They are ok if you can find someone to help you when you need it. But instead of waiting I prefer self check out. Greeters are getting better and of course the Happy Friday guys' attitude just can't help.but put you in a better mood.

As much as I appreciate the curbside service, it needs improvement. The guy was nice but bags were just put anywhere! Bread was put in with a bag of onions so I have squished bread now. Cans & jars didn't even stay in their bags (ended up all over the back of my SUV, so I can only assume they were laid over instead of straight up). Half the bags had holes in them, my husband's Dr Pepper plastic ripped so we lost 12 Dr Pepper's, cans rolling, jars flipping out, bread squished...they need to do a better job at placement in a vehicle & also need a lesson on bagging food too.

Usually there are 1-3 full service checkouts open regardless of how many people are in line. The pharmacy is another story, can take two days to fill your prescription. Any other option is better!

The store has come a long way from years past when it looked run down. Everything is in place now compared to years ago. Customer service is great here now and everyone is getting their job done.

Literally the worst walmrt in the world. So tonight for example I live 35 minutes away I left a bag behind. Called the store went through the menu and then got hung up on everything they answered with out them even saying anything. And that's a constant.if I didn't get my meds there I would never go to the farmville trash mart

This Walmart isn't that bad except their "fresh fruit" section is an abomination. I stopped here to grab a few things and figured let me get my son something to snack on as we browse the store. He loves raspberries and so I generally grab a thing of those and let him go at it.Not today. Discovered some things growing inside a few different containers. I'm good on getting fruit from here anymore.

Why do they have a option to call electronics when nobody in electronics wants to do their job and simply answer the phone can never get anyone on the phone in any of the departments so why even have it as a option to call them hire some folks that’ll actually fulfill all duties of their job

So not knowing Walmart was not 24 hours anymore, my wife was experiencing some serious pain in her tooth. So it's 4:00 a.m. I get to Walmart by 4:30. I walk in through the front doors, several employees see me and never ask any questions, I walk through the pharmacy section and find the meds I need and head to the single self checkout that is open. I scanned my items and went to pay, the screen asked for an associates sign in as it does sometimes. I asked a gentleman if he could do it or get someone who could. He said sure. Went to get an Associate she then informed me they were technically closed but the manager should be able to scan it for you. I said ok and she proceeded to go get a lottery ticket, then the manager which then told me she would not perform the action because they were closed. So wrote this to not say she was in the wrong because she did the right thing by turning me away because they were"closed" but to say Walmart needs to change the way they "close". Whether that be lock the front doors and employees enter through a side or rear entrance, or they need someone at the door to deter customers such as myself from just walking in. Thankfully Sheetz is 24hrs.

I purchased a few items at this Walmart just this morning. When I went out to my car, I realized I had left an expensive item at the self-checkout (I had paid for it). I ran in to get it, and it wasn't there! I returned to my car to see if I had just overlooked, but no, it wasn't there, either. By this time, panic was starting to set in. I was afraid I was out the money I had paid for that item and had nothing to show for it. I finally decided to talk to the gentleman in charge of the self-checkout. Thankfully, someone had turned in the item I left behind, and he returned it to me. It's nice to know there are still honest people in the world! Kudos to this Walmart and its staff, and keep up the good work!

Shelves almost empty quality terrible and the substitution for my item was not even close to what I had ordered for the one item for pickup! No update but the checkout line is slower than molasses. Update 3 lanes open with a cashier ended up at self checkout since lines were so long its ridiculous.

The groceries were ready for my boxes when I arrived. We have 3 seniors in our home so this service is priceless for us. I had my issues with wal mart but this shopping service alleviates all that. Very courteous employee. Thank you wal mart

Over all the store is good to shop at, especially being one of very options here. Just be really careful when using self checkout, because they like to pull you to the side in front of everyone and accuse you of stealing and then go through every single item in your cart comparing it to your receipt and when their done and you've not stolen a thing they don't even apologize, they just huff and ahive your receipt at you and walk off. Very rude and very embarrassing.

Not only does this Walmart not actually enforce masks, but they make everyone enter and exit the same way - encouraging more spread and transmission. Employees and contractors alike walk around maskless. Such a poorly run store...

Went to Walmart for items and thought I’d pick up fried chicken while there. But, the employees back in That area were awful! They totally ignored me standing there waiting to ask for chicken. Only when I said something to them did they even acknowledge me. And, on top of that acted like I was putting them out by asking them to help me. Totally uncalled for and awful customer service!

Frequently out of stock, fresh produce is hit and miss. Their salad mixes don't last long. It is only one of two places to get groceries, cheaper than food lion on groceries, only one other place to buy clothes. Don't even try to get photos done, half the kiosks are broken and very hard to get waited on to pick them up.

Just left this Walmart. While in line with a cashier the supposed manager (I don't know if that's what she was because she had her badge flipped over) decided to sit there and keep interrupting this nice woman to talk to her and show her things on her phone (whether or not if it is work related, its unprofessional to stop an employee who is helping a customer). When I said that it was very inappropriate, the 'manager' just glared at me and continued to talk to the employee. When I said something about how the manager wouldn't approve, she replied snidely that she was the manager. I made the comment that her behavior was ridiculous and that I noticed her badge was turned around and I understood why.Horribly rude. How can this cashier even try to listen to her while talking to us? The 'manager' WALKED AWAY and then came back to interrupt!!!!The cashier was very sweet.The manager can go eat a rotten egg to match her cranky face and maybe learn a little professionalism.Manager was tall slim blonde, beautiful ring on left hand. Apparently name could be Laura or Lauren.

We went here to shop because it usually has more stuff then Blackstone Walmart but I have to say I was disappointed . The shelves are never really stocked and the fresh fruit looked nasty ! We also had purchased some snacks from here and come to find out they were expired . We were walking through and saw a man wearing no shoes or socks walking around with his nasty feet on the ground and prob touching the food aswell. Now ik this isn’t Walmarts fault but they need to be more aware of there dress codes and inform them more the workers seemed very bored and just didn’t look like they wanted to be here . Now I can say they do have some stuff that other Walmarts don’t but the exsperince wasn’t it

It's Walmart... workers don't like to help, shelves were surprisingly somewhat stocked but most stuff needed,the great value/cheaper of the items, were on the tip top shelf, unable to be reached by shoppers forcing you to spend more money for the brand name stuff. Also prices keep hiking up more and more. I don't know how to fully grocery shop for my family anymore because the pay stays the same yet our essentials rise every week in price.
