I used to Intern at this particle Food Lion with Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center back in 202. Which is crazy to me its been three years since I last Interned there and my absolute experience there was amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always gave me advice on what to improve more on. I do not know if these particle people are still working there, but a huge shoutout to Ashely(grocery lead stocker), Lisa( grocery stocker), and Andre( Assistant Store Manager) you all have been extremely helpful and kind when i interned there and i am forever grateful. Thank you so much again for taking a lot of your time to help me and guide on grocery work. I really appreciate it. Good luck to you all in the future and beyond.

Always clean, organized, stocked & everyone is friendly.The Deli Department is amazing & goes out of their way to make sure you get what you want.Produce is always beautiful & fresh.They have a wide variety of frozen foods as well.

The employees are all so friendly at this Food Lion store. You know which cashiers are available because they stand at the opening of their checkout aisle (I don't believe that this is necessary in this particular Food Lion store because it is smaller than others, so I assume that it is company policy). Great place to shop!

Had everything I needed and more. Can never get past the bakery section without buying a goodie or two. Very clean and well organized. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Prices better than my usual store.

One of the nicest Food Loins I've been in. Actually had more of a selection of the cut fruit in a cup then many of the other Food Lions in the area.

This is one of my favorite locations as the store is extremely nice however today there was a lot of empty spaces among the shelves and coolers.( I feel sure the Covid situation ramping back up can be blamed for this)Also only 2 full service lanes open,until I started taking pictures and a few more were suddenly opened.( Now this did indeed surprise me) My cashier was a young man and he was super friendly and nice! (even laughed along with me in chatting) and he was very speedy ringing my things up. A very nice young lady put my bags in my cart also. Today was just one of those not so Super Days at this location but it's also VERY RARE. I recommend this location despite this one awkward day!

We drive 8 miles past the Food Lion in Stuarts Draft to go to this store.Its clean, stocked and the employees are always super helpful & friendly and go out of their way to speed up your exit and bag and reload your cart.. My only complaint is the deli, they hide from you and their always behind the wall and unavailable when needed.. I know their doing other jobs but not havi g 1 worker out in front and available is not good either. We don't even bother getting sliced meat and cheese there anymore,we go to Martins.for that.

It's hard to give a grocery store a good rating in today's economy. I get depressed when I walk through the door. I know the economy is not their fault they're just trying to survive what I feel like they could probably do more towards reducing the prices especially for those of us on retirement and fixed income. The employees are always nice.

I switched stores because the previous store I shopped at started letting filthy dogs enter the premises. There are laws governing animals around food for a reason. Two weeks in a row I’ve seen dogs enter the Fishersville location. It was not, and I reenter rate NOT service dog!

Mr. Stuart is a great manager. The staff is always friendly. The hot food selection is great , though i think there was some (not so good) changes to the fried chicken. Very clean store. Produce section is kept neat and stocked. Keep up the good work!!!!

I don't often review groceries stores. Having recently walked into a bad grocery store we knew we wanted to shop here. We drive the extra 5 mins. This place is clean. The staff is polite. The shelves are organized. You need groceries come shop here.

I really like this Food Lion. They did a great job with the remodel and also stocking items that other stores don't have. Produce is fresh and nicely displayed.

This is my favorite Food Lion in the Staunton area, simply because they ALWAYS have the fresh baked cookies I'm looking for! I enjoy the new store layout and it was easy locating items I shop for weekly. Prices are affordable, the store is clean, the food is always fresh and delicious! All the employees are kind, helpful and professional too! It feels like the staff is truly interested in making each and every customer happy! You can't go wrong here!

Couple things I'd forgotten for my sons an my Birthday party. Stopped in produce too get corn on the cob I asked the man could I have one his broken down boxes as I was getting better 20 of them he said no let me go get u a better box with a bottom in less he appears with a great Box wish I had gotten his name but will say that's how u win customers over thank u sir FANTASTIC JOB APPRECIATE THE EXTRA STEP SIR!
