I can’t explain how disrespected I feel by the pharmacy manager Aya. I tried calling corporate or the HR number but no answer. The way this CVS Pharmacy is run is disgusting and has to be illegal . When I went on Friday this month to pick up my meds and she couldn’t find them she was yelling out my meditation for all to hear -does medications are extremely private and not for everyone to hear that’s a HIPPA violation. When I came today the Manager Aya was so dismissive, rude and just unprofessional i couldn’t believe it .The line is long , one person working the pick up and like 4 others chatting in the background not helping. The line is like 10 people waiting on one line when all the other people laughing and joking . Besides my medication being yelled out to the public which is a violation and I’m sure you can pull the tape , Aya the manager put the cherry on top with her dismissive rude attitude which I find utterly disgusting and unsuitable for that position. Please someone from corporate reach out to me .

I called CVS pharmacy a day after my doctor submitted my prescription to check if they got it because I couldn’t find it on the CVS app to track the status. It’s always the same pissed off female tech I dread hearing over the phone. It seems like she’s always in a bad mood and it makes dealing with her frustrating. It’s understandable everyone has off days, but it’s a constant thing and it’s not just me based on the previous reviews. All I wanted was my status. If you hate your job that much and have to take out your frustration on customers, it might be best to consider finding a different job.Aside from this pharmacist tech, the rest of the cashiers and staff on floor are ALWAYS incredibly nice and helpful. Just avoid this pharmacy if you can.

We’ve been loyal customers here for over a decade simply because it’s nestled right in the neighborhood.These poor reviews are all valid. It’s a total head scratcher as to why the pharmacy is so poorly operated. And yet you feel bad for the pharmacy employees as you watch them struggle against some invisible barrier that prevents them from providing adequate service to the community.For years the pharmacy and my doctor’s office can’t figure things out. Lines are long any time of day. The place is a mess. Customers are angry. Staff is visibly shaken.It really is sad.

Worst service ever - if they can not timely fill the prescriptions they should not either except more or immediately transfer the request to another CVS for help and inform the customer through the app or message for a change in pick up location. I had a strep throat yesterday with high fever and they had good 4 hours to fill the request. They closed at 8 pm and medicines (including inhaler) still showing “in process”. The moment cvs closed, the message changed to “ready for pick up”. Needs a complete overhaul. There is a management issue I would guess!

Dealt with 2 different female employees in the prescription window on 1/5/24 at about 12:10-12:30 pm, and both were so short with me and abrupt, cutting me off and being very impatient. Even my 12 and 10 year olds mentioned it as we drove away. Customer service can go a long way, you never know what people are dealing with.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been given the wrong medication before, kids antibiotics not mixed (literally no liquid in the powder). I’ve waited on hold for 2 hours and came in while still on hold. Was told today that they are OUT of amoxicillin. Turns out they are not, they just just unorganized. Was told to be there in 30. I’m currently in the drive thru and was told to wait an additional 30 minutes. So my incredibly sick kid is crying in the car, in horrible amounts of pain while we wait. This will be my last time here and my first day of warning every person to never go here. I know I’m not alone, hence their horrible reviews.

They dint puck up calls. Made us drive there to have a prescription transferred. They wouldnt pick up calls from usthe other pharmacy or simply do it thrugh the CVS app. It took us 9 hours to get this done with 2 trips to the pharmacy to finally demand that it be transferred. The pharmacist in duty, Elizabeth Hernandez was not very cooperative. They had at least 4 people working in the pharmacy. Finally store manager came and asid theyre just busy and gave us the pharmacists name. They've had countless complaints and seems like it doesn't get fixed.

Close this one down.The pharmacy staff are the worse in the industry. The pharmacist is "rude and careless". She talk to people like they are savages. Everytime me or my wife goes there we have to fight to just get a decent answer, not a sarcastic one.I have to say, we been going to this place for at least 10 years and the last year or so they gone from bad to worse.Not professional, 0 customer service, carless about the health of their SICK customers and their need for MEDICINES.Wish I can give 0 Stars.Note: this review is not about the nice staff in the store, it's only about the pharmacy people.

Went at 1: 30 pm for my pain medicine but primacy closed for lunch hour and re-opening 2pm and without sharing lunch time with a crew. This place always busy and need to wait always. Specially I received my medicine is ready to pickup notification on my phone then actual medicine is not ready when I drive to there.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If I could give ZERO stars, I would.I tried contacting the store to inquire about a prescription my provider said she submitted. As she was adamant that she sent it, and it didn't show up on the app, I figured I would call the pharmacy. I called and was on hold to speak with someone for OVER AN HOUR. Someone would periodically pick up and then immediately place me back on hold. I finally gave up and hung up the phone.All I wanted to know is if they have the prescription. I have a difficult time going to the store as I am my elderly and demented Dad's primary caregiver. So, I will move both my prescriptions and my Dad's to Walgreens. CVS is the closest to my house which is why I have stuck with them all this time, even with extremely poor service. However, this time I am fed up. This is ridiculous! What if the matter was urgent? Being on hold for over an hour is unprofessional and extremely poor customer service!Again, RUN from this CVS!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I drive all the way over, park, get out, wait in line at pharmacy, then when I am next the guy says sorry closed for lunch"!!!" Why did he let me wait in line??? No wonder they rate an overall score of less than 2!!! Horrible Service!!!

Pharmacy Dept needs to step up and allocate more resources to checkout window.. Always takes a considerable amount of time. At least 15-25 mins minimum of wait and sometimes more. It's not a good experience at all.

I had a tooth extracted this morning at 9 am. At 10 am, my prescription isn't ready and I'm told to come back in an hour. I return at 7:30 pm and, surprise, my order hasn't been filled. I was informed that the pharmacy closes in thirty minutes and I'd have to return tomorrow. Seems like CVS makes such large profits that they don't need my business.

Yes, this CVS location has had many problems over the last months/year. I too have experienced that rude staff and long delayed prescriptions.I believe the complaints have been heard and action taken. This week I went in a few times and found many new personnel as well as 3-4 times more staff. There was still a slight delay (down 1 star) but the staff were friendly and helpful. I say give them another try and not base decision on reviews from months ago.

I have nothing but problems getting scripts filled at this location. I had one sit for 2 straight weeks as "processing" with no notice of any kind from the pharmacy. When I went in, I found out they're "out of stock"... have they ordered restock? No. It was up to me to figure out how to get this script filled.So, I got it filled at the old Keene mill location. They were only able to fill 1/3 of the order. So, I just tried to call silverbrook to check status on the other 2/3, and I was on hold for fifteen minutes. I called old Keene mill, and had my questions answered within 5 minutes.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you just enjoy being ignored.I would give it zero stars if I could.

My Daughters prescription was called in at 1:30pm. I stopped in to pick up at 6pm. The Pharmacist had not checked voicemail all afternoon. She was very rude and said they were too busy. Complete incompetence. No response by CVS senior management to any of these concerns is a complete disgrace to the community.

This CVS is simply terrible. If there is a rating below one star, they deserve it. The manager did not care about the urgency to get my medication and kept delaying for days saying they need to talk to my doctor. Finally, they called the doctor and cleared the dosage but then sold my medication to another patient. Made me wait again to order the medication that was sitting there under my name for several days. Completely rude and unprofessional. The manager Sam needs to stay home instead of aggravating customers. I'm going somewhere else. Never again.

Cannot rely on this location for same day prescriptions. I never leave reviews but after countless bad experiences with missing prescriptions and long delays I'm left feeling very frustrated. Staff is kind but are either overworked/understaffed or their workflow is broken.

NEVER GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT CVS! CVS pharmacy is the worst place to get your prescriptions. The manager is absolutely awful. I was talking to the pharmacist and the manager told me to go sit down when I was in the middle of a conversation with the pharmacist. Sometimes the prescriptions are out and they don’t even tell you at all. Then they proceed to tell you that they’re going to transfer it somewhere else, but they never do. Oh and not to mention, they never answer their phone calls when you’re trying to call about a prescription.Please change the management team

The worst of all, I went to look for tablets on Saturday and they told me to come back at 6 a.m., that at 6 a.m. it was open, when I returned at 6 they told me that at 10 and my wife in unbearable pain, bad service, never come😡😡

Absolutely awful pharmacy. I call 2 weeks in advance and they never order my medication on time. They also do not read the notes in your file and that takes even more time. They sent me to another CVS, said "I'm calling now and they have it." Not true. I will now be late with my medication dose and going to a 3rd location to find it.

0 stars the worst cvs ever pharmacy manager Sam had the worst customer service ever. Refused to fill my mother's insulin prescription. That she needs to live! He was completely rude and unpleasant over the phone and in person corporate member Anne did nothing when we called corporate. All together completely unprofessional and rude. We will find somewhere else to get my mother's life saving medication.

Truly THE WORST PHARMACY!! As soon as a better option is available locally, I’m on it! The pharmacist has extremely poor intestinal fortitude and professionalism on 10/22 at 315 pm. CVS brand is supposed to display better customer service but this pharmacy not only lacks leadership, but the appropriate personnel to staff the needs of the community. Very shameful.

Honestly had never had trouble here before, reading other reviews apparently this is their normal sadly.My doctor sent a new prescription and I got a quick text saying received. Right after another text saying there was an issue. I went to the pharmacy as a few hours later my doctor had not received anything from them and still never has.Original day, Monday, at the window I asked face to face what was happening. The girl at the window told me the doctor needed to approve a refill, I was getting a brand new med not a refill. She went back and again returned with a new answer that they were out of the med so had to order it. She also said they couldn't check other CVS locations or transfer the prescription to another CVS. So she said they ordered it.Today, Saturday and my first call I sat waiting for 14 minutes to talk to a human. I heard them pick up the phone and hang up. I called back to find they had never ordered it still and were apparently still waiting on the doctor to get insurance approval for the med. Again, they never reached out to the doctor so that clearly was never happening.Different day and different person gives different answers and not a single one matches the other and not any closer to getting this filled. I'll start at a new pharmacy Monday. Told them cancel any and all meds in their system for me. Absolutely will not go back to them again. Not worth the headache and BS games.

This CVS Pharmacy is a mass. I was on the phone for one hour and 20 mints to talk to the Pharmacist but no one picked up the phone. I felt a few times that someone was trying to answer but I was put back on hold. Since Robert one of the Pharmacist in this CVS left this store everything is upside down now. Each time there is a new pharmacist. . You even have to wait in line for so long.:( :(

Poor customer service. I called to confirm a prescription was ready. They say they are working on it and it will be ready in a hour. To be safe, I go 2.5 hours later and they still do not have it ready. Not only that, they say I'll have to come back because they are going to lunch now. If you have other options for a pharmacy take them.
