My cashier was amazing and the pharmacy was ok . I personally am not target shopper and it will remain that way . Please inform your staff that if multiple items are on the shelf for that price. Someone will assume that's the correct price. You might want to work on stocking correctly. I was not about to show out and demand I pay the price because I can just order from another retailer .

This place is slowly coming together department by department. I liked the new and improved makeup section; it looks just like a Sephora now. The outdoor area has been expanded to the corner and has a lot more space to show case the chairs and tables.I'm excited to see the finished version!

I love this store. Yes it’s Target and some things are expensive and or mislabeled/misplaced. But the staff is always kind and helpful including the ones who run out the pick up orders.

So empty. I came here for salad, but...Their dairy cooler is also very empty. Please stock Oatly and half-n-half.Updated 08/03/22I was waiting unnoticed behind one other customer at the customer service desk for some time tonight before a girl came over to help us. She was tall with long curly brown hair with highlights. She came over in a huff and told me to move because she wanted to park her cart where I was standing. Then she told us to stand on the dots on the floor, and fussed when we didn't walk over to stand on top of the dots. Then, she helped the lady in front of me, and disappeared into the back without helping me. Came back out a couple minutes later carrying some paper towels and instructed me to move again, brushing past me out to the salesfloor. Then finally asked what I wanted. I asked if they sold stamps, and she said no, but she was so rude and unhelpful, I don't know whether that was even true.Since their grocery shelves are often empty, I decided to call before driving over there, to see if they'd stocked today. I called 5 times before anyone answered the phone. I tried multiple departments. No one in guest services or grocery would answer at all - I think I fo ally reached someone in electronics. It seems that since the employees are clearly not busy stocking shelves or ringing out customers, they could at least answer the phones.

Convenient location and the store is well maintained. I am disappointed to be forced to self checkout on most visits due to no human run registers being open. We lost track of time looking at the vast Halloween display and we were abruptly reminded that the store was closing by most of the lights being turned off instead of a reminder announcement most businesses give.

I recently ( Aug 28, 2023 ) had a great experience at the Fairfax ( Guinea Rd) location in the Technology Dept. I would like to give a public shout out of thanks to Jim for going “over and above” in helping me locate the exact item I needed by literally getting on his hands and knees to search and find it. This Target location is clean with friendly staff and a great Starbucks hub. Recently, they've been out of milk. However, they typically have what's needed on my list. And overall, Target isn't a grocery store. Target over time has provided a great selection of diverse products, which I love. I appreciate Target's efforts within their DE&I. My only issue is that their products are extremely overpriced, yet promotions and coupons and help greatly.

Not as advertised right now- apparently while under construction it's ok to leave refrigerated meats in the isles, several items in the local ad are not found in the mostly empty shelves, and employees are in a state of "I don't know". I'm not big on box stores to start with, but this experience almost made me eager to shop at a Walmart...

Like shopping at Target. Need more friendly staff and ready to assist customers when needed. Managers should set example and be on the floor greeting or welcome customers. Staff is only visible when restocking during the day and seem bothered when approached. Always chatting with each other.

The customer service at that location sucks. I’m never greeted or provided customer service, I always have to find an employee to assist me. I’ve been there on three different occasions and all the same if not worse. I will not be returning although it’s five minutes away from my house. I will travel 20 minutes to another Target; that’s if I continue ship with the company overall. There’s nothing they have I can’t get elsewhere, I just love Target. I guess I’ll start shopping in Walmart; their customer service was top tier, every single employee greeted me.

Please add more self-checkout registers! Four is clearly not enough. I’ve never seen all the cashier registers going all at once so you can clearly remove a couple and add another row of four self-checkout registers to start.

I've frequented this Target for a few years even through renovations. I honestly just wish for a more consistent experience. Things are rarely organized or fully stocked which makes this location very impractical for groceries. I was hoping the remodel would have improved this but it's still kind of hit or miss. Prices aren't all that great either and I could care less to open a credit card just to shop at Target. Convenience is really the only thing that keeps me coming back, otherwise I would rather go anywhere else. I would give this location two stars bit it's better than Walmart so there's that....Do not come here to buy groceries. It's just not worth it. The place is often trashed and looks like the world is ending

This is my go to place when I need multiple types of items--house goods, toys, groceries. I feel confident going here too get what I need at a decent price, especially since I don't belong to a big price club store.The grocery section is not the best but I can usually get the bare minimum. I usually fill all of my prescriptions here because they are friendly and I need to get other errands done at the same time. Plus there are more interesting items to browse while waiting.I love using their cartwheel app which helps save more money and makes me feel justified in not getting a price club membership. I find that my monthly bills are not bad at all.In terms of this store itself, they have friendly staff and it is always cleaned and never is in disarray unless it's some sort of special case like Black Friday. The cleanliness definitely adds to a great shipping experience.Finally, I gave it 4 stars because of their clinic. The clinic used to be Target owned and now it's a CVS minute clinic. I feel that the providers are more limited and need to jump through more hoops than before. I have tried to use the advance cue option but it sometimes doesn't work and becomes annoying when you're there for an appointment and get continually bumped.

I routinely find this Target fantastic! Clean, organized, lots of organic & gluten free options for my dietary needs, Target app accurately tells me what’s in stock, employees are always polite, good sales, etc.I especially like getting groceries here instead of Safeway because the employees seem significantly happier to be working here. I’m perfectly happy to see less deep discount sales in exchange for seeing content employees. (Compared to Safeway’s often displeased or “fake happy” looking employees... I LOVE how Target advertises $15/hr on their door!!!)

Quick, efficient pickup with all safety protocols in place. Customer service areas was clean well lit and even though there were a couple people ahead of me in line, the Target employee welcomed me and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I said "in-store pick-up" and he said one moment as he helped the other customers and asked one of his colleagues to help which he did and in less than two minutes I was walking out with my purchase. Super efficient. This is the Fairfax Virginia Store (Guinea Road location).

The beginning of the end. Target has allowed a 3rd party wireless provider to infiltrate the store (AT&T). Ambushing customers and asking who their current provider is as a segue to switch to their service. These practices are becoming the norm at other retailers and it's sad to see them happening at Target. Just another reason to take our business online. Just two desperate companies finding a synergy, but it will only discourage me from visiting the store again in the future.

The checkout lines are incredibly long and the store is often understocked. If you're going to do away with cashiers then please remove the cash registers and install more self-checkout registers. The wait to pay for items is becoming ridiculous in this Target.

I live about 10 minutes from my home. I come often here for the house and kids needs but I don’t really enjoy to shop to look around here because the first thing I come in from the main doors is to look the dollar section and I hate that they don’t really have cool stuff! Even often the shelves are empty!!!!! I like to shop Fair Lakes. They normally have good clearance sections for clothing and dollar section.Target try to improve for the dollar section!!!!

I have shopped at this Target for almost a decade and I have always found it to be well-stocked, organized and clean. I have utilized the pick-up service for almost a year now and it has been very convenient and the employees who bring the orders out are always very prompt and pleasant. Review is for the drive up order pickup service. As long as you mark “I’m on my way” in the app, your order is brought out to you promptly! A few times an employee was already out in the parking lot waiting for me!

Target offers a variety of choices for any product type, is usually well stocked (pandemic excepted), has adequate staff. Store is clean and I particularly like how, over the years, Target has become involved in the local community, seems to treat its employees well, and puts customer service and satisfaction first.

Absolute Worst Target I’ve ever been to. Online order for 3 items, 2 out of 3 items were wrong. How do you do this?! Then when I bring it to the associates attention she asks for my ID as if she didn’t see me literally 30 seconds prior, then to add insult to injury she suggests I go get the items. If I wanted to walk around Target I wouldn’t have did a pick up order. Never again
