This place is just terrible if you want prescriptions filled. They are constantly understaffed behind the counter, and mostly incompetent at understanding how to get something filled. A line with 5 people in it will regularly take 15 minutes.

What a bunch of idiots to use the rush as a time to train new pharmacy technicians. One of the pharmacist took me to the other computer to try to put in new information and then just left me there when she started working with another customer. When I went to go ask if I’m still getting helped, she said the other pharmacist was supposed to be helping me. that pharmacist, then said, I don’t know where you even went, which I responded your coworker took me to that computer, and she just stared at me, gave me my prescription and said bye.

Pharmacy is absolute garbage. I showed up before they closed for a prescription that was ready and they said too late. They sent me to another cvs and said it’ll be there and when I got there it was never transferred. Emphasized how I needed the medication tonight as well. Pathetic.

BE AWARE THEY WILL DENY A RETURN WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.I purchased various bandages for post surgery care prior to my scheduled surgery. In order not to have to drive after surgery. Didn’t use all bandages and wanted to return the unopened/unused items. Also, all items were the CVS brand and original condition. My error, I did not have the original receipt. Told them store credit was fine, nope. This review is on CVS policy and their customer service call center. CVS has the worst customer service center that offer no assistance real assistance. You call to give a transaction number and for them to tell you it’s denied, but no reason for the denial or how to resolve the issue. In addition, the individual hung up while I was in mid-question.DO NOT SHOP AT CVS. It is obvious they are looking for ways to keep your money instead of working with your customer.Wish there was a option to give negative stars.

I got sent an email saying that my pills were at the pharmacy. Drove there only to be told that they can't refill it. Guy at the register was very rude and snappy with me. I'm now taking myself elsewhere and never going back. I don't think I've encountered a single nice employee there.

I think anyone would find it really hard to "calm down" when they've spent 7 months providing a pharmacy with more documentation of your identity than the government even needed for my passport only for someone to try to tell you that YOU are giving them the wrong name for the, i kid you not, 16th time since January.do not bother with these people. i wouldn't trust them to give me the correct medications if they're going to collect multiple forms of ID, court orders, and insurance documentation from you that they still can't do anything with (like. were y'all just pretending to take that info? just stepped aside to "scan" the appropriate documents because you didn't know what else to do or what?)

This store has the RUDEST people working here. I went in to check the prices on laundry detergent but didn’t buy anything. As I was leaving I looked at a newspaper near the door. I put it back to leave and the Asian lady with a mask screamed at me. I was startled and went back in the store. She was yelling at me because I didn’t place the paper perfectly back on the pile!!!! Unbelievable horrible customer service and makes me never ever want to go back to CVS. Also they are always vacuuming right by the exit and entrance door at least an hour before closing and won’t get out of the way. Very rude and dangerous because you could easily trip on the vacuum cord. It’s like they only care about the store and not the customer. I don’t know if CVS does franchise their stores but this one feels like it unlike other stores where you get a totally different experience.

This was the straw that broke the camel's back. After several issues with the pharmacy over the years, this was the second time I have made an appointment for a COVID booster only for the store to have no record of my appointment, despite my email confirmation, and my being turned away and told to come back. To make matter's worse, the pharmacist walked away while I was talking to her and practically ignored my request to see if there was any way for a walk-in booster. She was rude and unapologetic. Will not be using CVS for any pharmacy or other needs anymore.

My go-to CVS, they're always well-stocked. Staff can be courteous depending who's on shift. Pharmacist is great and has done remarkable work considering the ongoing demands of corporate and clientele during the pandemic. The pharmacy is also very timely in keeping appointments for flu shots and the like (to be clear, this does not regard the Minute Clinic, which I've not patronized).

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy today. I went to pick up my prescription and saw at the time of the payment that they gave me a 90-day supply for a medication for seasonal allergies. I told them I only needed for one month. The attendant who was helping me, asked to step aside and wait for him to help the next customer. I waited, but the same thing happened to the customer. I was shocked to see that while I waited, he rushed to solve this customer's issue before mine. I felt ignored because probably I'm a woman and wasn't as loud as this man was.

Scheduled a COVID-19 test here, and we couldn’t get up to the drive through because someone had deliberately blocked the entrance. I suspect it was a staff member trying to prevent drive through customers. After we backed up through the driveway to the drive through window, it took forever to get someone to come over and give us our test kits. I understand the pharmacy was very busy, but why do they let people schedule tests if they don’t have time to do them?

Scheduled a booster appointment about a week ago and ended up waiting half an hour because the person doing check-ins hadn't checked me in properly. While I was waiting, another woman wanted to know when they might have more home tests, but the staff member just kept repeating that they were currently out.I got an email from M. N. at Medallia asking to discuss the feedback I'd given, but I never managed to get in touch with them.

The minute clinic nurse “Tammy “ was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to see everyone who was there to be treated at the minute clinic. Even though nobody was present in her exam room and all the patients were not on the display of the minute clinic. She claims to have important office work she does. I confronted her why she send back patients and she got mad and finally afraid when I told her I was ex employee of CVS. She was complaining the whole time I was in her exam room about abusive cvs management system and no one is there to help her…etc. I am very disgusted and sad to see her send off patients like that claim “ if you are afraid you have Covid go tested somewhere else. I don’t want to be sick” this exactly what she was saying to people who were present at the minute clinic. Also her appointment was fully booked but no single human being were present at the time I was there more than 1:30 hour. Please have some professional ethics and obey your responsibilities. Nobody will be there if they are not sick.

This store's poor covid testing management has ruined my holiday plans. I had booked my covid testing back on November 9th at this location. When I showed up for my appointment (a half hour early), there was a sign stating there would be no testing at this location for today. I never received a phone call, email, text, etc. In fact, I was still receiving confirmation texts reminding me that my test was coming up in a few hours. With no heads up and towards the end of the business day, I am unable to get another test scheduled. The pharmacist then sold me a self-administered test she said would be okay for travel "as she had used it herself", and it has been denied by my airline. I will never rely on CVS for covid related items again.

I use the pharmacy at 134 w. Broad St. for several medications. My experience with the pharmacy staff is always positive. The staff if very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Particular kudos to Koffi who recently worked with me on a difficult prescription to fill. He went many extra miles to ensure I received the proper medication at a great price. Thanks Koffi!

It must corporate policy to hire people with out people skills! Every single CVS I’ve been to in northern Virginia has rude employees. Especially their pharmacy staff is just short with you, condescending and not welcoming at all. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the lady who handled my Covid test was a star all by herself.

My husband and I live nearby and generally go to the pharmacy to pick up a script or buy essential items, such as shampoo or soap. When my husband was there to receive his flut shot, the minute clinic doctor had a family emergency and left. No problem we thought because we walked over to the pharmacy. The pharmacy offers flu shots as well. The pharmacy tech Bibi told my husband that it would take 10-15 minutes. The next thing we know she pulled the screen down and walked away. We waited 15-20 minutes, but she never came back.

Pharmacy staff is so rude!!! I had to get a manager to help me with a prescription bc the pharmacist refused to help me she just kept ignoring me and when someone was gonna help me she told him to tell me “just expedite her” waited over an hour for my medication.

My experience is specifically in the Minute Clinic at this location. Quick check in, waited less than 5 min the first visit and no wait the 2nd visit. Nice doctors assisted me both times. Efficient and professional.

I visited this CVS this morning at 9:45 am to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy still had not opened (although it was due to open at 9 am). There were at least 6 other customers waiting for the pharmacy to open, and as I could not wait, and I left without picking up my medication.Customers were not notified about what time the pharmacy would open. Even though this CVS is walking distance from my home, I will never use this CVS again (or any other CVS).

I thought for sure my eyes must have been deceiving me when I showed up for my scheduled COVID test and found the lights out and the doors locked. Why on earth did I not receive some type of simple automated notice by text or email?? I'm now in a spot trying to reconfigure my travel plans. Absolute nightmare.

Best pharmacy and drug store in Falls Church area. Pharmacists know you by name. Is like old school mom and pop store even though a big chain (with all the benefits of big chain--big store with huge inventory including having your Rx in stock). Reach out to your insurance and doctor immediately to clear up any problems with a prescription. Take care of you in emergency situations.Do NOT confuse with Other CVS on W. Broad near Giant and Staples in Falls Church. That CVS is not the same in any way, shape, or form. Be sure to go to 134 location across from Clay Cafe and same block as Brown's Hardware (it has parking lot at corner of Maple and Broad, aka Rt. 7).

If you can bear to wait on the pharmacy line, the pharmacist is extremely rude. You probably are going to die of your ailment before you make your purchase though.
