Having never been to a Harris Teeter, we had a good visit. We picked up lunch fixings, cold beer, ready to drink beverages and chips & salsa. Not terribly far from our hotel and conference for the next 3 days.Very clean and no sticky floors. We will visit again!

Products are fine, customer service is lackluster and honestly unpleasant. Had my hands full and asked one of the unoccupied baggers at the cashiers for an extra bag, they offered no and spoke in a tone that was rude and demeaning.

This place is one of the best Harris teeter stores that I have ever visited. The store is bigger than many others H T stores and it has more varieties such as the prime aged meat that customers can pre order. Also, the seating area is bigger and I think it has a bar that serve liquor drinks, which is something I only saw at this specific H T. Also, the meat department has high quality meat such as the one you find at Wigmans stores.I wish H T will consider updating their other stores to match this one.

Falls Church Va Store manager is de emphasizing senior disabled shoppers. Electric handicapped carts have been reduced from 6, to 4 for the last few months, and now 2. Although none can be found in the store and all the charging port areas have been covered over by pallets of household rugs and other items. Store manager’s attitude to the complaint was a series of excuses and generally not caring. Seniors would be better served to visit a different Harris Teeter in Arlington.

Found everything I needed. Grocery store was clean and was stocked. Not a lot of people around to help as I struggled to find a few things and lines were a little long. Starbucks on the inside was quick and made everything appropriately.

Shoutout to Janet, cake decorator for creating the most amazing cake I’ve ever seen!! My family loved it and it exceeded my expectations. Incredible work! Thank you so so much!

While this store does have a wide selection of products, they are very pricy. For example, I remember recently trying to get a box of 6 chocolate-chip muffins. They cost 7.99! Their rare sales are worth it, though. It brings most muffins down to 4.99. The good thing about this store is its location. It's very convenient for the neighborhood as it is only 10 mins walk away from all major apartment buildings. It's not the best, but not the worst either.

HT stores look so beautiful and clean (ahem, Giant) one would think the food would taste delicious but it never seems to. Case in point: their bakery apple fritter. No or few apples, inside tastes like it was formed from the unmixed dregs of the bowl, glaze not potent enough to compensate. The first time I was so shocked I figured it had to be a fluke. Just tried again a few months later and shock has turned to grieved acceptance. I would add that prices at HT are not exceptional. Perhaps I could give quality a break for savings but both are in short supply here. There are so many other options around that can manage at least one or the other that I’ll forgo the polished hardwoods and displays.

I can’t wait until the whole foods open down the street. The employees are the most unpleasant and the new people they hire, you can tell that having a bright personality is not a characteristic they look for. I go there everyday and when I try to speak to the associates they just stare at you. They self check out workers are the rudest.

Did not feel welcomed here. After traveling 16 hours with my husband from Florida, we stopped here to use the restroom and buy fresh food (we don’t like to eat at rest stops). During our shopping experience my husband and I were followed, and heavily watched, while other associates were waiting at the front entrance as if we were going to steal our fresh produce and salad. Very rude, and racist behaviors. Minorities are not seen as equals here.

Make sure you check the expiration date on everything. I accidentally bought expired Annie’s Mac and cheese. The powder was clumpy and discolored and the expiration date was over a week before I bought it… Mac and a cheese takes a long time to expire so I don’t wanna know how long it was sitting on their shelf. I also saw a lot of lettuce sitting on shelves that had expired days before.

I had the great sushi for $5 (Friday special). The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the item didn't reflect the sale price, but I didn't want to go back to get a less than a $1 back.

They seem to be understaffed quite often. There are two self checkout areas and usually only one area is open at a time. This means the line for the self checkout area is typically very long. Additionally there are probably only two or three non-self checkout lines while the rest are unstaffed. If you're short on time I'd recommend going to another grocery store.Additionally, their pizza barely has any tomato sauce on it.

I live few blocks from this this location but every time I go there I regret. It seems like they do not plan to keep that location open very long:1- very bad or I should say no management at all.2- Escalators always brokers and are very dirty. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned since they opened several years ago.3- Shopping carts are all old and have wobbly wheels that are very annoying.4- Fresh Fish and Chick alway bad, every time I bought I had to either return or throw in trash.5- Minimum or no organic vegetables.6- fresh vegetables are limited and usually not fresh.I wonder if they are still there next year when Wholefood opens across the Street from them, how they are going to survive. Too bad since it is in a convenient location.

Very well laid out grocery store. Lots to choose from. Good parkingHowever the deli department was a complete dumpster fire. Four employees buzzing around the deli Dept. that made eye contact but chose to ignore me and other customers. When we called out to ask for help, we (the customers trying to but from the deli department) were given the run around. It wasn't until a fifth employees came out from the back recognized us and helped right away. Harris Teeter, you just steered customers to Giant! Good job fellas!

The store has good products and decent enough prices. Good selection. But there's a couple things about how the store is managed that bother me. I was exhausted and went through the regular checkout instead of the self checkout a few days ago. The man who checked me out, I think he was a manager, asked me to help him back the groceries! I had a lot of heavy bottled items. It was my first time at the store and I got kind of grumpy and sore from lifting heavy bags into my cart. I asked him is this the policy of the store to have people bag their own even if they go through the line to have someone check them out? He said no but it was busy (it wasn't) "and you said yes". I was at the store again today and he seemed to be involved in an unpleasant conversation with a worker and a customer because I think the customer had accidentally knocked over a vase and he was talking to her about paying for it. He is shockingly rude and knows nothing about customer service.

Brought my wife here for hot lunch because we only have 30 minutes lunch, the food from the hot bar was cold and disgusting, and the Starbuck clerk was also very rude. The eating area by the Starbucks was disgusting also, we had to clean a space before we could sit to eat. I come to this store alot but now I will limit my visits and go to other markets

I had a fantastic experience with the butcher here. He was a very big tall man whose name I unfortunately did not catch. I hope he gets a huge raise from HT because he deserves it. He went out of his way to help me even though the butcher counter was closed. I had just had surgery and needed some night chicken to make soup, and even though he didn't have to, he helped me get a few much needed pieces. This Harris Teeter is always pretty clean. Some of their items can be a little pricey at regular price compared to other grocery stores, but their sales are good. The prices are very reasonable on sale.

There are reports going around that super markets and other retail outlets are pushing customers towards self checkouts and away from their staffed checkout lanes by reducing the availability of staff at the check out lanes. I am beginning to believe it after my recent trips here. And after today's experience with a bagger who did such a poor job of bagging, that even left some items unbagged, I had to rebag everything before I went to my car. Getting out the Broad Street entrance remains a major challenge during mornings and evenings. Yield to the big SUVs in the parking garage as well or risk leaving your paint color on the pillars.

The store looked great the staff was helpful and professional except for the man in the produce section. He was gruff, abrupt, and not helpful. Let him tell it they didn't carry anything I inquired about. The customers in the store who overheard me were more helpful. Then he would double back to me and ask what they said, strange man. I found the chopped celery, carrots, and onion mixture that he said they didn't carry and showed him. All he said was "oh". Aside from him, the store was fine. He along with the signs showing discounts on items but ringing up correctly is why the rating. Who wants to study their receipt and take time to go to the counter to dispute charges? Not me.

The best management and stellar service of any HT around and my go-to spot for weekly shopping and quick stop ins, even though there is a closer HT to our house. The staff and managers go above and beyond to find items not on the shelf and to make sure I get whatever it is I need.

I shop from time to time if I am in the area. They had this fruit that I use to eat and pick as a little girl growing up in SC called Bulletins. They were $9.95 for a basket and were huge, looked like grapes but the skin is harder. Very sweet and has seeds. I bought 2 baskets. Enjoyed thoroughly! Refrigerate or room temperature. What a delightful treat! A very good childhood memory!😋😋😋😋😋😍😍😍😍❤❤❤❤❤👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

This is a very clean, well stocked store with upscale items and prices. You can have lunch or dinner and taste wine in the bar and tables. Their Christmas nuts are fresh and just up from the south.

there is a man who works here who either hates women or hates autistic people because he loves to look me in the eyes and tell me that I am making things up when I tell him this place is difficult to shop at :) I have been followed and accused of stealing, been told my use of self-checkout is wasting other peoples' time, and been told that I don't know how to use basic checkout tools. Hatem clearly wants to curate this space to ensure no one shops here that he doesn't like. Our family certainly no longer feels comfortable returning.

You have a slivered hair male customer service agent that is so rude. He treats the staff in a short tempered mannered and when I was confused about the signage he told me, "just read it". I was very close to calling to complain but I received this request,... thus... btw Lucy and the other lady working the understaffed busy self serve check out and customer service are fantastic. That man needs additional training.
