly lacking. What hotel manager thinks it's okay to put a phone on the front desk that says dial 0 to let us know you're here...
