Stopped by today with my daughter to check out the new store. Very friendly store. Made my daughter’s day to get a tour of all the animals there. The owner took time to answer all her questions & let her hold a few. Can’t wait to go back.

After going to the movies, we decided to bring the kids to over to the pet store and let them see all the animals. Very welcoming as we walked in but then as my son went to look at the puppies, he accidentally lost his balance and fell on the thin gate that was helping the pups to stay enclosed. The woman in the store shouts “you’ve got to take your kids somewhere else, these are just little babies and they can’t be hurt!” Well we understood that these were just puppies, and that they could easily be hurt. However, I feel there could have been a much nicer way to go about this. The man then came out (I’m assuming the owner) and was very kind and saying it was no big deal and that it’s just a thin gate and these things happen. Unfortunately, the rudeness of the woman was just too much so we decided to leave.

Absolutely awful place to go! Do not waste your time. These Babies do not look taken care of. Who sticks babies in plastic tubs? They do not have much of anything at all. I just get over these babies being in plastic container tub. Please do not support this store if you truly love your babies!!

Very nice owner let me play with the bunnies for as long as I wanted. Nice prices and sweet and cuddly bunnies 😁😁😁

Just got a baby cockatiel from here. Seem to be healthy and adapting well. The customer service was excellent. Had many questions answered and advice given. Very helpful!👍🏼

very nice place let me and friend hold the bunnies and Guinea pigs. the Guinea pigs had a nice set up. nice big area for them to frolic!

Call before going there to see if they're open. Was super excited to learn that there was a new petshop in Farmville, so I wouldn't have to drive to Petersburg or Woodlake for fish and supplies. Checked what time they close said 9pm so i drove 45 min to get there, arriving at 6pm and they were closed. Checked the times on the window, said close 9pm. Was so let down kicked myself the whole way home for not calling first.

This is crazy I was there when the kids were running around the mom was not watching her small children she was busy on her phone not paying attention the child did not lose his balance he purposely pushed the gate and fell on that poor little puppy I'm surprised the puppy wasn't killed the mom didn't apologize or even try to fix the gate instead jerked the boy up and the lady had asked her to please watch her children as they were running all over the place banging on cages and tanks and climbing on everything I come here at least once a week and the people are so welcoming and wanting to be apart of our community it's not fair that a Karen can come on here bad mouthing this business that has been nothing but positive in our community

The owner was very nice, I walked in to buy cat food for my dad and the owner asked what kind of cats I have and I told him it’s for my dad, he’s going through a death in the family and he goes in the back and gives me a free bag of cat food for my dad💕 there are great people in this world and the owner is one of them.

This is a good place for you to get animals and by things for your pets as in more reptiles!
