The people that work here actually take you to whatever you want to find. I have always found them to be very pleasant and helpful. One of the employees today asked me if my mother had sat down in a chair pointed out to her to rest. This store also carries Hallmark cards and very nice gifts.

I agree, they always have what I need and employees are friendly and very helpful. Lamp finials, circuit breakers, mailbox- things not so easy to find in big box stores sometimes are here.

The selection is quite nice, if you can't find it here you'll more than likely not be able to find it anywhere on the shore. Staff is friendly and quite helpful and if you find yourself in Exmore looking for tools, gardening equipment, Etc, this should be your first stop.

I gave four stars because I like the helpfulness and polite and courtesy manner of the staff I have no problems with the staff at this store they just don't have a lot of the things that I am looking for or would think that this kind of establishment would have and the only downfall is the knowledge of the employees as to where else you might find the items you're looking for that they don't have and an offer to you look it up or see about it in some way to help you would be nice I would give five stars if there was something else that they would do besides say I don't know about everything LOL otherwise they're sweet as can be especially the front register ladies

Nice place. They have some great sales. I just bought a cool trailer for my zero turn. Very nice quality. Very nice price. Everyone is really helpful.

Their sales associate, Jamie, is extremely helpful and knowledgable. She made the experience worthwhile. Led me to what I needed and offered me a tip on my project. Cant ask for more than that.

From the prospective of a craftsman, a do it yourself homeowner, Rommel's Ace Hardware has come a long way since first leaving a review.The staff tries to be helpful, inventory is improving. Prices remain at a premium level, perhaps due to the 7 day a week schedule accommodating last minute repairs.Return to Rommel's Ace Hardware, you'll be glad you did.
