Every time I come to this Sheetz past midnight it's closed while the employees sit around inside and do nothing. Why do you advertise this location as being 24 Hours when it is clearly not? I rely on Sheetz to be open to be able to get food and drinks late at night, and it is extremely aggravating that it is closed every time I try to come in.

Don’t bother with this location past midnight the staff will lock the doors and proceed to neglect their responsibilities. all hanging out playing on their phones i thought sheetz was supposed to be open 24 hours. even getting gas will be a chore due to the staff cutting off all exterior lights. a perfect late night location to be robbed at in my opinion

Short, sweet, to the point.I had to use the bathroom desperately and am about 2 hours from home on buissiness travel, so I google 24/7 gas stations near me. I saw sheetz was open 24/7 on Google and the times had just been updated to Google. NOPE! I pull up and walk up and the door was locked and this guy starts screaming at me through the glass door that they don't open until 4am! So who updated Google to say 24/7?

I search for a late night at 1AM. After reading a reviews and a responses from the owner of this 24/7 mishaps. I left my hotel and headed over. CLOSED. Employees inside, lights out around gas pumps. Avoid Farmville Sheetz

It’s wonderful that this Sheetz in Farmville VA offers fresh made to order sandwiches. I’ve been coming here for a while for gas, and it’s nice that customized sandwiches are available. Also, the outdoor seating here is very convenient for people who like to sit outside, socialize, and have some refreshments or a meal. Other than offering gas and diesel fuel here, the eight Tesla charging stations behind the car wash is a huge perk for Tesla drivers! Many thanks to Sheetz and Tesla for offering electric car charging!

Not a bad location. Not open 24hrs though. If it's any time after midnight you are likely to find it locked and the gas pumps and parking lot dark. WaWa is coming though.

This location is always a little dicey but tonight it's a dumpster fire. I get that they're really slammed tonight because it's a Saturday but staff is being straight-up rude and surly the customers. I ordered an appetizer sampler when it was finally ready the bag was practically thrown at me across the counter. The bag and the box inside were saturated in grease like the guy who tossed it at me had dipped his hand in the deep fryer first. Couldn't find a fork or get anyone to give me one. Trash cans overflowing, men's room was a mess, and the glue traps in the store really added an ambiance. I'll drop some pics in the Pictures section. I get it's a gas station so set expectations accordingly but man I'm at Sheetz Freak level with my points and this is the only one I've been to nationwide that I won't be back to.

I got gas Thursday night at this store. I set the pump and went inside. When I returned to my car, gas was dripping from it and I had been charged more than $86 for less than half a tank in a Hyundai. I went inside and told an employee, who didn't even let me finish before he said, "We'll get to it when we can." He said this twice and wouldn't let me speak. He was completely disrespectful. I believe I'm entitled to a refund. I sent a message through the website and haven't received a response.It was Pump 7.

This gets a 3 star review because this store does have decent employees and is pretty clean. The bug downside is that the store closes at random hours when a Sheetz is supposed to be 24hrs. I understand closing some of the store for cleaning like an hour. But with no schedule posted and random closing times, it's very questionable. Also, this is the only Sheetz in a 40 mile radius that closes early, I just do not feel like driving an extra 45 minutes at 3am for a store that us supposed to be 24 hours.

Travis, Destiny, Kadeshia, Shanice and Sherri and Kinny and John were all GREAT and very helpful amd just all around WOUNDERFUL ppl to do business with!!!!!!! It's misrepresentation and false promise of advertisement stating the store is open 24 hours. That means the store does NOT lock its doors and is open everyday of all hours for service. There are no signs nor updated hours on Facebook, Sheetz, Google, and any other platform discussing the store is closed. You can be sued by the people of Farmville. It violates the Virginia Consumer Protection Act currently and what's being updated to go into effect in 2024. You have had well over 4 years from initial complaint to address this and update. Instead of submitting for further review or always sending calls to recordings and voicemail. Maybe you'll take this final warning.

I got a milkshake the older lady was being rude did not put the tops on so I had three months she spilled in my car I will say Josh was awesome he fixed the problem read me the milkshakes and they were great also the manager was super amazing by helping me carry 6 milkshakes to my truck definitely recommend this place maybe the lady was having a rough night it is late by the way I'm super satisfied

We love this Sheetz! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Our orders are always right and ready quickly. Their coffee is the best! Also....their fries with nacho cheese...heavenly!

One of the most disrespectful sheetz I’ve been in. Every time I go in there for a can of dip the old lady’s white and black always give me a hard time about it. The female workers have no patience, they are disrespectful no matter who you are. I use my manners they smack their teeth and roll their eyes. I don’t know about you but my money is better spent else where and if I was corporate I would fire them in a heartbeat. My time and money is better somewhere else. Honestly if I could leave a no star I would. This store doesn’t have my respect

This location closes at different random times, making it hard for people (like myself) who work late night. Friday the doors were locked and they were turning people away at 12:30am!! How?! I just got off work and need to get gas and cigarettes, but I couldn't do that because I only had cash and the doors were locked.... I have heard of them closing between 2-4 am for cleaning purposes and I understand that, but before 1am on a Friday night in a small town with no other store open!? That's ridiculous for a store that is supposed to be open 24 hours.

This sheetz is always packed full of people and their is a good reason!! they have everything you could ever need from a gas station/convince store. I wouldn't recommend the MTO/fresh food booth though because the food isn't always fresh and the best.

My girlfriend, our kids and myself patron this sheetz often, sometimes it's decent service, other times not so much so. Today however they messed my food order up, so as I have done before, I address the issue with whoever happens to be available, this time was the manager. The manager took it to the food prep guy, whom proceeded to literally slam and throw my food together. After which my bag was aggressively thrown at me! I then addressed the manager with this and for appearance sake, could not be bothered with this. Horrid service!

Wait times are never even decent, the 'food' is consistent with other Sheetz locations (subpar), and the place is a hub for college kids at any hour. The employees are usually nice enough though, and being open 24 hours usually had its benefits.

Ordered food and they gave us the wrong order. When we went back in to tell them they wanted to argue with us and tell us that they "promise its your food" and it definitely wasn't. They had mixed up the order numbers and got a whole attitude with us over nothing. The cashier was nice but the cooks were not.

This place needs some cleaning. The floors always look dirty. They look as if the do not sweep or mop. The bathrooms are nasty. However the staff is very pleasant. This is a busy location. Designate maintenance employee to clean throughout the day. The trash cans at the pumps and arou d the building are always overflowing. The parking lot is awalys trashed with items people throw out of the vehicles or what is falling out of the trash receptacles amd blowing around. Its time to clean up Sheetz.

I usually only come to Sheetz to charge my car. This location fortunately does not have a drive-thru making it easier for superchargers to be secluded. The doors and floors were kind of dirty but the parking lot was clean.

Workers in the food area don't pay attention to the orders. Have had multiple instances of ordering mto food and them skipping the items that you have to pay extra for, usually I let it slide because it's not that much maybe a sauce missing or something but the last few times we are talking 5+ bucks of stuff missing, extra meat, bacon, sauces, etc. Not worth standing around in a gas station if they keep doing me dirty like that.

Go here every day. Great Sheetz and great people working there. Everyone is always helpful. Coffee is always ready. Only problem is the crazy FARMVILLE customers. They are rude and this Sheetz is usually over run with them. I don't know how the Farmville Sheetz people put up with all the idiots who go in there. One problem with this Sheetz is that they let too many people loiter around for too long. Also this Sheetz is the gossip center of Farmville which causes a lot of problems in the community. Steer clear of the drama.

I usually have decent service, but tonight (July 8, 2019) I waited 30 mins on a cotton candy shake, toasted marshmallow coffee (which wasn't made right), simple nachos, and french toast sticks. During the wait, one of the workers was shouting and closed the entire place down at 2am.

Coming from out of town. Only 2 diesel pumps out of more than a dozen of which both were occupied by gas vehicles. Bought 2 subs and they were both so oily & sloppy the buns were falling apart 5 minutes after being made. Cheese stuck all to the side of the wrapper barely on the sandwich. When I got in line there was 2 cashiers available but both were busy talking to someone else in line and ignored me for several minutes. The only good thing I’ll say is the bathrooms was clean. Been to several sheetz in Carolina a lot better, maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Sheetz is a good option if you need more than gas. They have a wide selection of things and a good staff to help with it. The food is above average for a gas station. There is also a fairly broad menu on terms of what you can pick from to eat. With so many around, Sheetz is not hard to find.

LOVE sheetz so much. Not many places where you can stop and get everything you need after a long trip.This one in particular is pretty nice. I stop here regularly when I'm visiting family and the people that work here are just the coolest, particularly their manager Cory.This place is always going to be one of my favorite pit stops.

For business, I travel east and west on Rt. 460 and I-64 from Tidewater to Salem and I know all the Sheetz and Wawas as my preferred rest stops.PROS: This Sheetz is easy to access from Rt. 460 and then easy to get back on the highway. the gas prices are always good (gas from Farmville and points west is much cheaper than Richmond and points to the east) and the food selection is broad, as with all of the Sheetz convenience stores. The iced tea at Sheetz is far superior that of Wawa, and if you are a "member" then refills of any size are just $.89.CON: However, this one Sheetz has a chronic problem, IMHO: the men's bathroom is constantly dirty. Seems every time I go there the garbage cans are overflowing with paper towels, and the floors by the urinals are dirty. I mentioned this to a staff person who said their problem was that if no male was working on the shift then the only way to get the men's room clean was to shut it down for a female employee to access it. Hence, only 3 stars from me.
