Yes everyone knows about the hotdogs and slaw but the hidden gem on the menu is the Philly cheese steak subs. One of the best subs I've ever eaten. The meat isn't dry or tough like a lot of places. Also the the bread of the sub melts in your mouth.

2nd review.. had to give it the extra star this time around. My hotdogs were delicious and the flavor of the chili sets it off.Good food for the area. Had not had a chuckwagon sandwich in years - I'm honestly not even sure what "chuckwagon" is but I knew I had to have one and it was just as I remembered. Recommended to call ahead during lunch.

When did they start making small hotdogs? Them hotdogs should be called little weiney dogs. Been getting hotdogs there since they built the building but their weiny is getting short in them dogs.

This establishment is ran by one of the best people you'll ever meet in your life. The owner is a family man with deep roots in his community and loves his area and community and offers great quality products at very good prices. Food is always top notch and cold beverages. Can't say enough about this place...if you in Rangeley stop in and see for yourselves. My family will get breakfast here sometimes and it's fantastic and the staff is always friendly. You'll see the owner in there cutting up with patrons also and you can see his love for the community in the way he treats his customers. Awesome place to get gas and food!

I walked in to order my food and observed the food being made without the cooks wearing gloves. That is very unsanitary for food borne illnesses as well as allergy reasons. Definitely will not be ordering food from here.
