This was a very clean McDonald's that we stopped at to use the restroom, and ultimately ended up bidding down and eating in the dining room. It was spotless clean, both the restrooms and the dining room.Our food was hot and freshly made. A few things lagged, and the manager brought them out and apologized to us for the delay, but it was not a big deal. She was very chatty and friendly, and offered us cups of water (I didn't get a drink because I was jacked up on energy drinks, haha).Their drive through was two lanes, and they kept it moving along.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Several people behind counter working or looked to be working but nothing was getting done. Waited 45 minutes for some chicken nuggets and a fish sandwich. Had to go back 3 times for incomplete order after having the manager get our food herself. Several other people waited just as long never did get their food so got refunded and left. Trash cans full so full as people were trying to put trash in them trash was falling on the floor. Please save your self the time if traveling and DO NOT STOP here.

Ordered a Senior Coffee and a strawberry pie to go. .99 cents is your idea of a senior coffee? Wow.......Got out to the car and half way to 81 reached in the bag for the pie and it was Apple.............dang it, I had my heart set on strawberry..........but that's what you get today Fast, High priced disappointment..........

This is the cleanest McDonald's it's also connected to a very clean gas station and Lil cute store. The hamburger buns and even the bugers actually looked like what's on the menu. I couldn't believe it. It was like when I was a kid again!!Wheelchair accessibility: They had a ramp

It would be nice if the people working at these places could actually get the orders correct, but I suppose that takes too much effort and/or attention. Not only was my order incorrect, but my husband's was too. I guess the 1 star I'm leaving is because the fries were actually fresh and hot, otherwise, like almost every other McD's experience these days, this one sucked.

We ordered at the kiosk since the woman at the register was placing a HUGE order. After ordering we grabbed the 15 placard & waited for our food.Some tables were clean, and others needed attention. We found a clean table and waited for our food. But they didn’t bring us our food. When we heard our number called, Husband retrieved our order. No large coke was in the bag, so he went back to the counter to request it.The food was okay. The personal service was lacking. It was okay for the price paid.

The food was dead on what we ordered and it was all freshly made. Cashier was kind and raised with manners for sure.Parking: It's a huge parking lot for only McDonald's and Shell station.Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids of all ages. They have a variety of happy meals for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Both Shell and McDonald's have a wheelchair accessible door.

I would've given it more stars. However, they were understaffed, and inside orders were pretty slow. They ran out of a couple of specialty drinks (icee type drinks) .Customer service was great. There was an older lady working there who had me in smiles all night waiting for her order. She was literally talking to herself while getting orders ready. God bless her heart but comical (in a nice way) nonetheless.Would I visit again? Hmmm. Yes as the customer service was great and the adjoined convenience store is pretty cool to hang out in and buy some trinkets, souvenirs, etc.Plus was bathrooms were super clean snd they had approximately five rocking chairs out in front in relaxation is warranted.

If you have the time, go somewhere else. They told us they didn’t have biscuits and gravy at 10:15 a.m. we got to the window where they told us they didn’t have steak. I used to work at a McDonalds in Greenville at Loves and they would NEVER had allowed this. The people that work at this place should be ashamed and that’s for real. This isn’t the first time. Every time we come through here there’s always something wrong. Either the fries taste like the grease needs to be changed or they don’t have what we want, or they can’t ring it up right. But for 13.00 an hour when all the others pay 15.00 what do you expect. This place should be shut down and condemned.So we came back AGAIN to this place! This place is GARBAGE AND ALL THE MANAGERS NEED TO BE FIRED!!! The manager that handed out orders today is trash… y’all suck!!! And that’s for real. I’ll put in a complaint every time from this moment on I promise you that!

Sorry, I don't like to give bad reviews. But, maybe they were understaffed but it didn't look like it. Had to order from the kiosk- they wouldn't take orders from the register. Food came quick but I realized that's because it's been sitting there for very long time. Both cheeseburgers were dried out and the bottom buns were hard. That's a sign they've been in the warmer to long. I worked in fast food for years. This is not acceptable. Had I not already left I would have taken my food back. Check out your food before you leave.

We stopped here on our way home from Philadelphia. The service was fine. The only problem we had was my double quarter pounder. I took about 3 bites out of the burger, and then realized the top hamburger patty was still raw in the middle. It looked cooked on the outside, but the inside was not. I pulled the patty off, and eat the burger single. Before we left I did however take the uneaten raw patty to show the manager, and let them know they needed to watch out for that. She offered to replace it and I declined. Then we left.

I ordered a meal at 6. Went to the drive through to pick it up and it is now 657 and no one has attended the drive through. I want to talk to a manager. The drive through was open at 530. This is unacceptable.

We ended up at this McDonald’s after a long drive. We went in to order some coffee and a happy meal. We were told they didn’t have any premium coffees, so we only ordered a happy meal. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for just his one order. The cashier that served us was very impatient and very, very rude. This was a bad experience and if you can help it, skip this McDonalds.

the store manager was on billing counter, her service was good the way greets people and taking the order friendly way, it is difficult to find friendly energetic people on McDonald’s. This one is exceptional.Food service was fast, burger was just okay as usual. I am sensing recent days McDonald’s burger leaves bad smell on your hand, it is not only in this location it is in all other the locations too
