It is great to have a pet supply store so convenient. They have quality items and have nice clean dog wash stations. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they seem to enjoy you being there. The pet food seems pricey, but they do sell discounted bags of "soon to expire" food. They also have a house brand of food that is made in Canada, I have used it and it seems to be good, although I didn't taste it myself. There are pet toys and watering products that seem good quality. All in all a nice addition for the neighborhood.

Easy to access, local pet supply store. Stocks a variety of high-end pet food, supplies and toys for a pretty wide variety of animals. I go there to get quality food and supplies for a rabbit. Always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Smaller than the big box pet supply stores, offers more personal service and nice atmosphere.

The groomer was amazing with our cat. He felt so calm after his bath. The cashier is also amazing at making sure we always get our points and letting us know about sales and coupons.

Kevin is fantastic. He welcome not only myself but my dog BY NAME when we walk in. He is genuinely interested in the well being of all the animals that walk in the door and will give you honest advice. He is always willing to lend an ear if you have concerns. All the staff has been wonderful, but Kevin in particular has been great. I am glad they have a friendly staff and opened a store close by.

I usually like the products and the service very much, but today I had a bad experience, I took my puppy to take a shower, and the person who is in the store just ignored me, in the end he paid attention to me, I asked him for shampoo and she twisted her eyes and gave it to me reluctantly, then I asked for the price of a bed for my little dog, and she had a pen in her hand and when she got to the box she twisted her eyes again and tossed the pen to the side. , I felt so bad, I think that they should not have people who do not like their work!

Briana did a wonderful grooming job. My dog was a mess and she cleaned up beautifully. Briana was knowledgeable, great with the dog and skilled. My dog has both fur and hair and I have had several previous disappointing groomings with other people so I am so pleased to find someone so professional.

Great helpful employee .Store is convenient to get to with plenty of. parking The self service dog wash is easy on the back and no fears if too hot or to cold water. Prices and selection in pet food and toys are fair

Employees always look exhausted and I never see the manager around. I would not go to this location if you didn’t have to. Severe signs of overworking and lack of leadership. When I have picked up my cat’s special food or flea treatment, out of all of the times I came in I’ve probably not seen the manager (red hair?) more than once or twice. During my most recent visit, as I was walking in I witnessed her lecture an employee about sitting on the job. When I came up to the register to pay for my items, lo and behold she was sitting while her employee stood! Definitely not coming back after seeing how poorly she treats her employees. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Pretty small store but they have the basics needed. 5 stars though because of their self dog wash - only $10 and it makes washing my dogs soo much easier.

When I walked into the store Devon was great help and told me how much it would be for the dog bath and what was included, while my wife and I were done giving a bath to the dog Patricia came being rude making comments about our dog making the floor wet. Also made a comment telling Devon to bring a mop and says “IM JUST READY TO GO HOME”. While we were still drying our dog. This was our first time taking our chocolate lab for a bath and our last time. We were planning to buy things on the side but after that experience we would rather take our business elsewhere. To those pet valu customers I wouldn’t mind you shopping at pet valu but not at this location.

Salespeople are friendly. They have some unique pet food and toys not found at big box stores like Petco or PetSmart. Prices are not the lowest but they have some sort of customer discount program.
