Say what you want but they must be psychic and sweet. My husband just started nights so entertaining kids and pets in the quiet all day is challenging especially in the rain and she must have known or heard the desperation in my voice when I ordered lunch during breakfast. Those wonderful people just made us lunch. Saved my kids from being whiney and me from having to drive across town in the rain and I could have just kissed whoever said "go ahead and take the order". I love y'all. P. S. It won't happen again because I'm not out to ruin their day but thank you for being so kind.

I ordered two sausage biscuits and two egg biscuits this morning from the Ferrum va DQ. I was told I'd have to wait 8 minutes to get sausage for one of my sausage biscuits and I told the girl behind the register to just make it an egg biscuit because I have a lot of errands to run and don't feel like waiting. She gave me a free coupon for a sundae for my next visit and I didn't think much of it. But then when I got home before going to run my errands I noticed that the sausage biscuit had two pieces that had clearly been eaten off of on the bun. I don't know if she got them from the trash or it's leftover from someone else. It's completely unacceptable and disgusting. No wonder they're always trying to hire. I'll not be buying from this mess hole again.

Food here is not fresh. French fries are always cold and stale if you get any bacon on your burger be careful not to break your teeth. The chocolate for the peanut buster parfaits are pretty much burnt. This place is so expensive but nothing is ever fresh

Food is often old at this location. More often then not fries are cold and hard. Condiments like ranch are not good. Chicken tenders often taste stale. Maybe it's because I am usually eat I g late when I stop here but I am often disappointed.

i have been to this DQ twice now and every single time i am asked to pull forward to wait, with no other cars in line or inside!!!!! the staff is young, whicn isnt an issue except when they show their age by the way they act. food gets brought to car, but not one napkin, not one pack of ketchup for fries, not one pack of sauce for chicken strips, and no silverware. so have to wait on them to go back and get it . and how is it that it costs 40$ to get two people a meal and blizzard, no drinks ???!!!! this location needs management improvements and training big time.

Always good, as far as fast food goes! We have been eating there much more since COVID-19 and their salads are always fresh and signed by the maker. Today the salad was more like a Cobb Salad-with the bacon, cheese and tomatoes and chicken in little piles! Excellent! Hopefully this is a new method as I can select these ingredients in individual bites and it has more of a handcrafted feel! Would love hard boiled egg and avocado too! Just a thought....we need anything to raise the bar!!!

Lots of items to choose from that is on the menu. From burgers and fries to soft dipped cones and specialty drinks. This location is always clean. Many friendly employees. It has wheelchair accessible entry. Free parking, inside or outside dining. Very cozy inside. Self serve fountain drinks and great sweet tea.

Fries were cold and stale, lettuce on my chicken sandwich was bad, waited too long not to mention had a dine in order and they still have me a bag without a tray. Lady who handed me my food was rude as well when she asked me for ketchup and I said yes but she acted like she didn't even hear me. I know this is in the middle of nowhere but you should always treat your patrons with kindness and make sure the food is fresh.

Horrible service. Went through drive through to pick up for for us and my family. The cashier was nice, but the lady who brought the food said, "Here." Dropped the bag through the window and left. I tried to tell her we were missing a coffee with the order but she already walked inside. I sent my fiance in to pick it up and he said she was just as hateful inside. Glad I wont have to go to this DQ again.

Ordered a banana split and the order taker assumed that it was a blizzard banana split. Then after opening it in my car, it exploded all over my pants and car because it was way overfilled. I did go back in and let them know about those two mistakes so hopefully the employee who overfilled it can correct their mistakes in the future. She did make me an actual banana split in compensation which was good. But getting dairy out of car interior and carpet is annoying. If you leave dairy in your carpet it smells rancid quickly.Also, looked like bathroom wasn't kept up with and was dirty

Excellent customer service. Delicious food..no dine in but you can sit outside at the tables. You can order inside or go by the drive thru. Bathrooms are open. Decent prices. Handicap accessible and free wifi. They aweve breakfast and lunch. Definitely stop by here .

Ice cream here it came out pretty quickly but the taste wasn’t all that great I got some thing I normally get so it’s not like I just decided to try something new maybe the machines need to be clean I’m not sure other than that the staff is friendly and the food came out and a decent amount of time and everybody else seem to enjoy their‘s.

We visit the area often and always make a stop or two here during our stay. The food is consistently tasty and well-prepared and the dining area is always spotless. Fast, friendly service as well.

My local spot for fast food. It's hard to beat chicken and gravy 😜With that said their breakfast chicken biscuit is not on par. Not sure what's going on with it but it has some pretty rough grissel or something everytime I get it. I usually throw it out. Good staff though

The Dairy Queens in the Franklin County area are all great. They serve very good food. The fries are always good, unlike most fast food restaurants, where they are typically hit or miss. These DQs also serve great breakfast.

When my son was in college at Ferrum he got to know this place real good. We always ate there when we visited him and the food and service was very good. The staff was always kidding with my son and it was nice to see a personal contact with the staff and him

Dairy Queen in Ferrum became a great asset to Ferrum, since there are very few places to eat at in Ferrum. Saves on gas from having to drive all the way to Rocky Mount. They give high school students a chance in the job market as well. Sure mistakes are made by a few employees but I’ve always been greeted by smiling and helpful faces! And if o have ever had an issue, everything was done to make sure the customer was satisfied. Great customer service!
