Worst CVS i've had to deal with. Not only have they been less than communicative about a prescription that was on "back" order when it's not. Or when I showed up to pick up a script found out it wasn't going to be covered by insurance. Told the pharmacy I'd be back i need to talk to the doc and get a coupon. When I returned the same evening the CSR who helped me earlier informed me she took it upon herself to put my script back. even tho I never said I didn't want the meds and have witnesses. It's sad to see how far down this CVS has gone. It's to the point now that i've transferred prescriptions from there so I no longer have to use that CVS location. How much is one supposed to be jerked around???

Three prescriptions were called into CVS for me. I received the text message saying they were ready. While I like this notification, it is not that good. I went to pick up the prescriptions and was told they were not all ready requiring me to leave and come back later. Why don't you fill the prescriptions completely before you send out a notification? This is very annoying.

This pharmacy is different from other CVS pharmacies. Always there are staff to help you. They all are polite and friendly. Totally different from the one in Nutley street.

Pharmacist is very rude. they don’t inform you whether you are in network or not they just charge you. Be aware!

Wasted 1 hour of my time with this pharmacy because someone couldn't be bothered to do their job!!! Don't even bother calling about a prescription either...I waited on hold for 30 mins, finally reach a pharmacist to let them know to fill my prescription. They said fine they'd fill it.I show up to pick it up and they say it's on hold. Wait what??? You said you'd fill it and I told your pharmacist to do so. Now I have to wait another 30 minutes for you to put 45 capsules in a bottle.Awful service when I expressed my frustration.

Terrible staff at the pharmacy. Second visit here and absolutely no communication about wait times. A reasonable estimate of time would be appreciated.

Over the past 6-7 months or more customer service has severely declined, especially in the pharmacy. The long time pharmacist and several employees who worked in the pharmacy have left and replaced by less experienced personnel. Consequently, there are frequently long lines to pick up prescriptions. The store appears to be under new management, which may account for why the high turnover in personnel, not only in the pharmacy, but in the store as a whole.
