I visited this store to get toys for kids, as a friend suggested, for it carries a variety of toys at $5 or less. Upon entering the store, I was overwhelmed by lots of merchandise on the shelves around the store, not only toys but also lots of other stuff: t-shirts, stationaries, beauty stuff for teens, baskets, toy figures, rubber sandals, sweets, accessories, etc. and they have Five and Beyond section in the back carrying computer accessories like keyboards, earphones, and others - outdoor chairs and cushions, and so on that are more expensive than $5. The staff was friendly and assisted me with my needs, and I got an assortment of toys at the affordable price points I aimed to reach. My shopping experience was fast and effective.

I love Five Below as you can get a lot of great household and travel essentials for even less than $3, and some fitness and unique tech gadgets for less than five dollars. Five Below has honestly been a life-saver. However, for those who have an iPhone 8 or below, be prepared to have limited options for your phone cover. I also wish they had food storage, and were still selling Nintendo games. Manager is somewhat friendly, but she is always on edge about people stealing us, and has followed me closely to see if I steal or not, which has made the experience uncomfortable.

Great place to find a deal for $5. There are so many great things to decide on what to purchase. You will find some that you like.

Staff was friendly enough, except when i got to checkout- they have it set up as a self checkout but there was somebody standing there at the self checkout register and ringing people up? answering the survey questions and whatnot? if you are gonna have a self checkout, have it actually be a self checkout.

The manager at this location is horrible!!! She yelled at my child for “destroying the t-shirts”when she was looking at ONE t-shirt!! I called her out and she had a nasty attitude. She scared my three year old!! Not that I even have to justify, but I don’t let my kids run wild in the store and we always put things back how and where they go! This seems to be a pattern with this manager from previous reviews. She needs to be fired. Yelling/scolding at children is completely OUT OF LINE and will not be tolerated from other parents!!! Aside from the dreadful manager, the store is always a mess!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, especially if you have little ones!!

Customer service sucks at this location. Manager is rude and yells at the customer's and kids for no reason. Like no dribbling the basketballs in the dribble zone of the store. Never have my kids been yelled at five below before. Just super bad customer service. Definitely need to take a look at the location employees and train them properly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do not go to this store!! The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Something MUST be done about this or this business will be closed. She screamed at my child for bouncing a ball. I, as a parent, corrected the manager and told her she was out of line and unprofessional. She told me to leave the store, refused service and had the audacity to call the police. Police advised me to contact corporate on her, which I did. I am going to follow up because NO ONE deserves this tour of customer service while shopping. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Went to get some cheap sunglasses. Every pair I looked at was scratched. Went to the 12-bit (dollar) store (where nothing any longer costs just a dollar, and found what I needed for $1.50.

Some of the prices are now $5.55 due to inflation. They have an incredible variety of candies. Some brands that I haven't seen in other stores. It appeared to be well organized and clean. Typical things you will find in Dollar General, Family Dollar and other similar stores. It was my first time in any Five Below.

the manager is absolutely horrible she screamed at me as soon as i walked in not even both feet in the door telling me to leave my bag outside, i just wanted to look for some cool posters after school and got completely disrespected no one should be treating customers like this. i was carrying expensive items and could literally not leave my things outside unattended, and honestly i shouldn’t be made to.

We go here with our child to get little activity items or simple decorations for the holidays. Staff are yood and the store is clean. I usually find what I am searching for or items that I find interesting. Great place for Christmas stocking stuffers or office White Elephant gifts.

Five Below should now change its store name to Five Up. Cause I hate to break the news to you, but it seems that Five Below just jacked up their prices above $5 😱. While they still have some items below $5, but many of their electronic accessories are now above $5 by almost a one dollar. See picture. Certainly not a good news!

Wow!I love this place , it has really nice things in it. Love the Christmas pajamas the most. . I just wished I got every color in size med , okay family , you can still get them for me. They make perfectly good gifts .

The manager is really angry.. She kicked my family and I out of the store because she wanted to and she was yelling at my children because they were looking at things. She was makingme pay for extra things which I wasn't buying. She was just so angry and was making me afraid . She just kicked my family out of the store. Never going to that Five Below again. THE MANAGER IS THE WORST AND JUST AN ANGRY PERSON.

Long lines and the staff don't even care to open up another register. No one seems to care about customer service here. You can find random things here. The printed shirts are funny and reasonably priced.

The place has many great things especially for kids. I found anime posters that I didn't see in any where else. My issue is with the unfriendly way employees treat customers. I bought some kids pins, then after finishing my check out process I saw a hello kitty pin and decide to purchase it. The cashier didn't like it and she perfectly showed it to me that with her face expressions. I thought I was holding the line, but when i looke behind me, guess what, I was the only one there.

Cheap prices but the employees are extremely rude to students. If they want you to put backpacks at the front of the store place a sign or impart more ways to stop theft than treating all paying customers as suspects.

She said HELLO HOW ARE YOU then I said I was good then she said YOU CAN NOT DRINK YOUR DRINK I was like bruh what the heck so I put my latte in the car and I came and I was shopping normal AND SHE HAD DRINKS SO THAT DOES NOT COUNT UNFAIR

Love the place! I always stop by whenever I'm in the area, even if I'm not in need of anything. It's just fun to go in and see what they have!The staff is pleasurable to speak to and they always have some ideas of something they have at the store that you, like me, will probably end up getting!!! Like I said, just Love the place! You should give it a try and visit it whenever you have a chance! You won't regret it!

Carries a wide variety of merchandise, candy, t shirts, novelties, beauty needs, seasonal, inexpensive gifts, most of the items appear to be directed toward high school teens. Wierd paying system. A single register with the line perpendicular and wrapped around a long wall of shelving. Paying takes an inordinately long time. Always has just a few employees who are already working to stock the shelves and aren't really interested in customer service

Many great options here. Nice staff. I took off a star because my son bought a speaker here and within a few hours it completely stopped working. He was pretty upset about it. It was only $5 but at least it should of been built to last longer than that!

I went to return a cologne that I purchased from another location. The product was purchased october 6th from the seven corners falls church location. The product had leaked in packaging and was a gift. I was in the fairfax area and decided I would return the product to this location. The cashier was helpful and had to call the manager as the receipt was wet from the leaking product. The cashier called for the manager named LESLIE. when the manager noticed the leaking product she asked why i had waited 7 days before returning the product and insinuated that i had used it all. In 7 DAYS?? She then refused to return the product and told me to take it to the store i had purchased it from. I then asked the manager for her name which she replied Teresa. So needless to say the manager acts as if she owns each product in the store and dictates what she deems returnable. as someone who works in customer service, this store is poorly managed with employees who are there for a pay check and not to fulfill the job requirement. I took the product to the original store i had purchased the item and returned the product no questions asked and apologized on behalf of the Fairfax location manager.
