I will NEVER SHOP WITH YOU ALL AGAIN. I’m completely disgusted in 98% of the people that deal with delivery. I spoke to 4 people today and half my order wasn’t even delivered because the people claim to have called me. I took off work to be here to wait for my delivery and no one shows up. My advice to you go else where. Don’t waste your time, your money means nothing to them because every order you make is not going to reach you. So you’re throwing it away. Lack of communication throughout all stores that I’ve dealt with and it’s beyond frustrating to know they waste time making arrangements and not clarifying with the customer.

This store used to be one of the best Lowe's it was always clean, stocked, and the staff was wonderful. Since getting new management a few months back it has gone down hill. The new manager is not a leader, will not return messages, and allows her other managers to do the same thing. The store is never stocked properly anymore and if you need help don't even ask because they will tell you one thing but then never follow through.

Stood at the self checkout for over 20 minutes waiting for a manager to assist me. Then Tiffany-the manager shows up from her dinner and let's us all know about it like I care about what she's been doing! Get a new manager with better communication skills.Don't just share this review with your Farmville team, make the necessary changes and get better leadership.I'm tired of hearing about sharing with your team, start caring about customers! Most of your employees seem caring and want to help. It's the leadership/management that needs to change.Next time I'm going to walk out and leave my cart for you to re-stock.Get employees back to the registers and get rid of self-checkout. You have employees walking up and down aisles but nobody on a register!!

The 10% military discount is great. It makes me feel my service was appreciated. Lowes has always been my construction materials shopping choice. Over the years I have made many, many purchases of tools, construction materials and plants and gardening supplies. Thank you for being there with what I need when I need it. You guys are pros.

I actually live at Lowe's and just go back to that other place to drop off my purchases... Kidding, but not really. This location has a pretty good selection for most of my projects and they do a great job with the garden center in the warm months. Shout out to Dawn for picking all my curbside orders so I don't have to drag all my kids through the store on every trip - you're the best!

Love lowes no mater what store you go to.All employees go above the call when asking for assistance.Jason Gibson in store #2810 was the most helpful employee. He walked with me and made sure that we and helped find all that we were looking for on the list that was needed to find to complete our project.He even walked to the car and placed all in the car for us.I was sad that when we went to the self check out that he was unable to get the credit for the sale.That was the only thing that upset me.He is truly a great value to the Lowes Organization.Training employees and treating there employees customer service is why I love ❤️ going to the store to shop.

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Lowes and had it delivered on 01/13/24. The technicians damage my washing machine and pipe trying to install the washing machine. I called the store and spoke to a manager who told me they will have a new washing maching delivered to me today 01/18/24 and pick up the damage one. To my suprised they send a team out here to pick up the damaged washer and didn't have a new one to install. So, I contacted the store and they are telling me they have to pick up damage machine before the drop off the new machine and its not going to be on the same day. It will be a week in between pick up and drop off. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Staff person at Lowe’s in Farmville was very helpful and showed me exactly where to find a product that I needed. Many of the household paint and home improvement items that I need come from this store. I come here on a regular basis and am grateful for the Military Veteran discount being offered for personal use. Also, it's nice that a few parking spaces in the lot are reserved for Military Veterans. Also, I am happy that our business Piedmont Real Estate looks to Lowe's first for its office painting needs!

Wife and I were here on 12/3Close to 300 dollars worth of trim work for our house, go to check out and all that was open was self checkout. Huge line there.Sorry for lowes but yall lost a nice sale because you'd rather have folks do your job.

The ones that work at the front ack like it killing to talk to u all they do get smart and when I'm out to you about something that you try to ask them a question to act like they can't help nobody never going in there again to return something they need to be nicer to people not just the ones they know I done and know in the know where anything is

To be honest first of all,I'm a Home Depot chic,but since there's not one within 60 miles,and Walmart stresses me out. I shop at Lowe's here in Farmville, the garden center is AWESOME,the employees are AMAZING, HELPFUL,POLITE,as for the rest of the store... unorganized in a lot of areas, spent 1& half hours trying to find tools and sanding crap. Then had a return from 3/2/24 new in box never used couldn't get cash back instead they put on my Banking card which takes 12 days!!?? To go back in account. Can't wait for Harbor freight to open and take Lowes customers. Asked a employee who was doing nothing but checking their phone for assistance,and got "Who me" response. Take the extra time and go to Home Depot.

I ordered quite a few appliances from this Lowe’s, you would think that they would want to keep my business. Boy, was I wrong. Their “delivery team” was out here twice, for the same order, fridge, washer and dryer. The fridge was scratched. I was able to get a discount, supposedly. They couldn’t install the washer because I needed additional parts. Also, mentioned parts that were needed for the dryer. I go to Lowe’s pick up more products. There was something wrong with the dryer so had to get another one delivered the next day. The second “delivery team,” the lead guy smelled of marijuana. Don’t know if he installed the electric plug into the dryer correctly or not.Apparently, I needed even more parts yet again, for the dryer. The dryer was just left in the middle of the floor. The delivery team was supposed to come back out to finish installing everything, never heard from them again. I’m not sure if they were supposed to set that up or if it was Lowe’s responsibility. I also wanted to make sure that the dryer was set up correctly since guy could have been inebriated. I called Lowe’s numerous times, I was promised that everything would be taken care of, that the delivery company would be contacting me for a follow up and to finish the installation. Almost a week went by, didn’t hear from anyone. I called Lowe’s and told them to come get their stuff. They were quick to come get their stuff, obviously they did not want me as a customer.Besides the scratch, the fridge is super nice.If you can go somewhere else, go. If you don’t have to worry about installs, this place is okay, just not the best.

Their delivery system is an absolute mess, and their customer service is beyond inadequate. It's clear that Lowe's of Farmville lacks the necessary infrastructure to manage their deliveries efficiently. I expected better from a company of Lowe's stature. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my future home improvement needs. The combination of missed deliveries and unhelpful customer service has been a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Disappointed yet again by Lowe's. 2nd Lowes visited in the week with poor service provided. The associate whom checked me out was amazing. It was the service rendered after lacking. I waited from 17:59:22 check out complete time till 635pm to actually leave waiting for someone to bring the bricks I paid for to my vehicle.The cashier paged three times and on the fourth turn called a manager for assistance which was the similar case at another store. Regardless of the earnings lost this week by Home Depot ,I would refer others to them. No body wants to work/help anymore. Tired of hearing we short staffed. You don't want to work stay home. If you can't come after a page is made advise as such. Nobody has time to stand around waiting. It looks bad to keep paging a store with employees who could help but refuse to. If no one available say so. Set the expectation. That's customer service. You want customers to return not go else where. Stores strive on profits. This is not the only department we experienced the same wait for someone to come and no one came after a page and then the original person came back through and paged again.

Do not go here for flooring. If James isn’t working, you’re out of luck. If you can get James, great! He knows what he’s doing. We picked out carpet and wanted Lowes to install. Nothing has happened like it should. Missed the day they were supposed to come measure (store associate messed something up). After it was rescheduled and done, I was told I’d receive an email within 48-72 hours. A week later after no email, I called and was told I’d have to come in the store to complete the purchase (even though everything was already picked out). Came to the store, person working flooring could not help because she’s new and suggested I come when James is here. Seriously? Will not buy flooring from here again.

I really dislike this location only came because they have no competition in town for the moment. Most of the employees at this location seem to have limited knowledge of the products the store sells and seem as if they don't want to be bothered by customers and their questions. It's only a handful of good one's the other's scatter like bugs when customers approach with questions. Chester, Virginia location is the best around their employees are very knowledgeable and they come to you asking if you need help and I love that it makes me feel welcomed and I know the products I'm getting will fit. In this life sometimes it's worth the drive to be treated properly when you're spending your money!

This store used to be very good about getting the incoming delivery trucks unloaded in a timely manner. But now the receiving is very very very bad doesn't matter if you are early for your appointment you are going to set for 2 or 3 hrs they are going get there blessed delivery truck first its not a first come first serve and that is very Inconsiderate. And if I could leave less than. One star I would do so something needs to be done.

Normally this is my go to store. I live about an hour away from any Lowes and I choose to go to the Farmville location. Not anymore! My husband and I went there to buy a dryer. The associate brought it out and my husband noticed the box was a little damaged so he asked the associate if the machine was damaged. He told him "no, the machine was fine". We brought it home, got it in the house, which is no easy task. (We have to remove the door to get any appliance in. ) What do you know? The machine was damaged on the back. By this time it was too late to call the store so I chatted with an associate online, who seemed to be super helpful and told me we could return it for a refund or return it for a replacement or get a partial store credit for keeping it. But I would still have to report it to the store. No problem, I called the store the next day and spoke to an associate in Customer Service who did not give her name and while I was trying to explain the options that had been given me the night before she hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. It was rude and totally unprofessional. But that's ok, I'll keep my damaged machine and take my business somewhere else.

Ive been renovating a house in Pamplin for 3yrs, Spent 35k plus at Lowes. Atleast a dozen times in 3yrs Ive asked to get glass cut...NOT once have they cut any for me. They either don't have someone to cut or the more popular, their machine is as usual broken. Im tired of driving 1.5hrs to Chesterfield where they don't lie, aren't lazy and glad to cut my glass. Farmville is always out of stock & no one knows anything about their products or home improvement. Store is a disgrace. However its all we have out here. Just do your job!

My mother ordered a refrigerator and was told it would be a week before delivery. Not sure why it takes a week nowadays but. When it got there 3 hours late they would not unload because kid didn't know how to hook up ice maker! Why is someone so incompetent doing this job? Meanwhile still don't have a fridge. If you need it in less than a month better go elsewhere,these people are unable to do the job they are hired for!

I was very impressed with the gentleman who graciously helped me with my purchase in the garden center today. His suggestions were very helpful. He seemed knowledgeable and was able to help me obtain what I needed. He seemed to really enjoy his job and helped me load everything up. Thank you.

No registers open AT ALL!!! All self checkout. When I order it from Amazon instead don’t be surprised. Absolutely abhorrent. And the sweet old lady that works garden all the time will probably be eliminated because of this garbage. Sad times we live in.
