I am told by CVS my Dr doesn’t respond to prescription renewals. I am told by my Dr that CVS isn’t making requests for pre scription renewals. I expect CVS is calling the wrong Doctor:. One that has been deceased for several years. Efforts to reach someone in the pharmacy failed.

This CVS pharmacy is slow. It took almost 40 minutes for me to be given 2 prescriptions that they acknowledged they had. I was repeatedly removed from line & asked to sit down because they were not working efficiently. I was asked to verify my information multiple times, loudly and to the point that I’m sure everyone around me knows what medication I received, my name, birthday, and phone number. They had no answers to my questions, did not explain the medications to me, were rude and dismissive, and insisted repeatedly that one of my medications was not available (shocker: they found it when they actually looked). Save yourself the trouble and drive farther to another pharmacy because this one is not it.

Trying to pick up prescription that was out of stock at my local CVS. They have the eye drops, but then have to call the other branch to release the prescription there… so had to leave again to come back later… A bit of a silly process - there’d be no way for me to get back to the other branch in a few mins anyway. Nonsense.

Been using this place for years, normal pharmacy. Almost always have meds in stock. Been pleased. Writing this since I went there last week (shortly after the new year) and despite my insurance being the same, the coverage changed and the prescription wasnt covered. Kofi was amazing. He helped me find different coupons and codes and a prescription that was going to cost $181 ended up costing me $53. I doubt he has time to do this for everyone, but this was a random Tuesday at 8pm and it was slow. Very nice of him to actually put in the time to help me out rather than just give me the prescription and send me on my way.

The CVS Pharmacy at 134 W Broad St in Falls Church is much less annoying than all the other CVS Pharmacies in the area. The people there are actually nice and there usually isn’t a line.

No one answers the phone... it’s ridiculous. Also the people that work at the pharmacy are so rude. Disorganized. Never easy to pick up my meds, they make it so difficult.
