This is a decent Tractor Supply store but they are currently in the middle of a reset so inventory is not up to par and prices are not visually posted. This makes it difficult for shoppers and can be frustrating.I'm also disappointed that they don't carry much for toddlers and children. I was looking for a pair of western boots for my granddaughter but they have zero in children's sizes.The store is a mess and a little under staffed at this time, but due to the reset I'm giving it four stars. I will revisit after the new year to see if things get better.

Tractor Supply in Farmville offers a lot of large quantity items like bird seed. Being able to find 40-pound or 50-pound bags of seed is wonderful. We like the variety of merchandise this store offers. There's even a clothing section. It would be nice to see a few more options for non-GMO feed and organic gardening. There definitely is a customer base that looks for those types of items. However, if they already do exist in this store, it would be great to see a few more organic and non-GMO seeds, plants and animal food featured more prominently there!

I use to love shopping here. But the last 2 times (a week apart) going into the store. I've went in the men's bathroom has been NASTY. I've went up front & spoke with staff about it. I've worked as a janitor in my life. A bathroom doesn't get this way in just a day or so of negligence. It seemed that the staff was offended when I told them it was past nasty. The smell alone made my stomach turn. I must say it didn't use to be this way. It's truly sad.

do better. May is the perfect time to order a mower belt and have it “lost on transit” while it says delivered. Never mind going in the store to verify delivery last week, with no knowledgeable help or belt to take.

The manager at this location is such an awesome lady! The employees are polite and helpful and they always have a clean, well kept store. We very much enjoy shopping here.They have a marvelous variety of unique merchandise that makes it fun to browse! I don't particularly like to shop, but it never feels like a chore here!Whether you need food or accessories for your pets, or something special for the yard or patio, you won't be disappointed! If you're searching for something decorative or practical, they have something you're going to love!Healthy plants & trees are abundant and right now they also have the cutest little chicks & ducklings! They carry a good choice of boots, some clothing items for men & women and even some children's items.There's some really interesting, quality toys for the little kids & mowers, recreational vehicles & power tools for the big kids!I like the fact that I have the option to order what I need online & pickup in the store.The prices are excellent. Very competitive & well marked sale items. It's a fun little excursion to venture in out of the summer heat & know you're leaving with quality merchandise, at a great price and you didn't even have to go far to find it!

They lost my curb side order so I had to go inside anyways. Then Tim continued to be incompetent and unable to find my order at all. He then proceeded to accuse me of trying to steal the order by trying to pick it up twice. He then proceeded to ask if that's not the case then maybe my mom picked it up yesterday when clearly my receipt,he is to illiterate to read, had the day and time stamp of this evening. My order has been lost and I've been insulted in the worst way. This store is dirty and has incompetent workers! Go else where!!!

Tractor supply is my favorite store!All the sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. As I've grown into being a "farmer" everyone there has offered advice and suggestions a d probably laughed at me after I left.The man who takes care of pullets is amazing! He loves them and the pens are always spotless!

Clean and friendly. An assortment of items. Problem is they don't keel a well stocked store and they don't care. Everytime I found something but is the wrong size, I am told to go online. If they are ever out of something, then go online. Some people still like to shop in stores and feel what they are buying.

Returned a wagon because handle screw was 1/2 off.Tryed to explain to clerk what was wrong with it,she said we don't care.She needs a job out of the customer services.She needs a class in customer service on how to deal with the public.H-hear them out E-empathize L-listen P-plan how to help customer.

The people who work her have always been courteous and quick to help. I've yet to have to return anything that I bought from this store, I believe they actually look at what's on the shelf so if wires are hanging out of a box they address it

Cashier diane needs to be replaced, very unprofessional and has no customer skills. I bought an outfit for my baby and they forgot to remove the security tag from the shirt that was under a jacket. Diane refused to remove the tag because I didn't have a receipt. Well I bought this outfit before my baby was born and didnt keept the receipt. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect before assuming that someone is a thief because that is the way she made me feel. I'd give her zero stars. Went to the tractor supply in appomattox and they had no issues with removing the tag. I hope the manager reads this review and provides customer service training for this unprofessional behavior from this employee! I should have asked for the manager that day but I was so shocked at the way diane acted.**update....I spoke to curtis with the customer solutions team and he was so friendly and helpful! He made me feel good about the customer service that they do provide! 5 stars to him!
