While I do like the staff for their friendliness and helpful nature, I don't like coming here often simply because of the prices.Typically my preference will be to just order from Amazon and save $10-20 for the same item in the store. That said, in a pinch if I need something this is a pretty good place to go. Staff will be happy to help you find what you need and are always so gracious during checkout. The store is always pretty clean even though you can bring your pet in! I've never seen anything "left behind" from any pets. I always bring my dog and she loves coming in the store and seeing all the toys and treats. Treat selection doesn't really have anything that healthy or safe; mostly hard bones and jerky. Food is pretty good though! They have a lot of options for what you're looking for.Overall, my impression is that you're paying for service and quick purchases. This will be my usual go-to shop for last minute needs when I'm traveling but if I have time, I'll order what I need online instead.

I use Petco a lot for repeat deliveries but this is the store that I go to if I have to go to an actual store The guys in here are super friendly and usually get my in store pickup orders pretty quick. They also do curbside delivery which is fantastic. And unlike PetSMart their notification that you have arrived at the store actually works. The store is pretty small but not too dirty. I do wish they would take better care of the animals they have in there but unfortunately I think it’s the norm nowadays. They have a larger selection of ferret items than their competitors do , I will give them that. All in all, it is a decent pet supplies store and I would recommend it

I loved this place because as I was looking to buy some "good" dog food, a clerk approached me and asked if they could help me, I had the greatest lady for the help. She was very knowledgeable about their dog food, told her about the dogs I was buying for and could not have asked for a better person for the job and I was in a hurry, trying to beat the rush hour.I believe I went in the store around 3:30 or so.

I absolutely LOVE this Petco store in West Falls Church (formerly Unleashed). The store is always clean and organized. It has a welcoming neighborhood feel, and the staff treat customers with care. Paul & Jen have been so wonderful to get me with everything I need for my pets. It's a pleasure visiting this Petco.

Holly was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We have 3 pets right now all with different needs. While what I was looking for wasn't in stock she was very helpful even tho i could see she was busy multitasking. Great interaction!

I love this Petco!! Every single employee here genuinely cares about animals and it is so apparent even on brief visits. We came out for VetCo, a day with affordable vaccinations and vet care. It's crowded with tons of stressed out animals and owners and is I'm sure a very stressful day for employees, but I saw nothing but smiles and helpfulness from everyone here! Petco in general has really been upping their game lately, ensuring better quality of the pet food they offer, etc.

This Petco place is amazing.Staff who are working in this store are super nice and professional at their job. They exceed my expectations and are always so friendly.They have massive collection of supplies as well. Good place to go and buy products for your pet.

This Petco is fine. Only thing to keep in mind is that it's pretty small. You will definitely not get exotic pet foods or a wide range of supplies. But if you're just looking for a quick drop-in to get dog food it's great for that.

I ordered items online at a specific sale price and was charged the regular price which was much more. I didn't realize this until I got home and I received the email receipt. I wouldn't have ordered those items at the regular price. I contacted Petco customer service and I wasn't refunded the difference. I understand that Petco is experiencing tough times, but I'm also in a precarious financial situation. I think Petco should honor the prices on it's website.

Wonderful staff and a clean, modern store front made for a great trip. We ended up here to vaccinate our two dogs through vetco, and they did a great job of managing the extra foot traffic.

Great markdowns and oops deals. Mostly friendly staff, although I am always amused when I am 'educated' by the staff about animals. I am an LVT, secretly, and have been told many questionable things. Maybe have the staff take some CE credits to educate themselves before they are educating the public.

Nice little neighborhood pet store. More on the higher end, expense brands, and sometimes a limited selection of products, but carries all the essentials for dogs at least. Great puppy training classes as well.

This is my favorite dog store. The staff are there to help in all aspects. The store offers a great selection of food for cats, dogs, and other small friends. I found some great frisbees and dog toys that weren't available in other stores.

No live animals, but they carry the full selection of all dog and cat products with a focus on all natural. Smaller assortment for reptiles, small animal birds, and fish!

Good selection but their prices are extremely high. For example, one cat scratching post was $70 here and $41 on Amazon. I will pay to keep stores in business, but almost double??
