I had a prescription sent here for antibiotic eye drops for my daughter. The Rx was sent at 12. The app said it would be ready by 2:40. Took the girls to a park nearby and waited til 2:40. Went by Walgreens and was told they just received the order after lunch and it would take until 4 to process. I wait another hour only to receive a notice that it's out of stock. So then go back and get told it's out of stock after wasting all afternoon waiting around. No apologies or anything. Had it sent to CVS and they processed it in less than an hour and were very friendly and helpful. This place is extremely unprofessional and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

These are the most incompetent and lazy healthcare workers I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If you want a prescription sent somewhere, send it to a 15 year old with zero experience in the job field and you’ll get your prescription faster than you would going to this Walgreens. I hope every one of lazy dogs working at this location lose their ability to work in pharmaceutical care. Have a horrible day if you worked at this location on 2/27/24!

Moved my 12,000.00 per month of prescriptions back to CVS. The store manager was belligerent when I gave advice about his nasty employees ways.Even went back and gave them another try with vaccination. The staff treated an elderly White lady like trash.What's even worse is the district manager, is extremely aware of this.I will never darken their door again; hell I'll die first

I was at the hospital yesterday very sick. Since they didn't prescribe anything I called Dr who sent in a script. I called since.i didn't hear anything and was told it would be ready in 1hour and they would call me and verified the number. When I called and got the recording saying it was ready it was 6:45 . They now top CVS who I thought was disgustingInsurance plans really need to speak with the pharmacist 😪😪😪😪now all night without any meds

This Walgreens in Farmville is very convenient. There are a lot of different types of items found in one store. We stopped in here for a few family birthday items. They even have a nice selection of birthday cards and gift bags!

My daughter needed a medication for her dog’s seizures. It took them 3 days to get the medication in supposedly but took another day to get the prescription ready and wanted to charge 5 times more than Walmart even with a good rx coupon. The pharmacy techs did not notify her when the script was ready. They were also rude once questioned about the price and amount. I have been with Walgreen for over 20 years and after this experience I will NOT use the one in FarmVille EVER.

If you need a prescription filled and can't wait two or three days you need to go somewhere else. They can not keep pharmacists on the payroll.

Great people and great staff. They were so nice and so understanding with me when I was picking up my boyfriend's prescriptions after his eye surgery. You guys made my day a lot better and made me feel like i was your #1 priority. 10/10 service. I know where I will be going from now on. 💜

The pharmacy is unreliable. Every month I call to refill my prescription and it is never ready on time. The drive through takes FOREVER. even though Walgreens has taken over, there as been no improvement. Staff is usually friendly.Rite Aid left me on hold for 7 minutes and the pharmacist who put me on hold was extremely rude. Once again, I am disappointed.

I've never had a problem with Walgreens. The staff is very courteous and attentive to my needs dealing with my medicine and medical problems. I'm allergic to so many different meds that it's hard for me to keep up with but somehow Walgreens keeps it on track and never lets me down.

Staff is rude, only go there because CVS lost bid to Medicare. I've been going to pharmacies for over 10 years in 3 different states and this is the worst one I've been to. I've been put on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on. Also no one ever smiles, they all seem mad. As soon as we get our meds transferred to express scripts we will not be back.

Rite Aid in farmville is under staffed in the pharmacy section. I dropped off a prescription 4 days before I ran out of medicine. They called me 3 days later and said that they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it. I've been a week with out my medicine and this hasn't happened once. Almost every time it takes a 4-7 days just for them to fill. The rite Aid in amelia is much better and properly staffed. I never have problems with them and they are always super nice at the amelia location.

Always have to wait over two hours for a prescription. If that busy should hire another pharmacist. One for the instorecustomersn one for theonline pres...no one should have waited for 2 hours or more for a pres .

Had to pick up prescriptions. Guess my fault it is a remodel. Clised at 3pm....NO sign is up saying that. 2 ladies at front door thought it was funny customers were trying to cone in and use drive thru. Nothing up to show that was closed until after you go all the way around! Really going to move prescriptions now.
