Today was our first visit to Pup City. We took our 9 month old Corgi mix in for a full groom. Shop is super clean and the staff is very welcoming. We and our pup very much enjoyed meeting them. They did a fantastic job with her groom - she looks amazing! She did not seem stressed out at all by the experience. We’ve already made an appointment to take one of our other dogs to see them next week. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer in the area!

This is the only place I take my puppy. I can tell them exactly what I want and they will make sure before I pay and leave that my puppy got the whole package. My puppy is very anxious and hates the water but he never seemed stressed but is actually excited to go to the groomers!They also held on to him when I was stuck at a nail appointment and couldn't pick him up for another 30 minutes. No extra charges. No complaints.Not only is their service so good (my puppy smells good for weeks! And he doesnt get itchy or irritated) but they also treat their customer's dogs well. Ive watched other customers come and go and they all seem to be regulars which says something.If youre looking for a groomer for your furry best friend as a dog mom myself who would do anything for my puppy I suggest trying out Pup City Grooming!

We are very happy with the grooming service. The shop is clean and well decorated. The gentleman who took care of us was kind, helpful, and prompt. They did a great job and we will start bringing our puppies on a regular basis!

Tried Pup City for the first time this week with my 5 year old Mini Bernedoodle and it was the best grooming experience I have had yet! They did not seemed rushed when asking me what I wanted and make sure to ask about everything. The place is cute and clean. Prices are very resonable for the area and my dog looked great! It is located behind the 7/11. I did pass it up the first time driving by!

We love Pup City! They are always so gracious and gentle with my little pup, and they truly listen to you and want to do their best! We feel so special when we go, and my little pup is always adorable when I pick her up! They have done the best job with her ears and preventing mats of any groomer I have ever had. We are so happy at Pup City--you can tell that they love your furry friend and treat them with care!

Brought our Golden Retriever to Pup City yesterday and they took great care of him. He was very overdue for a groom and you can tell they spent a ton of time brushing out his winter coat and cleaning him up. We will be returning here!

I just took my very thick coated Keeshond to Pup City today and could not be more pleased. I have tried three other groomers in Fairfax since moving here and Pup City was by far the best. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly and accommodating. My dog is difficult to groom so I had to explain what exactly I wanted done. He came out purfect! As a added bonus they have a cute little dog bakery in front.

Recently moved to the area and found Pup City Grooming & Bakery on google and we won’t be taking our dog anywhere else but here! From setting up the appointment, to taking my dog in, to picking up was the best customer service! The groomer does exactly what you ask and leans down to get to know your dog and comfort them before he takes them back. When picking up my dog he gave a honest report on my dog’s behavior because I was worried he was going to be a little nippy when his paws were touched. They tried different techniques to make sure my dog was comfortable. They are also very accommodating to scheduling and their prices are very reasonable.

Pup City is a 10/10. We will definitely continue to take our pup here :) Millie is a bit timid but the staff was wonderful and gentle when meeting her. I wasn’t sure on how I wanted her cut, so they asked detailed questions, and she was cut exactly how we discussed. The staff is lovely, the store is well maintained with a great selection of high quality treats, and easy in front of the store parking. Highly recommend!

We called them almost before closing, and they were a tremendous help after not being able to find the proper care anywhere else!! We explained to them, that our dog can be a bit squirmy when she gets her nails trimmed, and they allowed us to comfort her as they worked very quickly and professionally to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this place, as they have AMAZING customer service! Husband and wife combo, who also sell really healthy treats for your pet at a great price. We will be back!

They did a great job with my dog, cavapoo. They also did some extra work and didn’t charge me for that. Also, my dog was very happy when leaving the place. I can’t say that it was the case with other grooming places we when before.

This is our new groomer! LOVE this place! EXCELLENT customer service, amazing professional groomer who knew how to handle my nervous dog, and the best part - my dog was comfortable and looks amazing after his appointment. I have had a hard time finding a new groomer, especially since I was nervous about who I can trust. From the first conversation I had inquiring about an appointment to picking my dog up from being groomed, my experience has been fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome, the staff were amazing and treated us just like family! They took great care of our girl and were extremely accommodating. Our pup recently had surgery and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable and happy during the whole experience. We'll definitely be coming back, thank you for the great service :)

Today we took our puppy named Nuno to Pup City, the second I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone was so nice and very caring she helped so much! We went in and David was the most caring and wonderful person ever! Him and Nuno instantly became buddies! With David taking care of Nuno we felt very comfortable dropping him off at the groomers. When we came back we were so excited to see Nuno, once he came out we knew that David did a fantastic job with him! This was an amazing experience for Nuno’s first grooming! As a little gift we bought Nuno the Honey and Sweet Potato treats, he really loves them! We will definitely be coming back!

Pup City did exactly what I asked with Zippy’s grooming. The young man was a great listener and was very gentle and patient with my geriatric pup. I really appreciated the care the gave my Zippy.
