I really liked this store. Looked fairly new. Aisles were really clean, well lit and there were plenty of staff members to help out. Parking is limited in the garage with the other retail spots in the area. With some of the fruit items I had to get assistance with a cashier to scan even though it was self check out

Called ahead to ask about the rib roasts on sale before Christmas. Was put on hold twice, to verify that the roasts were graded choice, not select. Told they were, so I dove here only to find that they were all indeed select. No sale. I was prepared to spend upwards of $100. Left with nothing. The bum at the entrance was clean shaved and dressed better than I was. No sign, but he said to me can I have a dollar? Would love to hear comments from anyone who fell for their $4,77 rib roast sale. No apologies from anyone in the meat department. thanks to the senorita that told me wrong and wasted my time.

very clean and stocked up store I don't come here for groceries I go to customer service for money order and I come at least every two weeks and whenever HEE WOO is there she always has a attitude seems to always be on a rush when there is never a line when i'm there, I asked for an envelope along with my money order and she always dismisses me and her excuse is "we don't have any" or" its busy sorry" i've had someone else service me once there and I ask for an envelope the guy who serviced me at the time didn't have an issue giving it to me. I refuse to ever get serviced by HEE WOO very unprofessional and rude.

Super new store. Clean well lit, well laid out. Convenient under cover garage parking. Starbucks in store. Good fish monger and butcher shops. Extensive bakery but don't bother asking for help. Major language barrier and the staff is not at all familiar with theit products. Standard Giant Deli featuring Boars Head Brand meats and cheeses. Folks in the delli are still learning to efficiency cut meats cheeses and guage the weight of items without setting stuff on the scale (sometimes back and forth a few times which slooooows service down.) New "Kitchen" area has lots of premade foods and quick to heat/cook assortment of flat bread pizzas and sandwiches. They have a Cuban flat bread sandwich - but beware - the horseradish mustard is VERY spicy and for my taste, ruined what could have been an otherwise great sandwich. Unfortunately, all of these items a pre-made so there is no "hold the mustard" option available. As a new store, they are well stocked and we'll staffed. Four stars only because no Pharmacy, lack of knowledgeable staff in bakery and inexperienced (but trying) service dell staff.

The store location is very convenient. I find the prices to be a bit high for a grocery store. I compared items that you can also purchase at 7 eleven and I was surprised to find that 7 eleven had the same items for less.I also had difficulty when using self check out when I tried to purchase a bottle of smart water it scanned as a six pack and instead of fixing it so I could get it I had to grab a different type of water I didn't really want. That water wouldn't scan at all so I had to go up to customer service and check out.

Great giant that is always clean and has amazing customer service! There is a Starbucks inside that is nice. The sales section usually has lots of great options. Make sure to use your phone number to get the best discounts! Would recommend for all your needs

BEWARE if you buy Giant pickup. We just did our last batch of groceries, and the tomatoes, cucumbers, raspberries, and blueberries ALL had mold in them. Of course when you try to contact the store no one answers the phone. If you contact giant customer they will give you your money back. Very shameful on behalf of the staff at this store, that they can't take the time to actually look at the quality of their food.

This used to be our go to grocery store in the area, but it has gone downhill over the last 6 months.Nothing like being forced to use the tiny self checkout kiosk with $300+ of groceries because they have no actual cashiers.Probably worth the extra few miles to go to Amazon Fresh.

Nice store but terrible service!!!! Everyone at the registers and self-checkout was rude. I needed help finding an item and there were 2 registers open. One register had no line, and the attendant was sitting down and on her phone. I asked her for help with an item and she said, "idk ask customer service." I looked over and customer service already had a line. She then goes back to sitting down and being on her phone... I finished shopping and went to self-checkout. The friends of the attendants came through self-checkout laughing and loudly talking. I needed an attendant to check my ID so that I could finish my purchase. The attendant and her friend come over and she does not stop talking to the friend. I said thank you and she said "mhm" with her back turned towards me and continued to walk away while talking to her friend. I finished my payment, and the same friend was blocking the exit as she was talking to another attendant!

Huge store. Loads of selections everywhere in this store. Plenty of staff. Great bakery selections. Cheese and Deli to die for. Ready to eat foods and salad bar both exceptional. Wish they'd reopen the seating area near the Starbucks

Newer Giant. Parking nice in inclement weather. Smaller footprint of a store but they seem to have all the items but just put less out. Never not able to find items but you may not be able to get a large quantity of them. Overall the Giant I go to even with 2 closer ones to my home.

This Giant is not too crowded. Good place for a quick shopping visit. The parking lot can be crowded at about noon but I think that's because the businesses that are nearby also use the same parking lot.

I love this Giant, it’s new, clean, and the aisles are spacious and it’s never packed. Lots of grocery stores in the area you expect to wait in some sort of line, but their self checkout combined with well covered standard checkout lines make shopping a breeze here. The deli staff is always very friendly and efficient. The hot food/salad bar is decent and clean. I’m not sure if they’ve rearranged since the last time I checked but ladies, one thing to note is if you’re looking for tampons and you can’t find them but you are looking right at the pads and you’re like where are the tampons? Just turn around they’re behind you. I know weird right! Oh yes a good wine and beer selection also.

Having to go into multiple grocery stores when you are just doing a quick regular shopping trip is beyond FRUSTRATING! This store is normally really quiet and not generally busy yet they still don't have a good selection of items. The deli can't seem to get in all the Boars head cheeses and it isn't a distributor issue as other stores are able to obtain these items.Again trying to spend your money, buy items and receive good customer service shouldn't be a task. The reason I prefer going to Wholefoods is they are always willing to go above and beyond. Want to say yes or at least come up with a solution. Talking to managers or associates who only want to apologize instead of fixing the issue is a waste of my time and aggravating.I just wanted cheese, chicken wings and pasta. None of which should have resulted in me leaving the grocery store empty handed and feeling like I was begging for someone to take my money. Do better Giant!

Lack of social distancing awareness by the customers; but the food selection us good. Check out cashier nice.Update: I asked the deli counter lady for four slices of BH turkey and she gave me half a pound. She was also very unfriendly.It seemed more expensive here on this visit and the self check out staff were not friendly either.I am glad that I do not reside here because I would be sad to shop here on a more regular basis; it used to be such a more positive experience.

Their fresh produce and meat is really questionable. Double check your dates, too often have I picked up ground beef or chicken thighs that were 5 days or more past due.

Love this new Giant! The secret isn't out so the place is not full of people. Large, lots of space, great selection and layout. Friendly staff. Located near Fairfax Circle. The parking is in a well-lit garage. This is my mother's new favorite grocery store.

The guy working the deli counter with the tattoos is one of the nicest interactions I have seen in a super market. He is great and super helpful for my deli order. He asked if I needed anything else, asked about what kind of cut, and was very nice.

They have activated the bagging-area weighing functions in the self checkout, which works terribly and requires continual intervention from an employee. And they only have self checkout after some hour. This makes for a bad experience.
