My Boston puppy has had a great experience here, and it’s been wonderful to have safe and fun place for her to get her energy out when I work at the office. The staff I have met are all friendly and seem to genuinely care about their furry charges. I wish they had some outdoor space, but otherwise could not be happier.

I started taking my dog Neo to daycare two years ago so he could socialize as he was timid. The staff at Dogtopia at Falls Church have been excellent with him. They are very responsive, and I can see they care about their dog guests. I also like that I can check him with the Webcam and see how he is doing during the day. I traveled regularly, so I have had to board him several times, so it is good to know he is in good hands. They have also been very flexible, helping me with last-minute boarding requests. I strongly recommend this location for your pup!

Our chocolate lab puppy has had a great experience at Dogtopia Falls Church, VA location. All staff that we've met so far seem to love what they do. They provide a very warm welcome, greet dogs by name as they come in, show love and care, provide reassurance to the owner, and overall great customer service. The location itself looks modern, well kept, very clean and the team is very responsive both by phone or email anytime you reach out. On Churro's first day we even got a full color flyer with information of what to expect on the first day and week of doggy daycare which was very helpful. They also had a personalized index card with a cute report of his first day. It was such a lovely detail! Lastly, he loves going to Dogtopia. As soon as we start getting closer to the building he gets excited, pulls from his leash and is eager to go in once we get there. He wags his tail enthusiastically to the Canine Coach that takes him in and seems very happy. Would definitely recommend!

We love Dogtopia of Falls Church. We trust them completely with our fur babies. From day care to boarding, we have had only the best experience. The staff is caring and the facilities are great. I can leave my kids there knowing they are in the best hands. I highly recommend them!

We’ve been members since Dogtopia Falls Church opened — and our rambunctious 5-year-old chocolate lab always comes home happy and tired! We’re grateful for the attentive care she gets and the flexibility when boarding. (We’ve had a few planned trips and also an unplanned emergency out of town — and it is such a comfort to know our pup has a second home!)

Dogtopia of Falls Church is absolutely amazing!! I used them for daycare for 2 and a half years and their staff were always professional and caring, and very willing to accommodate me and my dog's needs when necessary. I always knew when I dropped off my dog that she would be in good hands and I would never need to worry about her safety or care. Unfortunately, my dog recently passed away, but the Dogtopia staff actually sent me condolence flowers! Which just goes to show you what wonderful and kind people they are. The only minor negative thing I would say is that they're across the street from an auto body shop, so you do sometimes have to maneuver around broken, parked cars lining both sides of the street. But, besides that, cannot recommend this place enough!!!

My 2 dogs mean the world to me. It's always difficult for me when I travel to board them. When it comes to kennels, it's all about the quality and demeanor of the staff. Both of my dogs were rescues and one was previously abused. It is hard for Chloe to trust strangers. The staff at Dogtopia has earned her respect and affection. If you're OK with Chloe, you're OK with me !! Dogtopia in Falls Church is awesome.

As the owner of young and hyper Boston Terrier, I am super grateful for this place as an outlet for his energy. Absolutely worth every dollar for my little boy to have a place to play with friends before coming home and relaxing on the couch. Forever a happy customer!

After some terrible experiences at Dogtopia of Tysons (DO NOT GO THERE), MY pup became a founding member of Dogtopia Falls Church and let me tell you--both of us love it! I feel as though they really care about my pup and love him so much! They are extremely communicative and have notified ASAP if my pup ever got sick, ensure to give him rest time if he needs it, and have been exceptionally reliable and friendly. Julie, Bailey, Cat, and Kris have been my favorite people to see and trust with my puppy and I can't recommend this branch enough. I even got a thank you note affirming how good a dog parent I am--something every single milennial dog mom needs to hear. I am impressed with their professionalism and punctuality when I call or ask with any questions.During Covid, they have made sure to wear masks and sanitize and enforce the law appropriately.They also have been incredibly great to board with! I have used them for a week trip I took and I got the cutest pic updates.I also am endlessly grateful for Bailey who helped me desensitise him to getting his nails trimmed and even offered for me to watch/learn!Anyway, I am 100% an advocate for this fantastic branch!!

My frenchie loves this place and I do too! The staff is friendly and super accommodating. Webcam allows you to see what your pup is up to throughout the day and the facility is very clean. This guy runs in whenever he sees the front door so I know he loves it. Highly recommend.

We’re newbies to Dogtopia in Falls Church but have been very pleased with our time there so far. Madigan goes once a week and barks with excitement when we pull into the parking spot~! The staff all seem to really love dogs and monitor 100 percent of the time that the dogs are together and keep the rooms continually swiped down! I also enjoy following her activity on their webcam system. Madigan lost her older companion recently and has been lonely and a day of day care a week has been the perfect answer! Thanks to the Dogtopia team!

I love Dogtopia in Falls Church! I have been taking my dog Lola there this last year and it has been such a great experience. The staff are always extremely pleasant and nice and answer all my questions. I love how much my Lola loves to go there and socialize with other dogs. She is always excited when I drop her off and when I pick her up she seems well rested and taken care off which is always great.

Our dog loves, loves, loves Dogtopia Falls Church, and so do we. Our experience there has been better than we could have imagined.After a lifetime of dedication to dogs, I had never considered dog daycare until we welcomed a puppy that needed socialization during a pandemic. I was nervous about sending our 4-month-old pup to daycare because I was afraid she might not receive enough attention. That was almost six months ago. We have been there almost daily since.Our dog plays with other dogs all morning and is tired and happy when we pick her up at noon. We do not leave her all day - but I love the fact that we have the option and that I trust them to care for her. The staff and management are amazing. They are attentive to both dogs and people. They know the personalities of all the dogs there and accommodate the needs of each of them hourly by balancing the mix of sizes, monitoring the mix of high energy dogs with low and medium energy, and rebalancing through opening different rooms and crate rotation when necessary. They also know the personalities of the pet parents, communicate beautifully about the events of each day, and make clear that they do everything they can to meet the needs of every dog their care.I am so happy we found Dogtopia Falls Church and the outstanding team of people who make it all work.

The only place I would trust to leave my small dogs for doggie daycare. I have not tried their boarding but working with staff that are knowledgeable and loves dogs, I would not hesitate. Their daycare environment is fun and calming for our four legged family.

The dogs there NEVER get walked and NEVER see daylight. Just go to the back of the building and you can hear all the barking dogs all the times. This is dramatizing just to hear the dogs. I can not imagine how the crates are where they are locked up. I would never bring my dog there. What type of doggie daycare chain is this?

Our experience at Dogtopia Falls Church has been amazing! Our mix-breed dog Bailey, has been going there for over a month, and we have noticed a lot of positive changes in her. She is more confident, more energetic, and just seems like she is happier every day. There's the obvious benefit of her coming back and sleeping the rest of the night since she had so much fun at daycare, but it really has helped Bailey with so many other aspects!

The Dogtopia chain is very reliable. We had no problem committing as a Founder knowing the reliability behind the brand. Love that the Falls Church team is super stickler about consistently cleaning and maintaining the rooms. It's helpful to know my pup is playing somewhere as clean as possible. The trainers in the rooms are attentive and aware. We were even made aware one day of our pup's tooth falling out and they traced it back to him! You can bring treats/food to have them feed during the 2 hour down time. Of course, as with all Dogtopias, love the webcam feature allows us to stalk our baby all day!

We just started bringing our dog here and we have been enjoying it so far. I like that there are cameras so we can check in on him throughout the day, and they have a really cute pick up system to announce your dog when you go to pick them up. They also gave him a deshedding treatment, which I was skeptical of; our dog’s shedding has just been so difficult for me for the past few years and I’ve never had much hope that any kind of a wash could do much for his shedding. It literally drives me crazy, his fur is all over everything all the time, no matter what we do, brush him, wash him or what have you. Well he got the deshedding treatment there, and I was shocked that two weeks later he still wasn’t shedding! It was probably a 90% reduction in shedding from the day we picked him up, I was so pleasantly surprised.

Had plan on boarding my dog here over the Christmas holiday… After purchasing the play before you stay package, that Dogtopia highly recommend and dropping my pup twice…he developed kennel cough (yes he is up today on all his vaccines). My husband called to inform the place and the most uncaring people ever. They did not seem to care..told us not their fault and hung up the phone…will NEVER be taking my dog here again.

My fiancé and I sent our small miniature schnauzer and Australian Shepard mix to get more socialization while supporting falls church businesses in the area under their “founder” subscription during the pandemic. I was disappointed in the management of the team. They were not flexible about opening up the gym to lower energy dogs, usually only had one attendant per room, and would blend massive 7 month old golden receiver(60lbs+) puppies in the same room as 16 lbs small dogs. They have a “wee pen” in the “Toybox” room to provide additional separation, but usually only provide that to dogs under 10 lbs. The management team was not flexible about adapting to the dogs needs. Our dogs spent more time in a kennel or hiding from the madness than actually enjoying daycare. We have decided to cancel our subscription and go back to the Tysons Corner location even if it is more out of the way for us because the management experience was better and they advocated for the dogs more than just revenue.
