Almost everything I could ask for except a good harness for my 7 cats. The last one I purchased is easy to run free from. I have both large and small cats. Very nice help within yor fish dept. I did get one small bully but he should get better, if not, I’ll quarantine this fish. Not really !

I want to recognize ANDREA for her top-notch grooming job. She has consistently delivered and treats my dog with the utmost care. She also takes the time to ask questions to make sure that we share the same expectations. I truly appreciate ANDREA’s work and highly recommend her! Thanks for my beautiful pup’s haircut. I come in about once every 3 months and by chance the same lady helps me at check out. She is very pleasant, quick-witted and efficient. Unfortunately, can't remember her name but she has sandy blonde hair.Only one question remains....is it 'Pet Smart' or 'Pet's Mart'?

All the staff here that I've interacted with seemed knowledgeable and very pleasant. This location is clean and well kept. This location seems to be well stocked as well. I have a few tanks and I really appreciate the care and concern they put into the well being of the fish and aquatic life. Thank you.

This is our neighborhood Petsmart. Great staff, lots of selection. Our rescue dog, Teddy, had his first grooming appointment today with Christian. Went very well. Christian is also a trainer...we take the weekly class with him which is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, patient, and has a calming influence on the dogs. Highly recommend him as a trainer and groomer!

We have used PetSmart in several states due to military moves. This location is by far the best. The staff is always cheerful, professional and always ask if I need assistance.Grooming- Jeff Rocks!!! He takes such good care of my fur babies. They are old, hearing is diminished and one is blind. They both can be testy but Jeff is patient and takes his time. I by pass 3 other locations because the service is not the same. Thanks to the crew!!!Mommy of Kiko and Scruff!

This is the best PetSmart grooming salon in the area. I know my Charlie hates getting his nails cut but they never have a bad word to say about him after his visits. Elly did his last grooming and his nails were amazing and his fur so silky and fluffy. Everyone here is always so friendly and wonderful!

Took my dog for the furminator treatment brought him home he smelled nice but this is how much hair came off after 10 minutes of brushing. Why did I even pay extra for the treatment when I have to come home and do the brushing??? I'm new to the area but the PetSmart in Maryland and California never had these results. Disappointed to say the least.

Ridiculously clean store and restroom. The staff was very friendly and attentive to customers without being pushy/overwhelming. No animal odor either. The staff must be excellent.I don't shop here generally as I have some issues with corporate policies so I can't compare to other locations but I found this one impressive.

We are happy we learned of using this place for grinding our dog's nails. When you go on weekdays, we rarely have much of a wait (there is one on weekends). We were doing Pepper's nails ourselves, but it was such an ordeal and he hated it. For whatever reason, he is happy having them done there, and they do a great job. And they seem to enjoy him!

Who doesn't like to visit the cute and cuddly or maybe get your pet some food or treats. Every time we visit this shopping center, my girls love to pull us into this Petsmart to see the cats, fishes, birds, lizards, and rodents. On top of that, my dog loves them because they never allow us not to come home without a treat or toy for her.

Went in this morning to buy a dog vest and toy. Go to check out and the cashier was pretty disgruntled, searching for a receipt from another transaction. She begins to check me out and asks about my dog who was with me. As I go to get my card out of my wallet and pay, My dog started to wander behind the counter and she practically jumped onto it acting as though my dog was trying to attack her, saying I needed to pull her back because dogs scare her… she works at a pet store… where you can bring your pets… my dog was not aggressive & was just walking while I checked out. It was a pretty weird interaction and I’ll honestly just go to another location from now on. Don’t want to scare the pet store clerk by having a pet.

The prices are good and there is a reasonable variety for a small store.Update one year later: This store has the great good fortune to have hired Shelly. She was my go to person at the Bed Bath and Beyond before it closed. I was excited to find her working in the PetSmart today as she probably the most professional, conscientious, and caring person I have ever had the good fortune to encounter. She is sure to make your visit to this store that much more special.

The store associate, Shelly, in the Fairfax location, store 2385, greeted me pleasantly at the door, and asked immediately if she could help. She helped me find what I needed, made suggestions, and signed me up for Treats Points. Shelly is a gem.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOODLES HAIR CUT HERE! Elly did a horrible job at cutting my dogs hair. They claimed my instructions “got lost in translation” and never got to the groomer. They shaved all of my dogs hair off, all of his face hair off, and left him looking horrible. I never write reviews because there’s usually nothing you can do, but other dog owners should know that your dog will look horrible after this and you can’t glue their hair back on. do not go here.

This is one of the smaller Petsmart stores in the area, but it is well-staffed with friendly, helpful people. They have the basic stuff for dogs and cats, but dont have more specialized things that other larger stores do, like hedgehog food.

I'm not sure if because of the pandemic the stock was so limited but, it left me underwhelmed. I recently adopted a dog that will be arriving soon. I went to get things for him but, the selection was meh. More specifically the clothing options. I was trying to find something cute and practical to keep him warm since it's colder here than in Texas where he's from. If I found something it was never in the right size. The store is nice and as are the employees but, I didn't buy as much as I wanted to. They have a great selection of food and treats but, everything else is sort of generic.

Most associates provide great customer service. I've been helped by Amelia with my coupons...she was patient and friendly and made my transactions pleasant. If she wasn't sure of a coupon's requirements, she would ask for a supervisor and did not made me feel as if were a burden. Thanks to this Petsmart, I was able to donate quality food at one of our local shelters.

Unfortunately our bird died... the staff was so sensitive to the situation and my son was very pleased as I was with the service we received! We dont know what happened... the bird died after a few days... never did they make us feel like it was our fault or ask to keep the bird because we wanted to bury it. I will definitely be back and we are extremely grateful for such amazing quick service.
